Jeff was our salesman and worked it out for us to take a little longer test drive to make sure it was the right fit for us! They broke the numbers down for us and made it a super easy and FAST process, which we really appreciated! They also detailed our new whip while we got the paperwork work done. Bought a truck here from out of state (entire transaction was done over the phone + a fedex overnight envelope). Smoothest car (truck) buying experience ever. The process of is this truck in stock to the truck will be loaded on a car hauler this week was less than three hours. No games, no high pressure tactics. Paperwork process was painless. Truck arrived with a full tank of diesel and was clean inside/out. 10/10, would buy again. Ask for Jake when you call (for sales) and also my compliments to the finance manager, Peter for making the back-half of the process super smooth.

Setting up an appointment was easy. Sales staff werent pushy at all. The test drive process was very relaxed and they had zero issue with me taking the vehicle to be inspected elsewhere by a specialist. I have zero complaints with my experience. If I could give negative stars I would. My son bought his first car here in February. He drive it two days and the it overheated. Took it back to dealer and they wanted $50 just to look at it. They looked at it and said it was fine. Took it home, all the coolant hoses burst. I spent $1000 and my time replacing hoses. It is now 7 months later and the car does not work. It is leaking oil into manifold and will not run. When we bought the car it had 97,500 miles in it. It currently has 98,233. Less than 1000 miles it ran. Zero integrity and ethics. Who sells a car in that condition? Mechanics at shop are clearly idiots as well. I am livid and of course nothing can be done..they got their money

I waited a few months after purchasing a used truck from Brogden to see how some situations would develop. I love my truck, but my first two months of owning the dang thing it spent more time in the service department than at my home. I dont understand how I can have problems with a certified used vehicle that came with with a signed paper saying my trucks components were workings and they arent. Or how needed to wait for my warranty to begin before they could be fixed. I will say that all but one of my trucks problems were fixed eventually with no extra cash coming out of my pocket. That problem is with my headlights dimming. I was told that this a a normal operation and couldnt really believe it. While waiting for a mechanic to eventually determine that, I overhead people with brand new Buick vehicles being told the same thing. My title took forever, while being insinuated as my fault, due to the fact that the previous lien was still on my vehicles title. Pres is the salesman I met with and he is an OK gentleman, but definitely a car salesman looking to make money off you. If I hadnt really wanted my truck I definitely would not have done business here. I advise you to head on down the road to McCarthy and get the same GM vehicle you could get here.

The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and expedient. I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Although I discovered upon leaving that the air pressure in my tires was not correct so I returned and it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Im enjoying my new car and looking forward to many years of worry free service.

I had no plans to buy a car! My car was in for some repairs so I decided to visit the showroom to see what was available. I was looking at the red Buick Envision SUV when Nassima asked me if I wanted to test drive it while my car was being repaired. I thought why not. Because I was very concerned that a new car had to fit in my small garage I asked Nassima to go to my garage to make sure it fit. It did!! Nassima was very helpful and patient in teaching me some of the new technology while I test drove the new car. After much debate I returned to purchase the car the next day! Thanks to Nassima and her encouragement I’m a happy owner of a beautiful red SUV.
This is the 3rd in a year I have brought my car in to be serviced because of a check engine light. It takes less than 24 hours for it to reappear. I picked up my car on Friday, paid over 1700.00 to have it repaired and the check engine light came on Saturday. Am I supposed to pay another 100.00 to have it diagnosed. There is also a very large peice of trim missing around my windshield. I have no idea how this is even possible and I know for a fact it was there when I brought the car in. My husband is contacting the dealership today. I was so proud when I purchased my Buick, finally, I had a quality product that I could rely on. I am so shocked with all of the EXPENSIVE issues that I continue to have.

This was our second time buying a vehicle from this dealership within 6 months.The first time went fine.. The second time not so good at all very disappointed,their communication was horrible so much paper work I have signed over an over again, repeat paper work. I bought my car in early June an again just received more paper work last week and called to get information as to why AGAIN an spoke to terrie in financing an was told someone wanted copies,which we never requested,she was very short an rude about it...We also had to wait a month an a half to get our factory floor mats for a 2021 GMC Acadia. After getting the run around about it.. We were told the vehicle was completely ready to be picked up as we live an hour an 30 minutes away.I will not be recommending anyone to go to this dealership.

Went in today to purchase a new GMC Elevation. Knew what I wanted, all that was left was getting a fair price for my trade. They offered me $4000 on my 2009 Chevy 4WD with 120, 000 miles. My truck is not mint condition but in good shape. Newer tires, clean, runs good, etc. I purchased the truck 4 months ago for $12,000 for one of my employ. Looked at similar trucks on the market between $11 and $15k. I had no expectations of getting the $12,000 back but had it in my mind if they offered $10,000 I would put a deposit down and come back tomorrow to finish up paperwork.Even without the truck market like it is $4000 was a joke for the trade. Then he had some BS line about how they have to sell you some 3 year warranty package. I didn’t stay long enough to hear what that was about.Joe Barker
We were greeted immediately and then left to wander (our choice). Jeff helped us and he was such a nice guy. He wasnt pushy or anything. I love the 360 pics they do on their website. Theyre busy bees and have a pretty good selection. I highly recommend them.
I feel the process took a little longer than necessary, especially since we did the credit application at home. We were told Robert Brogden worked with 30+ lending institutions and would get us the right rate but only the GMC financing was pushed. We were told this compared to one other bank, but we did not get the full comparison expected.
We purchased a 2021 GMC Terrain and worked with Jeff Alstatt. We saw the vehicle online, contacted Robert Brogden and Jeff immediately reached out. We drove down the next day to purchase the vehicle and because we live more than 3 hours away, Jeff knew we were under a time crunch. He made sure to keep the process moving and efficient, so we could make it home in time to pick up our son from school. We are so happy with the vehicle and the discounts offered. This is our second car from Robert Brogden and I’m not sure we’ll go anywhere else just based on the ease of purchasing a vehicle and the friendly nature of the employees.

I came expecting to pay a premium for experts to service my car and found amateurs following a sales script.When I initially arrived the service associates were just standing around. I had to call the operator to find out who I needed to talk to. They forgot to take my name when I set the appointment up so I was No Name. The associate told me I should just buy a new car instead of getting a 700$ repair (that cost 120$ at almost ever other shop in the area). When I asked why I needed to buy a new car they couldnt explain why. It took 3 days and almost 350$ to get a headlight and blinker replaced. They couldnt fix small issues like a door handle (took me 5 minutes, 0 parts and a screwdriver). They told me I needed new tires even though Id had them replaced less than 9,000 miles ago. They couldnt explain why.

I took my truck in for an oil change and asked that the team also check my tire pressure. When I left the dealership they had not even taken the time to reset my oil change light on my panel and the tire pressure of my tires were all different. One reason to buy a new vehicle and get the warranty benefits is to take advantage of your team..................Well they failed miserably on this trip.

Im a repeat buyer at Brogden Buick GMC Dealership. Bought a 2014 Enclave, and now a 2021 Enclave!Jake Blackman is one of the main reasons Ive liked Brogden. I called him interested in getting some numbers together for me on a 2021 Enclave.Well guess what . . .Jake not only got back with numbers but made me such a good trade in and new car pricing deal I threw my plans out and the very next day left Brogden witha new car!Man that was fast, but not a quick impulse decision! You see back in 2014 my wife and I checked around before getting our first new car since 1975! Well we found out quite a bit has changed since then, and Ive always had a used cars in the past.Where to start, we had no idea? About that same time we received a flyer to come test drive a new car at a another brand dealership over the I-35 bridge on Santa Fe. Turned out it was just a good advertisement, and not good experience.Drove to Brogden that spring of 2014 and have never looked back. You see dealerships are managed differently, and once youve experience the best, why deal with the rest!I dont suppose I should write a book at this time, but I could with the good experiences weve have had at Brogden. After our decision to drive to Brogden to check them out, we never could have know that we would never look back!You see it turns out that Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at Brogden Buick GMC has made us feel like we have been friends for years, even as we just met. Relaxed, like sitting by a fireplace on a cold winters day with a cup of coffee with no place youd rather be . . .down home experience!
I gave 3 stars for our salesman because he was the only thing good about shopping there. We were a repeat owner & manager would not work with us at all. Maybe they cant afford to work out deals but think if they lose repeat customers, think they cant afford not to.
I bought this car on 6/17/21 and started having electrical issues within 30 days of owning the car. I took the car to the dealership and they spent 2 weeks trying fix the issue. I pick it up and less than a week later the car stranded me and was no longer able to turn on. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to get the car and gave me a ride back to my house to get my husbands car promptly. They spent the next several days figuring out why the battery was hot enough to catch fire and test drove the car under multiple conditions to make sure they fixed the problem. I hope this time the problem is really fixed and we won’t keep having to take the car back to be serviced.
Pres has been awesome throughout the buying experience. Got us into what we were looking for with minimal waiting. The team continues to communicate and make sure our needs have been met. Look forward to using the dealership for all of our maintenance and service needs in the future!
I have lost all faith in this dealership. $780 for battery terminals. Ridiculous. Took car two other places. Didnt even need battery terminals. Service manager wont return my call. We were a repeat buyer at this dealership. Never again.

Went in to diagnose and treat my 2012 Cadillac SRX, that was blowing hot air in 95° weather, come home with a 2021 Red, Buick Encore. I love it! Jeff Alstatt was very good at showing me something to replace the car that I really liked, but needed to be let go of.
You took 90 minutes to change my oil even though I had an appointment. You lied on the inspection report. Im still waiting for the part I asked you to order me in December. You took so long I dont even own that vehicle anymore. Go straight to hell. You will get no more business from me.

LOF and tire rotation went well ....wanted a second opinion on whether or not I needed a new windshield washer pump.....the answer was yes I did.....you estimate to r&r of $300+ led me to to dust off my tools and buy the $18 and spend 30 minutes of my time to replace the washer pump.Just a reminder only 5 quarts of oil for my 4 cylinder not 6, but all went well because I had a coupon, so no overcharge,

One of the worst dealership purchasing experiences Ive ever had. Giving two stars because they eventually got close enough we chose to purchase the vehicle, but that was primarily because they had the exact car we wanted, and we had to fight with them at every step to get close enough to make the purchase. They offered below the minimum KBB trade in value on our vehicle, and refused to budge more than $500. Finance department tried to give me a SEVEN PERCENT interest rate, despite my having extremely good credit, local bank rates are less than half that. They could not figure out why my wife’s credit report would not run, and ended up playing 6 hard inquiries after the paperwork was already signed. I have purchased from the Robert Brogden dealership in Hays, and it was one of the smoothest dealership purchasing experiences Ive ever had. Unfortunately the dealership in Olathe appears to be run very differently, and not for the better. If you want a smooth purchasing experience without having to haggle and fight at every step, and to receive a fair price for your trade, I cannot recommend going to this dealership.
Horrible dealership. Should be called a stealership. They extra fees are high not to mention they force you to buy a 3rd party warranty!! Plus the lady in the finance department is rude, disrespectful, and incompetent when it comes to her job. Stay away from this crooked stealership!!

I bought my truck from Robert Brogden about 2 years ago, and within the first month I noticed a popping sound under the truck when the truck was on an uneven surface. While my truck was under warranty they could never figure out the problem (had them look at it twice) but the first time I went back in to get an oil change when my truck was not under warranty they magically figured out the problem? Not to mention they want me to pay $1400 to get it fixed when they could have fixed it while my truck was under the warranty. Terrible experience in the service department and no one will return my emails after they emailed me wanting feedback on how my experience was.
I consistently stand in awe of Brogdens service department and personnel. Everything is done in a timely fashion and just as requested.
Always courteous and up front. No back and forth. Its the only place in town to buy a GMC or Buick. The lack of games is refreshing. Will be back for my cars in the future!

Good sales people. Was greeted right away in the lot. I came back to trade my vehicle I purchased last year. Was interested in buying a new truck. I was given the info I needed on what I was looking for and in a matter of hours I drove home with a new truck. Was satisfied with the whole process.
I brought my 2015 Enclave in for an oil change and told the service person the air was not as cold and to check on it for me. The service rep came to me an hour later to tell me my rear evaporator core and blower were ots and that to replace them would be $1100. I said I couldnt do that today and to just give me it back, after all, the air worked it just was not as cold as when I bought it. The service rep then told me that the AC now doesnt work and they could not give it back the way it was. I came in for an $50 oil change and left with an alignment and no AC on a 95 degree day and was charged $340(including $100 to break my AC). I will not be back nor will anyone I can tell.

Purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali xl and had to return to get tape marks buffed out. Also the vehicle was in demo mode mode and nobody there could take it out so I also had to return for that. You would think they would take more time and care in a 96k truck. The sale staff was great.
I am from Michigan and was driving to Kansas when my cars turbo gave out. Called them Monday morning brought it in, they looked at it and replaced my turbo and had it back to me the same day! Im blown away with the service here! They even gave me a courtesy car to drive for the day! Shout out to Aurora for being so incredibly helpful and friendly! In 2018, my now husband and I bought a brand new Buick Encore and it was a great experience. Weve continued to bring our vehicle into the dealership for routine maintenence, even though the location is very inconvenient for us. In the past, I had given a five star review, but after my experience Friday, I have to give one star. The experience was bad enough and I have written an email to the sales manager addressing it, but to add insult to injury, today I was incorrectly sent an email congratulating me on my new vehicle... that I didnt leave with on Friday.Bitter much? Was given a quote from this dealership that was ~$3000 to replace all fuel injectors and a computer upgrade when in reality the car only needed one injector replaced. I called GM customer care for assistance, as this is a known issue and covered by GM in 14 states. Ultimately took it to Roberts Chevrolet who went above and beyond and was able to replace the one injector for ~1/10th the price. I thought it was too go to be true so I have waited a few months before writing a review. Car has driven great ever since and I saved ~$2500 by taking it to Roberts! Definitely worth the extra drive from here on out!!

I generally never leave a negative review. However, the difference between the sales department and service department is huge. My sales representative Obada did a GREAT job, handled everything super professionally, etc. First service visit, a disaster. First off, I walked in and no-one greeted me, said a word, offered to help, etc. I should add, it was not busy in the slightest bit. The following day, no one called to tell me when my car would be done, I had to call in and inquire myself. When I came to pick up the car, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. All in All - a big let down compared to the service from the sales team. Next time I will take my car elsewhere for anything service related.
Just ask for Jason, He was very straightforward and efficient. He had my beautiful wife and I test driving the car she wanted in less than 5 min after we arrived. He made buying a car the way it should be, no hassle, fun, and very helpful down to the last detail. He is complimented by a very efficient, fast and informative financial dept and service technicians that had my wifes car fueled up and ready to go when we were done signing the papers. It was truly a relaxing, fast and very exciting experience for us. Robert Brogden Buick GMC is the best place to purchase a vehicle and of course, the smile on my wifes face was priceless! The customer service at GMC Robert Brogdenis deplorable. For a variety of reasons : lack of professional work ethic among the service department employees, time management, and customer satisfaction.Waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change and then getting your car back with oil stains all over the car is unacceptable. I would highly advise the Store owner and the Service Dept. Supervisor develop an action plan. It should incorporate using the NPS (Net Promoter Survey) that would be given to every customer after services rendered, identify a Floor Team Lead Manager (one with good experience from another Service Car Dealership), time management assessments and performance based evaluations for the service team members.Hopefully, by implementing some of these actions, this Dealership Service Department will begin to get better in the future.
