Been to the store before but recently twice for a upgrade phones not in stock was supposed to be contacted by one of the sales team and never did call the store to see if they had some in stock told me they had one ask to see if it was possible to put it on hold was told no understandable but figure they would off sense im a return customer and been there twice for the same thing. Im not the type that really those reviews but I quest some times I have to and to add every time I go there theres maybe two customers and still have to wait to for no reason and like last time one off them whent to the back and never came out and different sales person came out. Not professional at all.

After an hour of working out the reasons the “deals” aren’t available as advertised to single line members and agreeing to take my old phone as a trade in based on great condition the manager in the back room found a small speck of red on the water indicating sticker and sent the employee back out with no trade accepted. Didn’t come out from back of the store apologize for the inconvenience or provide a solution for me. Just expected me to pay full price of the new phone. Employees were respectful awful management

I have to highly recommend going Addy was so friendly, helpful, and took the time and didnt make me feel rushed. She also fixed my phone problem Thank you.

The customer service is awful. today I went to buy a new iphone, all the workers are inexperianced and dont know what to do. The girl alex didnt even know what phone I had. The experiance was a 0/10 the only reason I went there is because you cant have a phone set up at apple. Also they have very limited phones and i regret making the purchase. Also my new phone is awful my texts wont load. The workers were also eating Dominos during work. I am very unpleased how this turned out.

Longest wait in the world during the busiest time of the year

Went to the store for technical support and they went out of their way to help us. They could have done just enough to get us in and out. We were treated like family 👪.

Great store great workers. Real kind caring for and to their customers

I stopped by to buy a new phone outright because I broke the screen on my current phone. Spoke with T-mobile support and I was told it wouldnt be a problem as long as I was buying it outright. In fact I already did it once a few months ago when I dropped my phone in the water. The person on staff refused to even attempt to help me once he found out I wasnt authorized on the account even though I was explicitly told being authorized wasnt needed if I was buying the phone outright. He acted like a complete ass when I tried to explain the situation and stated I cant sell you a phone outright unless you have an account. I called t-mobile support again to confirm I was correct and they suggested I go to a different location. Helpful....

Went into this t mobile store first thing in the morning when it opened to receive the free coffee mug as a gift on tuesdays staff was very unfriendly and rude they told me they did not have anymore and they have nothing to give.

Dont go here! Tried to buy a phone and they try to charge you all hidden fees and they claim they cannot do anything to help you. Managers are no where to be found. They dont care about customers experience or show any kindness.

I have cellular service plan with T-mobile for bunch of years. So that should tell you something
