Awesome! Jordan, Kyle, and Kris have definitely kept up with the traditional great services that Discount Tire has done for me in the past. I have been a satisfied customer for years and it is quite the blessing to see that nothing has changed. Jordan waited on us sharing his knowledge and did it with great patience. Kris has done the same for us in the past. Kyle did the work on the vehicles (yes, there were two.), he was not only polite but wanted to make sure that all of our questions were completely answered before we left. Just honest and hometown type of service, the kind that you would expect out of a good friend or family member. I would highly recommend Discount Tire stores in general but strongly recommend this one.

I would have given 5, but it took over 4 hours for us to get our tires because even though we scheduled an appointment after we walked in, it was still considered a walk in appointment. they gave us an estimated time, however, by the time we got our car fixed, it was well over 2 hours past estimated time. when I asked about the tires, they said it was store policy. Great location to walk around, friendly staff, slow service. If someone sets an appointment, even as a walk in, we expected to be squeezed in and not pushed to back of the line until almost closing time.

Stopped by Discount Tire today for a tire leaking air on one of our vehicles. Danny quickly checked it out and got us in for repair. They were able to patch it quickly and best of all no charge. Very impressed how they helped us today and we will definitely be back for tires in the future! Highly recommend stopping in there for all your tire needs!

While traveling with group of RVers had a blowout on highway @ 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Called in spoke to Josh, explained my dilemma he agreed to stay till we arrived at 5 after 5. He was very pleasant greeted me helped me make tire selection had tires changed re mounted and on our way by 5:30! Incredible customer service and we above and beyond what was expected! On a road trip and had a flat one the travel trailer. These guys met me at the edge of the parking lot and got the flat fixed quick! Really appreciated, because I had another 2 hours of driving to do.

This store saved our vacation. We are on our way back from the UP to Oklahoma when we had a tire separate on our Expedition. During changing our tire we noticed that another tire was completely worn out.I called this store and they had to order a complete set of XL 22s from St. Louis to get us back on the road. (We have the optional 22s from the factory with the heavy duty towing and off road package). They arrived same day and the guys were lightning quick on the install. During the install, they found the lug nuts were swollen (showed us and sure enough, they were swollen. I didn’t know that was a thing) and replaced them with ones they had in stock.All in all, they went above and beyond making sure this whole ordeal went smoothly and let me tell you, they did. My hats off to these guys. Classy, respectful, courteous, and top notch customer service.

Have always had a good experience at this Discount Tire location.However was rather annoyed last time I made an appointment to come in and have my tire inspected that was not holding air.I knew I had driven over glass and suspected that was the culprit. Well, the guy who checked me in did a quick walk around and told me “There’s nothing in the tire, the rim is probably bent and we can’t fix that for you here.”I knew that wasn’t the case since I had just had the tires replaced and they didn’t mention an issue with the rim. I told him I wasn’t leaving and that I wanted them to still do the full inspection and low and behold a piece of glass was in my tire. Shocker.He was completely condescending and dismissive to me. Everybody else was a gem to work with except this dude. Definitely will not be speaking with him in the future when I bring my vehicle in.

Great group to work with. I own several trucks and this is the only place I take them. The crew in Normal is exceptional! One of the few companies that always impress and follow through. Look no further they got u covered.

Customrr service tech quoted me a NET price, after a discount if I replaced 4 tires instead of 2.... imagine my shock when I scanned my receipt online and learned the rebate was $70 TOTAL, not $70 PER TIRE!Yes, I should have checked the paper before going with his recommendation; Im also choosing to believe this was an honest mistake on the kids part and hope hes figured out his rebates! I was left with an overdrawn bank account for 10 days and as luck would have it, ended up at the ER and in the hospital for 6 days; that additional $210 would have been helpful!

I had a nail stuck in the tire, and Discount Tires was able to get me in right away! I only waited a half hour, and Eric was able to get it done quickly and correctly. Best of all...it was free!! I was expecting a bill, but Chris told me that repairs are free. Not only was there great customer service, but the staff was knowledgeable and able to make me feel better about my flat tire. Very helpful sales people. I wasnt sure what kind of tires I needed and they walked me through several different brands and models explaining advantages and disadvantages of each. Made an appointment for installation and I was out of there in less than an hour. Great service.

Had order an unknown brand, Nicholas advised me those we not the correct tires for midwest weather. He went ahead and recommended Pirrelli tires. I am glad i took his advice. Just put in over 200 highways miles. Tires are quite and comfortable. Discount tire needs to give Nicholas a raise and a promotion, he is very knowledgeable.

Like everyone else in frigid Illinois I got a tire pressure warning light this morning. I joined the short line there just after lunch to have pressures checked for free. The line moved very quickly. I have always been impressed with Discount Tire no matter what service I have needed.

Staff is nice for the most parts but got told 3 different things while I was there not sure I will go back Asian kid was trying to sale my new wheels for my jeep only cause it had corrosion on the bead which they can clean off then he continues to tell me they didnt charge me enough for my tires I would think they would have set prices. Then when I was leaving I realized my hatch wasnt shut all the way not to mention when I got there I had my vehicle locked the gentleman took my keys and opened it set the factory alarm off service could use some work as well as Ive got 3 different air pressures in my tires.

Ive been dealing with Discount Tire since living in Kemah, Texas. Then my sons started dealing there as well. This store in Normal, Illinois, is just as professional and friendly as the Texas one. Today was rotation and balance and to check on one tire with slow leak. Small screw, patched, no charge, on my way home. Great place, and when required, Ill be back!

Well i called from the highway that my vehicle was wobbling. I knew i had a bad tire but they insisted it was mechanical and rushed me off to another mechanic. I lucky cause i drove 40 miles home to find out i had busted belts and wires sticking out of my tire. This was on the right rear. They wiggle my car and stated i needed a wheel bearing. I had two kids and my ladyz, going to get grandson. Im lucky that i checked it myself and got a tire put on. They need to teach to slow down and look instead of assuming cost them cause ill tell everyone not to go there plus ill never go back.

Everyone at the shop was nice and helpful. My tire (still under warranty) was punctured, and they got the new tire in quickly and fit me in without an appointment to swap it out. Everyone also wears a mask.

Always great to deal with, and a bunch of hard working, customer focused people. They are not perfect, but they work hard and they try to help always. I have used them for years on a number of high end cars Porsches, BMWs, Jaguars, etc. and they take great care to never damage my wheels and they do the work correctly the first time. I have always found them to be super friendly and helpful as well as very competent. I highly recommend them (Referring to the Normal, IL store only), as I cannot speak for any others.

I have now been to 2 different Discount Tire stores, 1 in Des Moines, Iowa, and this one in Normal, Illinois today, and they have both been excellent. The guys were very helpful and friendly. The gentleman who checked me in for my appointment today was extremely kind and very personable. Fixed my tire issue and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Excellent experiences.

This was my first visit to Discount Tire & the service was excellent! I was given the option to stay in my car, instead of the waiting area. I think the managers name is Jordan. His team is top notch. They went above & beyond my expectations. I only scheduled 2 of 4 of my slow leaking tires for inspection & service. At least three technicians worked on my car at once & fixed the issues with all FOUR tires in minutes. Jordan took my payment card & processed it without me ever leaving my car. I am very impressed with this tire service center & will definitely return when i have a need.

Timely, efficient. I had a piece of metal stuck in an almost new tire. In the process of removing it the tire was damaged further. They did all the work and replaced the tire at no charge to me. Normally it would have been $35+tax. They are managing the flow during coronavirus well. I am very pleased and recommend Discount Tire to friends frequently.

Definitely the best tire shop in the area. Nice, clean facility. Worked with Kris, who was very helpful and personable. They seemed quite busy, but it didnt take them more than half an hour to get me in and out. They also let me put a warranty on the tires beforehand, so I ended up only paying only a fraction of what the new tire actually cost.

This place is awesome. Their people are wonderful, some of the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Recently bought a set of winter tires for my wife and my vehicles. We did not have appointments, and even though they were incredibly busy, they got us in and done in 30 min. They have an incredible selection of tires and wheels. The prices are really good as well.

Theyll give you options and be able to answer questions you have. They also offer very quick and timely rotations (as long as you make an appointment first).

I LOVE discount tire direct. They are the BEST at customer service no matter which location you go to. I lived in Des Moines Iowa for 4 years and both locations are fantastic at explaining your options, giving you the up front cost, and if you have an issue, they will make it right.Fast forward to This year. Bloomington store gave us the option to prorate our front tires as they were showing unusual wear signs. They stated this was due to alignment issues. After swapping out the front tires and driving home we noticed the center cap of a wheel was missing. After speaking with John Falk he stated he was not sure how it happened but would order one and call us when in. My wife and him were in contact several times but ultimately we did not want to drive from Dunlap Illinois to Bloomington Illinois simply to put on the center cap. My wife had asked John if they would just mail us the cap.Today we received the cap, Installed perfectly and John has made my wife happy! This makes John my new best friend.Thank you Discount Tire Direct for Putting customer service first. These guys and gal are amazing! Great customer service and fast service. I stopped in on my way to work as one of my tires was low. I adore this place. They are so helpful! They never talk down to me. When I first got my tires, the guy who helped me spent some time talking about how I drive, what I liked about my car, and then he recommended a few kinds and told me the pros and cons of each. They do periodic free tire rotation too, if you bought the tires there. It seems to have good management - all the employees are really nice. Its clear at the other end of town from me but its worth the drive.

Everyone is always kind and friendly when we go in for new tires or a rotation. I definitely recommend making an appointment because walk in wait times can be crazy long, depending on the day and time when you go. When you do make an appointment, they are really good about getting you in on time and being efficient in getting the job done.

Discount Tire is always very quick, efficient and friendly. Would not go anywhere else. Even if you dont buy your tired from them you can still go in to have them checked for free if the tire light comes on. But their tires are very affordable.

I easily ordered the Michelin tires I knew that I wanted for my 05 Ford Excursion. The tires were at the Normal store within a day. I was given the option to schedule an appointment by calling the store or online. There is also an option to walk-in and wait. I decided to walk in and was pleasantly greeted and waited on immediately. My new tires were installed within approximately 45 minutes (at the most.) I do wish they performed alignments to get everything done at one location. However, I received a coupon to go to a nearby mechanic to get the alignment completed the same day. Overall, a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Kris, whom immediately waited on me, was very knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient!
