Picked up a new used fridge. Easy to work with and helpful staff. Not a super friendly staff. Great value in many of the options if you need a refrigerator, washer, or dryer.

The experience we had at Appliance Exchange in Orem was fantastic! Right from the beginning, the gentleman Russ was delightful. He was helpful and friendly. He showed us a great washer and dryer pair and thoroughly explained the payment options. Thanks again for everything !!

Poor customer service. Rude employees. A fridge that we bought broke in 3 months. All I asked was a recommendation on finding someone to take a look at it like a mechanic that they work with or a referral to a different company that would be willing to diagnose a fridge for a fee. I did not mind paying for a mechanic. A female employee on the phone was unprofessional and basically told me it was my problem and my fault I didn’t get a warranty and she doesn’t know anything about any mechanics. I do not recommend anyone going in this store or buying anything from them…. Worst place ever

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a used appliance from here a few times and as recently as July. The people managing this place are so rude and ignorant Im surprised they could even afford the paint job advertising their business. The way they treat people on the phone and respond to some of the reviews here makes me really wonder about the legitimacy of any positive review posted here. You guys seriously have some work to do with your ignorant business practices. Ill never come back with the way you treated me. BEWARE!!!

So far so good. The selection was great and no high pressure sales. Exchanging our old unit gave us a 1 yr warranty on the new. You have to bring it to them though. Sales person was nice and efficient. Loved reading all the awesome signs they have decorating the store. A great place!

These guys are great. I took in my old appliances got a credit which gave me a one year warranty on my purchased of a refurbished appliance from them. I used the warranty. They fixed the probably quickly and for free. Only hiccup is you have to take it back to them to get repaired at their store.

One star because if I’ve ever had the most rude people to get help from in a store it was here. I have a much better recommendation below. They were awful to work with. We just bought an appliance last weekend and brought it home to learn that it didn’t work… I’m glad I payed a couple hundred dollars for a machine that doesn’t work… I’m hoping they can fix it quickly so that we can use an appliance that we desperately need. Currently frustrated with the situation. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend this store, but will change the review if they can make it a better situation.

Customer service is poor. We felt unwelcomed as if we bothered them with our presence. No other customers were in the store at the time but it seemed they were making a great deal of effort to ignore us.

I dont often write about poor service. I often try to believe that maybe these employees were just having a bad day and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I have found with Appliance Exchange of Utah - Orem location that the staff seems completely ambivalent to customers having an issue. I purchased a 2 year warranty on my refrigerator, not even 1 year ago. A couple of weeks ago, my refrigerator started having some problems keeping the food cold. I live in Salt lake City but the Orem location of this company is very close to my workplace in Orem so I stopped by to ask them about warranty service on my fridge. With a total lack of customer service, I was told that I would need to deliver the fridge to them as they did not provide any technicians in the field. This was frustrating but I have a truck and I loaded up my truck today with my fridge. I laid the fridge gently on its side to transport it more safely in my truck from Salt Lake to Orem. I waited for 20 minutes in front of their Orem location waiting for the store to open. I then went inside as the 2 smug employees saw me outside but just stayed behind their desk. The male employee told me that because I laid the fridge on its side that it voids the warranty. Now, I am becoming very frustrated with the general attitude and lack any customer service. I unloaded the fridge and asked them to at least look at the fridge to see if it can be repaired. I have waited all day for someone to call me and let me know what is happening. When no one called, I phoned them and was snidely told that they would not look at the fridge until tomorrow, guess because of the compressor. If they would have simply explained to me at the time of drop off that they would need to let the unit sit for 24 hours because of the compressor, I would have been totally fine with that. I would not recommend Appliance Exchange of Utah - Orem. Their customer care is NON-EXISTENT. There are a lot of great people out there looking for jobs that could do a far better job than the staff at this location is doing. Come on Appliance Exchange of Utah - Do better!So - As a follow up on this terrible experience with this so-called company. Their employees just called me (20 minutes after posting my original review). They were very angry that I had posted this review. They told me to come pick up my broken down refrigerator and that they would not fix it or honor the additional money that I paid for in getting 2 years of warranty. Keep in mind that this fridge is not even 1 year old and it clearly shows the lack professionalism in this company and their employees. This is a complete failure for them as any kind of a trusted and reputable service provider. Appliance Exchange of Utah - Orem had a chance to get a great review from me if they could have offered a small amount of courtesy and customer service. I will now happily pay for a very nice expensive new fridge and take my business to a reputable company and stands behind their products.

I found this advertisement online claiming to have a new dishwasher for 50% off. When I arrived at the location and looked at the dishwasher it was very obvious it was not new but used. There was food in the bottom of the dishwasher, and food residue along the sides of the dishwasher.When I asked the associate why they would claim it was new when it was very obviously not, he got in my face And became very upset. I thought we were about to throw down because I told him they were lying.If you want to be misled, argued with, and almost get into a fight with the sales people, this plant center is the place for you. Maybe I will go back tomorrow after I take my pre-workout.

Worst experience ever. I needed to buy a fridge today and this was the only place I was able to get to. I walked in and not a single person was wearing a masks. I was then rudely asked to show my vaccine passport. I said I did not have one then the guy told me to leave because I did not have a mask. I could not believe it! These people are the worst to deal with and from looking at other google reviews, I can tell I am not the first customer! Luckily I will never go then again. You shouldn’t either!

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a fridge and a rangetop. The rangetop essentially blew up when it was connected and the whole dashboard on the back almost lit fire. Holes burnt through the metal from the electric shot. And the refrigerator I got broke down three months later. The warranty is obscene. Having to tow a refrigerator into a store for maintenance is an enormous inconvenience. If you don’t have a truck you are out of luck. I ended up just buying a new fridge and tried to sell the one I purchased from here and they won’t allow me to transfer the warranty over to whoever I sell it to. Even though it was a warranty that was paid for. Just spend the extra money and buy a new fridge is what I would recommend because the hassle of purchasing these used appliances has been more of an inconvenience than spending the extra money. My tenants lost all of their food in their fridge and freezer when the fridge broke down. And my electrician almost got really hurt. If it had been me plugging in our rangetop I would’ve been electrocuted. What was wrong with the rangetop was internal and had nothing to do with transfer of the appliance or installation.All in all I understand this is a used appliance store. I think what has bothered me the most is just that I tried to sell it and get my money back for it and they won’t let me transfer the warranty which is a huge selling point. Very frustrating

As a landlord I’ve had a great experience so far. I’ve gotten a washer and dishwasher at this point - both fantastic and well priced. I get the downfall of the warranty but heck I hope I never have to actually use one! So far so good. 🤞🏻

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews when we’ve had an amazing experience! The manager there was so friendly when my dad and I went to get a washer and dryer. It literally states in their warranty that they DON’T deliver or pick up if the appliance needs fixing so I don’t understand all the comments about that. Definitely a straight forward company, if you don’t like the warranty simply don’t buy. But we definitely had a great experience! And definitely recommend if you’re on a budget! :D

Did I get the appliance I needed? Yes. Does it work? Yes. Would I recommend this place? Nope. Horrible customer service, they act annoyed the second you walk in the store, very rude about wearing your mask (even if theres nobody in the store), and the guy was wearing a neck gator, which is statistically worse than not wearing a mask. I dont care much, but they are sticklers on masks so I thought that ironic. I Dont relish in writing negative reviews, but its clear theres a trend with this place. So Im doing it as a public service, in hopes that they will make an effort to be more friendly and accommodating.

I bought a washer and dryer set here about 3 years ago and it has been great! I was a little worried buying a used washer and dryer with only a warranty being so long, but I’ve never had any issues and got them for an amazing deal! I would definitely consider shopping here again.

The only reason why I even feel they’re worth a 2 star rating is because I was finally able to get a washer and dryer. If you go to the Orem location be prepared for some of the worst customer service You will ever experience. The staff members working on 3/25/21 all seemed extremely bothered and annoyed. I felt like I couldn’t even ask questions because of the guys attitude at the front desk, very short and grouchy. When it came time for them to bring the appliances out the man who wheeled everything out was extremely disrespectful to my grandpa. We said thank you after loading it on to the trailer and the guy just turned around without saying anything and walked away. They absolutely could have cared less about the customers that are giving them their money!!I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and just go to the salt lake location.

I’m sad to say that we had a terrible experience with this store. I’m a believer that older appliances are built well and with some repair can be a good machine for years to come. I understand that I am buying a used appliance and that comes with risks but the customer service is terrible! Our washing machine worked for three weeks before we had to to take it back down out of the second story home to get it to them to fix. They were rude and disrespectful. When they unloaded from my vehicle, they completely dropped the whole thing and still were rude about not letting me return or get a different one. When that is what they do, repair used appliances and then sale them. They said they would just repair this one ( that they already tried once and it only worked for three weeks and then they completely smashed it! But I’m sure this time it would be fine!) and contact me in 3-5 days. In the meantime, my family of seven, will again have no washing machine. Well, it’s now been a week and a half and I have heard nothing from them!!! It really is too bad! They could have a good business plan if someone cared an inkling about the customer rather than just themselves.

Pretty straightforward place, bring in your old appliances and you get a one year warranty. Their inventory is obviously based on what ppl bring in, so it’s never certain what you’ll find.

Not what I was expecting. But we purchased a good refurbished refrigerator from them.

Fast simple and easy. We needed a new washing machine fast.my wife saw the add and we loaded the dead machine in the back of the truck and headed out. They had plenty of machine in the price range and we found one very quickly. We paid for the new washer. I needed to use the restroom and before I was out the had the old one out of the truck and the new one in and were finishing strapping it down. We were in the store maybe 20 minutes. Any other time I have purchased appliances it took hours and then delivery in a few days.This was great.

Worst experience I’ve had with a business in a long time. Bought a set washer and dryer about 2 months ago with the warranty and came back 3-4 times with issues with the dryer. It never really fixed the issue and we would do a load of clothes and would break again. Finally just exchanged the dryer and sold it (because they don’t do refunds). Then our washer stopped working, I went back and explained all the times I’ve loaded the appliances in and out of my truck, loads of laundry my girlfriend had to do elsewhere and all the times bringing it back didn’t repair the issues, and all I wanted was the money back. I told the story to an employee, manager and finally the owner and the owner told me they normally help people out but I had a “bulls*** story” so they weren’t going to. Even when they had record of all the times I’d been back.They sell horrible stuff, can’t repair worth anything, and are unreasonable. Even though it’s their policy that they don’t accept refunds, I wish they would have helped us out with all the hell, instead of having a very confrontational attitude, accused me of lying, and giving us a all around terrible experience.*I have a recording of the last conversation and will see how I can post it*

My washer broke, it had been repaired a couple times, needed to get another one. Friends referred me to Appliance Exchange. It was difficult getting the washer up a flight of stairs and problematic to put in the trunk of the car and tie down. Found a washing machine in the store right away. Gave them my old washer. It was an arduous task to maneuver the washer down a flight of stairs. Upon first use the washer leaked. Called company, they said bring it back so they could fix it. I did so, even with the difficulty of moving a washing machine. They called within hours it was fixed. As I said it is quite a struggle to move a washing machine from place to place. It actually wasnt fixed. It leaked just as it had prior. Call me a believer, I took it back again. Soon they called and said it was in perfect working condition. The ignorance of these employees is staggering! This time it didnt just leak, it flooded the area. The employees were rude, impatient, asinine and apparently deranged. Claiming they even ran the washer was a blatant, disturbing and disgusting absolute LIE! The horror Ive experienced from this company is unreal. Why havent they been shut down!?!? The owner must be a hateful and malicious individual to allow a company to run based on elaborate lies. Anyone with an ounce of integrity or a conscience, would not put customers through this hellish experience. Shame on whoever runs this evil circus of dishonesty!!!

My husband went here and bought a fridge for one of our rental properties. When he bought the fridge he specifically asked if the water dispenser or Ice machine didn’t work if someone could come and fix it. They said that they would as part of the warranty. ONE MONTH LATER the fridges water dispenser started leaking everywhere. It warped the floors in the kitchen and when I called the appliance exchange to see if they could have someone come and look at it the guy I spoke to was rude and said “the warranty is only an in store warranty and if you want us to look at it you have to bring the whole fridge into the shop. If it’s a water dispenser issue don’t bother bringing it in cause we won’t look at it.” So the exact opposite what their employee told my husband at the time of purchase. I ended up hiring my own technician who came and took a look at it and said the fridge had a bad valve and that I would just need to buy a new one cause it would cost $400 to repair.Overall they are an Extremely dishonest company. I will NEVER buy from them again. Buyer beware. You’re better off just looking for a used fridge on KSL then you are buying from this lousy company.

Well my husband went and bought a washer and dryer, having issues ready within just the first 2 hours of having them. The washer canceled itself half way through a normal wash setting on warm water & the dryer doesntget hot. Called and basically was told its because we are using them wrong... well 1st off, no we looked up the manuals because they literally do not give you any information on the machines, and then he says we can bring them back.We had to get help to go get them and bring them home, we dont own a truck, so its not some easy. oh yea well be right there with these heavy machines, just have to take our front door off again...Why not send one of YOUR guys out to look at the machines and if they need further repair then your guy can load them up and haul them back!*Since leaving this review, woke up to my kitchen floor wet, washer has a leak. Seriously disappointed and irritated. They claim that they are repaired and working before they list them for sale. Clearly they need to reevaluate their repairmen and that appliances are actually fixed and working!

My family recently purchased a fridge from this place thinking it was a good deal... lo and behold the fridge was a total disaster. Ruined the flooring of a kitchen in less than a months time... We kindly asked the business to make it right through their “warranty” they lied and basically spat in our face. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET AN APPLIANCE.

The two different people that helped me at the front desk were not friendly at all. In fact they looked mad and were super cold, they made me feel terrible for asking normal questions. Luckily I was able to find a washer and dryer, they have a wide selection, it was great...but that doesn’t apply to the staff.

I bought all my appliances here for my home (Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer) and initially thought I had a good experience. However, the fridge stopped working days after the 1 yr warranty expired. I understood and owned that fact so I went in to buy another one (giving them my money again). I paid their recommended deliverer to get it to my house and when plugged in it didnt work. Since it didnt even work from the get go I asked them if they could haul it back (or pay to have it hauled back) so they could fix it or I could purchase a different one from them. They refused. I contacted their owner (Russ Thornton) and cordially explained that I had purchased a number of items from them and would likely purchase more in the future (I own a few rentals), then explained what happened and felt that it would be a good sign of standing by their products to get the fridge that didnt work on onset to repair or replace. He not only refused, but was extremely rude and told me he did not want me as a customer!I would not ever recommend to anyone to deal with a company whose owner is this rude and runs a business like this. Stay away!!! Go to RC Willeys clearance area and pay a couple bucks more for so much more quality and confidence!

We visited on Saturday and found a deserted warehouse where we were treated like a contagion and refused service. The woman at the desk and the half dozen guys outside were literally doing nothing and they lost our business, which may very well have been the only sale they saw all day.Also their premises were shady and their inventory looked pretty nasty. Who sells a dingy refrigerator without handles for $300?

Bought a washer. The hot intake did not work. My son took it back the next day as my husband and I had to work. They told my son nothing was wrong with it and it worked just fine. Nope. Two days later we hauled it back downstairs for the second time and took it in. We talked to the person who said they had looked at it the day before and he stated he had put his hand in and felt hot water. We asked him to check while we were standing there. The strangest thing happened. The hot water did not work! He said he would look at it. We picked it up that evening, hauled it back home and up stairs again. It is a great washer! It just took three trips to and from the exchange to get it and then get it working right.

Bought a nice looking refrigerator from them for $300. They said it worked, we looked at it and it didn’t have any gross smells, and we picked it up a couple of weeks later when we moved in to our new place. Upon pick up, it had an awful fish smell. It turned on fine and we tried cleaning it to get rid of the smell. It never went away. About 2 weeks of having it, the fridge side went warm. Instead of finding someone with a truck to take it back and have them fix it, I ordered a part on amazon for $20 and fixed it myself- I thought. It worked for another month or so before both sides went warm. I tried fixing it again and it worked for another week. Today was the last straw. The fridge went warm again, and the next fix was another $150 part.After 2 months, I had a crummy product that still smelled like fish so I went and bought a brand new fridge. I would recommend buying from another place.

Extremely friendly and when my dryer needed to be fixed all I had to do is hand them my receipt/warranty, tell them what was wrong and 4 business days they called me saying it was fixed! Came in, gave them my receipt and they brought it out to my truck. Easiest experience and highly recommended!

I have purchased multiple appliances from this store.. Today, I walked into this location to buy a washer, dryer, microwave and refrigerator. This purchase likely would have been over $3000. I walked in without a mask and was immediately and rudely told that I would need a mask to be in the building. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Cant wear a mask because of medical reason. Employees very rude on situation. Last time I will shop there. Went to a more friendly store for my appliance. Owners need to do some PR training on ADA compliance.

What warranty? Sold me a washer that didnt work correctly (sounded like a jackhammer in the spin cycle even though it was level). Replaced it with one where the warm water wouldnt work (either HOT or cold). When I went back to replace it they said I didnt know how to operate a washer and was told I wasnt welcomed back in their store.

Bought a washer from them in April 2020, it stops working Oct 2020. the repair costs over $300 with $89 service call fee. Completely a scam.

This place is just where to go to get used appliances at a great price! They check them to make sure they work properly, and they offer extremely affordable warranties just in case something goes wrong. But they are confident in the appliances and weve never had any issues. Absolutely recommend it!

This is a cool place. They sell fixed up older (and newer) appliances for reasonable prices. I didnt have to drop my old broken fridge off at the dump. They took it and will fix it up for someone else. I highly recommend.

I am leaving a review based off a phone call I had with an employee. I called to ask about a warrant and they acted bugged that I even called. Each time I asked a question you could hear the annoyance in their voice. They did answer my questions and as I was saying thank you and about to say bye they just hung up. No “have a nice day” no “thank you” not even a “bye.”It’s hard to want to work with companies that hire employees who don’t have good customer service MANNERS” - that’s all it is. Manners.Want to keep customers coming back? Be nice and use manners. That’s a really easy way to keep your clients coming back for me.In this case, I probably won’t be to keen to recommend anyone to the business.

I bought a matching washer and dryer here that are really beat up but otherwise do the job. However, the salesman there was very dismissive when I was asking questions and made me feel completely rejected and ignored. Never looked at me when I was checking out either. The warehouse guys brought them out to the truck which was nice. I had to make them fit and move them around on my own for a few minutes but at least I didnt have to lift them into the bed at all

I have had a good experience with appliance exchange orem. They have honored their warranty very well I have had to bring in a washer and dryer for warranty and they were always quick to repair. Their warranty is defiantly worth buying.

Where to start I went to appliance exchange for my first time on 08/14/2020 as I walk in the door the front was talking profanity I wont go into details. As I was walking I hit my leg on something sticking out of the wall and have a huge bruise now. I was fine with that ok whatever i didnt expect an RCWilley experience. I bought a LG Electric dryer $300.00 Brought it home unloaded it went to dry clothes and I hear a really loud noise like horrible noise. My husband toke it apart to see where the noise was coming from and found out it was two of the drum wheels completely worn. Appliance exchange says they test there appliance before selling I really dont think they do. Reason being is as soon as you start that dryer it is incredibly loud and hard to miss. what a pain in my rear. Waste of time all I can say really frustrated they lie about testing their appliance yeah Suuure. Oh and they want my old dryer for a year warranty or to just to flip it and rip someone else off.

The staff is rude, unaccommodating, cantankerous and overall lacks good customer service skills. Ask them a question, and youll get a curt response.The items are over price for second or third hand used. Many of the fridges emanate strong odors. Think twice before purchasing from this location.

Customer service was horrible and if you want something fixed you bring it in and they still couldnt fix it. Fixed it myself and then they claim that voided the warranty because I did their job better than they could. The only saving grace is they did replace it but wouldnt give a warranty on the replacement. Took a chance on a used one because of the warranty but should have just bought new.

I seldom do reviews but I had such a poor experience at Appliance Exchange of Utah in Orem that I wanted to keep others from having to deal with the same thing. They advertised several appliances on both KSL and their website that I was interested in. I took time off work to go purchase one and and they said they only had an option that was 5 times the price of the ones they had advertised. Worst bait and switch I have ever experienced and their attitude was extremely flippant about it. Will never go there again, save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere.

I don’t understand previous comments for this company! All the employees were very polite and prompt. They helped me with everything I needed and I fully enjoyed my visit! Definitely somewhere you should go if your looking for an affordable appliance sold by friendly staff!

Some GREAT deals on washers and dryers, but the refrigerators seem to be a little bit overpriced. If you are in the market for a fridge, I would check the scratch and dent inventory with Best Buy, where I found a NEW fridge with two very tiny dents for $910, only $110 more than an older, pretty beat up fridge at this place, for which they were asking $800. Also no warranty on ice makers or water dispensers, no matter the model.

Good place to buy used appliances. The store is neat and clean. Staff is friendly and willing to help, but not over sales-y. They held my appliances for over a week while I figured out a way to haul them to my place. Just keep in mind that the appliances are used, they won’t always be totally scratch and dent free. I recommend having a way to haul the appliance with you when you purchase.

A great place if youre looking for a deal. Ive purchased 4 different appliances from them. And recycled old appliances instead of sending them to the dump. Only had one item with an issue and they fixed it right up, no questions. The people who work there always answer my million questions and give me honest advice.

I do not recommend this store at all. The owner followed my husband and I around and got impatient when we took a bit to figure out what we wanted. He even rolled his eyes! One of the dryers we looked at stank so bad that he sent it back to be deodirezed- so much for their technicians who check everything before it goes to the floor. The owner repeatedly said that everything is 100% guaranteed to work. Well those words fell flat when the washer we bought did not work adequately (the slow spin setting is zero functioning and the high speed barely works). Again, so much for the technicians who check everything. This would have been ok except we would have to rent a truck to get it to the store and then again to get it back- just to get something that left the store broken sorted out (really frustrating). When I called the store to ask if they could try and help me to not have to rent a truck twice (get it done same day) the manager was so rude! Truthfully I was frustrated when I called, but I was not rude. He interrupted me multiple times and got defensive. He said that what I said was irrelevant and that I should have done research and known that they are second hand - in other words I should have been smarter than to believe what the owner of the store said. When I thanked him for his time and said I hope he have a good day - he just hung up.So if you buy something fully functional then this is a great store in terms of price but if like me, you pick something out that does not work when you get home - buckle up for the worst customer service combined with the hassle of getting it to the store.

Love the service and the warranty on their items, last fridge I bought lasted me four years. Thank you guys.

A classic used/refurbished/scratch and dent appliance store. We were happy with the washer/dryer set we picked up for a good price!

What a great concept! Staff very friendly and helpful. I would have given them a higher rating, but the refrigerator I bought today appears to not have been cleaned at all. They hadnt even cleaned the coils which were absolutely filthy and probably never cleaned by the previous owner. I can only clean what I can reach opposed to having the coils serviced and cleaned in their shop. It just surprised me that Appliance Exchange wouldnt clean the coils prior to selling the refrigerator given that clean coils are important for unit function. That said, assuming the appliances are in good working order, it is an inexpensive way to replace worn out appliances of your own.

Not a great experience...go elsewhere. We got a fridge from them, and transported it according to instructions. It never cooled after plugging it in. We gave it several days to see if it would somehow start before contacting them. They were nice and offered to exchange it. Since the only fridge that would fit in the space cost more than the first one, they were really kind and didnt charge us the difference. That fridge worked for about a week, and then had the same problem....stopped cooling and wouldnt get cool again. When I contacted them again, they said to bring it back and they would do the same thing for us that they had previously done, or they would refund the money. When we got there, they told us a completely different story...they wouldnt refund us, and they were going to charge us more for the replacement fridge. They said that it was because the temperature dials on the first fridge had been adjusted, and that is what made it not work. I explained that we had waited for several days before adjusting them, and I only adjusted them to see if it would make a difference (and if they shouldnt be touched, why are they there). I asked her if the original fridge was working now, and she said she didnt know. After talking to them for a long time, they agreed to exchange the second fridge for a third one without a price change (they changed their minds about giving me a refund, like they had said they would over the phone), but they would only do it without the 30 day warranty. I didnt know what else to do without being stuck with a bad fridge and out the money. So we did it. The third fridge worked for several months, and now its draining lots of water onto the floor. The guy we had transport and install all of them has done it many times, so it wasnt a problem with transporting that caused any issues. We were just sold defective appliances -- two of which were nothing but warm food chests. And now were still out a fridge.With all the cost of lost food and paying the guy to transport it, we would have been money ahead if we had just bought a new fridge.They seemed like nice people until the second fridge didnt work. Then they were not sympathetic at all -- she even said I was lying about what she had told me on the phone about giving me a refund. She had given me her name on the phone and everything, and then just denied it all and called me a liar. Extremely unprofessional. I would have understood if she had said that she discussed it with her boss and he wouldnt agree to it, but she just wanted to cover herself or something.Anyways....we could have given them a lot of business. I work with a lot of places that frequently need appliances replaced, but after them being so shady and rude, I wont go back, and cant recommend them to anyone.Im not trying to get back at them by posting this. I just dont want anyone else to find themselves in a similar situation.

Best service EVER!!!! This is our second time here, and their appliances are SO AFFORDABLE and work great! We have bought a washer dryer, and recently a fridge. Their extended warranty is a great addition and is also at a great price! We will definitely be repeat customers!

We have had trouble keeping our dryers working

Like buying from a garage sale. Staff are agitated all the time and bought a washer, it broke, they offered no repair referral. ZERO HELP.

Russ was very helpful and gave us a great deal! We got front load washer and dryer in great condition other than a bend but was more than willing to fix it. He also threw on a two year warranty. Id definitely shop here again!

Kindof a bummer these guys don’t understand customer service. Bought a dryer and it broke a week later. Swapped it out and paid the difference for a new one and broke again just 3 weeks after. When I spoke to one of the guys on the phone he straight up told me sorry, because you are a week past your 30 day warranty you’re out of luck. They won’t fix it, discount, or even try to ratify the situation rather stated, “Our hands our clean, sorry our machine didn’t work for more than a month.” They lost my business and any referrals. Doesn’t take much guys to see a possible solution to look past, “policy” and create a good customer experience, especially considering just a few days past a warranty.

Save yourself the time and effort DO NOT buy appliances from here! Not only do they smell like mildew, We have had several problems with the different washers and dryer‘s from this place. Although the price is right save yourself the hassle and go buy new ones. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! although they have a warranty it is only an in-store warranty which means you have to get the appliances there to fix. Yes you can rent a truck for 40 bucks and get it there yourself, But for all of you single moms out there with kids that can’t do it or afford the $100 moving fee each time it has an issue, but fair warning if it comes home with a new issue from the issues supposedly “fixed” they will make you pay another $100 to get it there costing just as much as you paid for the machine itself. The manager on the phone was very rude and didn’t even consider helping me by any means. We literally had a machine that was not leaking, Leaking terribly right after we washed one load getting it back from them. They said too bad your problem... not even we will pay the fee to get it back to us or have a technician come out. They also do not keep record of what was fixed or anything, nor did they tell you you can see it run a load there before you take it home!! Terrible Business and customer service!

Affordable appliances and fast helpful service. When the first washer I bought had an issue, I took it back in. They couldnt fix it that day so, Mario helped us pick out another that was less expensive and made up the purchase difference by adding another year on our warranty! Great place!
