This is the best T-Mobile store in Orem. The sales clerk was very efficient adding a line for me. On top of that he went out of his way to do a hard reset on my other phone that was having lots of software issue. This store has great prices and excellent customer service.

Amazing service! The sales associate did an amazing job. He was fast and willing to work with us to get our new phone set up. We were in and out super fast and got everything we wanted.

Worst metropcs in Orem. I went to upgrade my phone. The phone that I wanted had a sign on the store pricing the phone way cheaper that what the salesman was telling me (around $150 difference). I asked why he was giving a totally different price, he said sorry the signs are not updated. Worst place ever to do business.

Went in for there 4 for 25 each deals and the free phones. They told us that because we were already customers of tmoblie we were not eligible for it so we moved over and added a line. They charged us over $250 for everything.Later we went to one of the stores south and talked to them to see why before they said we were eligible. After they looked over everything they saw that we were lied to and charged more than what we should have been and we should have gotten other phones for free that was part of another promotion. We called customer service and they told us to go back and get the phones as well as a refund. We went back and tried they refused everything. We will never go back to that store.

We unknowingly came into the store 20 minutes before closing. Erick gladly helped us transfer our two phones over to Metro PCS. We were impressed at how smooth the process was and how Erick was so willing to see that our needs were met. He even made sure our kids were entertained with a movie. It was a life saver!

This is by far the best Metropcs store Ive seen. Its spacious, has a great location and the sales guys are friendly and welcoming. I switched to metro and they were able to help me even though I didnt have my account number

Best Metro by T-Mobile store in Orem. Customer service is great. I literally went to 3 different stores before coming to this location because all the other stores I went to didnt have the phone I was looking for. This store has more inventory of phones and good deals.

The store has a nice layout. The customer service has high standards just like any of the other major cellphone companies. They have a large variety of phones. The tech guy at this location went above and beyond helping me transfer my contacts and pictures from an old iphone I had to a Samsung Galaxy phone

Arrived 3 monutes before closing and the male employee wqs very dis-interested, very unfriendly, and not made for retail. I did not feel welcome in the store at all! I was looking to possibly make a switch and did nothing to convince me.

They over price everything they wanted to charge me $30 extra dollars for a phone and online it was cheaper and went to a different store and got for the same price as online they just said it was fees bullcrap and they dont honer there warranty on the screen protectors they just say its not there problem wen the tell u its covered be careful wen u buy things from this store they add fees that dont need to be added just to take ur money
