Noemi is the best warehouse operations admin! She has helped me from all the way in Arizona for a misplaced shipment that the Best Buy here couldn’t figure out!

First of all, they are closed from 1-3pm. The process for picking up the order is super slow. The outside line waiting to check in is long.. the time between checking in and you finally receiving your products is 40 minutes plus. Just picking up your order will take you anywhere from an hour to two easily

If I had a habit of reading reviews of the warehouse pickup location before buying an appliance, maybe I would have had some reservations about making my purchase. But who has time for that. The reviews of this pickup location are pretty spot on. You arrive, they take your order number and ask for a phone number. Then they tell you theyll “call” you in 15-20 minutes to pull up to the loading dock. An hour later, I hear through the customer in the car in front of me that they are just out there yelling last names. So much for a call. No matter how early you arrive, plan on an hour wait and make sure you park or stand somewhere between the checkin office and the loading dock. I thought I might just drive around because they were going to call me, but Im glad I stuck around to hear the guy just yelling my name in the parking lot. I just wish they would be honest at check-in and tell you its going to be an hour of more. I heard the employee tell all four people in front of me the same thing. And we all waited an hour. First-world problems.

Driver beware arrived 1 hr before appointment was not given dock until one hr after appointment took over 2 hrs to get unloaded for a very light tv load 8000 pounds very slow service do not recommend to do business with this servicer if you are pressed for time be prepared to wait and lose valuable driving time on the slow rude staff here

Worst warehouse ! place is a joke ! The don’t even know how to manage !
