I have been coming to this location for a long time. I keep coming back because of Rachel. Her attitude is great. She knows about everything they sell. Over the years I have vaped, rolled my own, and now smoke cheap cigs.She has helped me with all of my questions. She has an awesome personality and is a great asset for this business. The Best in Norfolk! Very Friendly Staff

One thing I’ve noticed about smoke shack across the board is that they are very “nice nasty” with their customers. Even if you are not being rude to them they have a good selection and are conveniently located which is why they get the business they do.

The puff bars they sell are old and don’t recommend buying from here. I bought the XXL 1600 puffs, tested it out in the store and worked just fine. But after a day the coil burnt out. I took it back with a receipt and they refused a new one. They juice is good but the coils are not built to last 1600 puffs.

Dont be fooled by how it looks from the outside. The cigar selection is phenomenal and it is a well kept building. Walking into the humidor is like stepping into cigar Narnia

Dont except to be in and out well of course itll be the times you have no where to be. The store contains a plentiful of supplies through. Giving costumers options is convenient and allow costumers to return.

With higher prices than anywhere in the area, rude clerks who dont know the merchandise, and a neighborhood that warrants a door entry buzzer/lock. I will never return, or stop telling people not to go here.

Only hi end cigars. No cigar below $6. Average price is $10 per cigar. Out of my budget when I smoke 40 sticks per month.

I like that the people at the registers are always happy and will deal with me if I have the urge to just look at products. They are great. Never been to the cigar lounge though.

I went into their walk in humidor and was impressed by its size. What disappointed me GREATLY was the fact that the cigars are being poorly maintained. Mold on two many cigars to count smh. Cigar aficionados BEWARE.

Got ripped off by the place that visited every week. They charged me $35.99 for juul starter kit that cost 19.99$ everywhere else. Refused to take it back even with receipt. Will never come again and strongly reccomend anyone to go somewhere else. Very dirty way to do business!

Great selection, and customer service. Only downside is the parking area has very few parking spots.

This location ALWAYS has the tobacco (Buoy Red) and tubes (Gambler 100s) I use to roll my own cigarettes. The staff is generally knowledgeable about the Vapes they sell. They carry the Naked E-Liquids. This store always carries the replacement coils for my JomoLite. I can not be as complimentary to the other locations of this chain, but this location is gets excellent marks!

Recently remodeled walk-in humidor, vastly increased in product and quality. And the addition of the connected cigar lounge is a huge plus.

Hottest girls is no way to measure a tobacco/smoke shop. For a tool maybe. They have my obscure,cheap, trying to be discontinued vape fluid. So AAA+++
