Greatest fantasy world ever!!

This place was great. On sept 25,2020. Two guys help my son fine a great birthday gift. The two guys that were there that day gave him good choices. They get 100 stars that day. They made my son really happy that day. Knowing that its hard with everyone stuck in side and he cant have a party with friends. Do to covid-19.

Not to much here.New and used prices about the same.Low on best known titles for Nintendo Switch. I went across the street and found a much better selection and better sale prices.

Terrible service, unprofessional guy was literally coughing as if he had the coronavirus and Ebola x 3 (on purpose actually) it was disgusting, no social distancing at all, literal covid hotspot, disgusting will never be coming here again.

Did not have copy of a new game that came out day of. Was not a widely popular game....

Ive always enjoyed this particular Gamestop location. They seem to always go beyond the generic customer service representative, who need to sell you something, and speak with you more as a family member or friend.All of them are very knowledgeable with every question I have ever asked. They speak from experience when they respond, which is nice instead of hearing a response that sounds like a marketing ploy.Gamestop in general always have great deals on used games, so thats also a plus added on with this locations review.If youre ever in the area you should pop in and see what they have to offer. Its only a loss if you dont try.

What can I say not many places you can buy videos games anymore. GameStop has some great deals on their items that goes on clearance sometimes.If your looking to purchase a video game that is the latest and greatest it is the only place to get it unless you go online. I do like the convince of ordering online and picking up in the store, but sometimes that doesn’t work well.If your trading something in sometimes you’ll get a good price for your trade but most of the time the values for your games are worthless. Always check the used games for scratches since they don’t. Also the used systems are hit or miss depending on what reconditioned state they were in.

If I could give GameStop - stars I would. They are one of the last standing video game stores around. Customer service needs to improve or they too will be out of existence like Toys R Us, CompUSA and Service Merchandise.

This is a great GameStop location. Competent staff, and always stocked with a great game selection.I went into this store location the other day in a psychotic frenzy, regarding an NSwitch screen protector that I had completely botched like a total bimbo. I wasted approximately $20 on it in best buy, and couldnt return it. At that point I required a hero.I walked into North Haven GameStop like a boss & explained my touble to the fella at the counter. He nodded his head and listened with authentic concern. I then bought a new screen protector, requested his assistance, and alas, he stood up to the challege. With a little sweat and a curl of the tongue, he prevailed victorious.A flawless installation. Perpetual joy, every time I view my switch screen, not a speck of dust, hair, or finger print.He legit made the majority of modern retail workers look like entitled heartless slackers!Good job, HERO!🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 🤘🏻!

The staff here is what makes this a Gamestop worth going to. Rating the place based on prices and corporate policy is pointless. Sure you dont get a lot back on trade-ins but thats the case on just about everything.Staff here is always helpful and friendly. They offer the usual Gamestop services but are not pushy about it, like many other places can be. Theyve often pointed out coupons I had in my account without knowing it. The only reason I dont buy all games online is to give these guys some credit for being great at customer service.

I have been to many gamestops but this one is by far my favorite. The guys are always so helpful and greet everyone that enters the store.

It is a very small place and it should have more games for kids instead of teenagers and adults so add more NINTENDO GAMES! For the Wii U
