Tony was friendly and funny. We went there to sign up for TV service. We previously had Comcast and were paying way to much. Tony was able to go over all of the benefits and features of our new services. We were paying much more for less channels. We were able to save money and get more channels. After speaking with Tony about everything we knew we would be satisfied with everything. We were especially happy that we would be able to take our sports with us when we are traveling the country because we are huge Yankee fans. Thank you Tony and Lindsay for a great experience.

A very knowledgeable salesperson named Tiffany assisted me and my wife. She gave us a lot of info on the AT&T tv system which we are going to try. Tiffany answered questions, was helpful and non judgmental. She also was able to look into my cell phone bill and made suggestions which we took advantage of.

Today I came in because I needed a business line I was unsure of which prepaid phone to get.I was helped by a rep and he showed me which phones were offered and unfortunately I didn’t like any. I walked away. I went to T Mobile and after hearing what they offered I wasn’t impressed. I decided after not only having an AT&T account for a long time. I would go back and see what I could get even though I didn’t like the options previously offered. I walked in and Tiffany came over to assist. She was courteous polite and enthused to help me. She not only opened a business account for me she upgraded my phone she was absolutely a pleasure through and through. I would personally ask and recommend her to others. Customer service is extremely important to me and she exceeded my expectations. ( Can I also mention I called customer support on Friday and they weren’t as knowledgeable or helpful after an hour and a half. Just overall appreciative of her. Thanks Tiffany! I entered the North Haven AT&T store and was assisted by Donovan to have my Samsung A10s programmed for me. I have limited tech skill using new phones and have been using a flip phone. He was very professional, patient, and courteous putting me at ease immediately. While practicing some of the basic skills of the phone, he had a relaxed way to assist me despite my errors. After weighing my options into switching from Verizon to another cell phone carrier i happened to walk into att and work with Anthony. At first I had told him I was only just looking for information but after about 30 mins of asking him every question I had and having him not only answer them but go in depth on the plans, benefits and savings to switch over my family and I decided att was the best move for us. Luckily we got Anthony because I can truly say for the first time walking into any store really he made not only me feel comfortable in making a decision, he made the whole process seamless.

We even switched our phone service and our cable service. He dealt with all of our questions and was super professional and trust me my husband had many questions. The store was clean and I was handled efficiently. However, I distinctly told the salesman that I wanted to pay for my phone in full, but when he took my credit card he only charged it for the tax, and instead put me on the monthly payment plan.

I have been an AT&T customer for a long time- not always happy with them but not unhappy enough to change. Went to North Haven store today and Anthony helped me with my phone. I had issues with it. It was under warranty and I got the new one and he transferred all the info over for me. Freddy helped me the day before too. Great guys. I recommend them.

Anthony was patient and very helpful. Honestly this was one of if not the best experiences I had in an AT&T store. As I sat in the store and looked around it didn’t surprise me as to why Anthony was very helpful because his manager Kevin was just as helpful and caring to each person that walked through those doors. When the sales people were all tied up the manager immediately acknowledged each person that came in walking up to them asking what brought them in and put them on the wait list. It’s an experience like I had with Anthony and also from what I saw out Kevin/his staff that will have me always go to North haven.
