Annie was very nice and helpful regarding the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. Was a minor problem with it and they agreed to fix it before I decide to buy it. Seems like a fair and honest place to do business. This is an auto repair shop as well and offer 50/50 limited warranty for 30 days/ 3k miles on vehicles over $3000 and 1 month$1k miles under 3k miles. No negotiation no finance but take trades.

Annie has no business talking to customers. Her customer service skills are very very poor. Borderline rude. Todd talks a good game but is just as bad. Solid salesmen but cant back it up with a solid product. I was trying to help out a small business by investing my money in a truck from this place. Have got nothing but heartache and disappointment. Didnt even have the truck for a month before it broke down. Still working on to this day. Sorry I blasted out on Todd I truly am. But you sold me a truck that belonged in the junkyard. Probably not a good choice on my part trusting them. But live and let die.

Honest dealership! I have had awful experiences with auto dealerships in the past and can’t express how happy I am to have found one that is honest.. I drove from out of town to buy a car and drive from out town for my maintenance.. it’s worth the time and gas when I know and trust the people I am dealing with.. Owen has great customer service, Annie is a straight shooter, and Todd takes care of his customers as if they were family.. will be back!

I would like to reply to my fathers (Todd Henkel) review and the reply. He purchased the vehicle (GMC Sonoma 1998) on February 15th of 2021 which broke down March 13th of 2021 and called a day later on March 14th of 2021 under the month warranty there is proof of call and photos. He told Annie he did not like the conversation which I heard and she still replied if he would like the part which in this case the vehicle was never looked at. He (My Father) was not happy as you know He spent a large amount of money for a vehicle that broke down in less than a month. Which anyone would have been upset and there was no compassion on how he (My father) was treated. There were issues through out the month with the rear view mirror falling, service engine soon light, and a new battery, and the air bag light.

Got a car from here. Annie is super sweet. The fuel pump went out shortly after my warranty ended. They honored the warranty anyway, and had it towed and fixed in a single day. They also replaced a part to stop a small oil leak, at no cost to me, so that was cool. They seem to genuinely want their customers to be satisfied.

Honest. The cars they sell are mechanically sound. Now, they are older cars so keep that in mind. Any used car you buy can develop a problem after you purchase it.

I really like coming to this shop. They took care of my old banger even though I didnt buy it there, and so when I decided to replace that car, I bought from TCB. It is more like going to a neighborhood shop than to a big auto service center, yet they are totally informed on all of the latest developments and their work is quality, done on time, and completed at very reasonable rates. They also understand that they are not servicing a clientele that has money to burn and sees their car primarily as a status symbol. Their customers are regular folks who need serviceable transportation for daily living, and they treat these customers with competence and respect. I recommend this shop highly.

TCB fixed the car. The hourly rate is reasonable. Thats the end of the positives.The problem is the added a bunch of additional work to the car mid repair. I felt like I was being held hostage. They offered to let me take the car before the job was completed and pay for the service done, even though there estimate I agreed to did not come close to what they were asking to do.Annie at the front does not do a good job or getting a hold of you about anything with your car. I had to call multiple times to check on my car and when ordered parts were in.It took me over an hour to get my Car. I told them I was unhappy with the service because of the additional work and I was going to pay the bill but I would not be coming back. They spent a good hour arguing with me. I just wanted to pay and get out. It took them another 10 minutes to swipe my card. Then my car was buried behind other cars in their ultra small parking lot. It took them another 20 minutes to move the car.This was the worst customer service I have every received at an auto shop.

Positives: Friendly people, reasonable rates.Negatives: Bought a TransSport from them. 4 months later it blew the engine. They replaced the engine (at an additional cost to me), and after that it continually ate EGR valves. Plus, the AC, which was great before the engine swap, would never hold a charge more than 4 weeks. But they could never find a leak. Considering how fast it was dumping the charge, the leak should have been easily found. Well, I maintained it with proper oil changes and all that, hoping to trade it. It blew the replacement engine within a year. I gave it away.I washed my hands of it and them. Ill not go back.

Would not recommend. Check engine lights were on in most cars they had for sale-had oil leaks in cars for sale and wouldnt fix them. Not a very trustworthy place. If you do decide to buy car from these people, get a second opinion first!!!

Very nice people. They just got my wife back on the road minutes ago. She got off the interstate for gas and the car went haywire, really sounded like the alternator. They dont normally do service calls, but the owner Todd drove over with a battery pack to get her started and drove the van back to his shop to check it out. The alternator was ok, charged the battery, checked the codes, let the car run on its own for a while and recommended replacing the battery when she gets back in town.They didnt try to ring her up and charged her less then she felt was right. I was over a barrel and they could have easily taken advantage. We live 2 hrs away. I found them online and felt a review was the least I could do to say thanks.

TCB is the place to go for honest quality auto repair at a fair price. They go above and beyond with customer service! We had our air conditioner fail the day before a long road trip during a hot 90+ degree summer heat wave. They got us in that afternoon for a quick fix and even called us the next day to check on us while we were on the road! What wonderful service! I recommend TCB to everyone I know. I paid for them to fix it and it still cramped out on me less than a week of them fixing it. There had to be a law against this but Im to stupid to know this.
