We purchased two HD-2605 antennas and, with each antenna, an HDTV-2100V DVR converter box unit. One antenna & box was for our home, and we liked it so much we bought the second set for my parents. About 6 weeks ago, the HDTV-2100V stopped working. I have called numerous times since then (most recently yesterday), texted, and sent an email which included my phone number, because Id like to get assistance on options to troubleshoot the unit, get it fixed, or perhaps order a replacement. As of this date (November 2, 2021) I have yet to receive any response. Their website is still active and there is a voice message when I call asking me to leave my name and number, yet apparently there is no human responding to customers. Although the antennas are still working well, (which is why I gave them 2 stars), I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service.

I bought a HD-8008. It hasnt worked for me. I have tried calling, texting and emailing the company. No reply. At first, I wanted help to get it to work. Now, I want to return it. I believe they are trying to wait out the 60 days so I cant. $80 down the drain
