Unfortunately we went in it was a busy. The clerks were helping other customers, so we decided to wait. We waited 40 minutes without even being acknowledged. We would’ve hoped they would’ve said “hey it will be a while” or “we will help you when we can” but we were ignored.

Erik was super helpful and was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. Great guy to work with. I would choose this location!

Verizon is one hell of a phone services. They keep up with technology, and can out beat alot of services. I came in to get some answers and see what my options are. A guy named Erik helped me out and this guy is knowledgeable, friendly and can multi-task like a engine. He sat me down asked me what I wanted out of a phone service. Then gave me a few choices for phones and accessories. Gave me his input, and did not give me the usual rundown... Its down to earth people like him that will keep me going there!

Nick was awesome to deal with. He answered all of our questions, and got us out of there pretty quick, just the way I like it

Erik was fantastic! He helped me transfer over to a group plan which was wonderful! He navigated through a lot of setup issues which made my life a lot easier. He was also great at making conversation at the same time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Nice people but I would not go here. Go to the real Verizon store in university parkway. This is a retailer. A 3rd party selling Verizon. Is nothing illegal but there are some things they just can’t do. For example if you need a chip they will charge you for it, when at any real Verizon store they give it for free. Most of the times I went I ended up having to go to pkway or spend out of convenience. Not bad, just not the best.

Erik was great. Go see him because he knows his stuff and wont waist your time. Has all the technical stuff that makes everything easy. Just what I need.

I was a longtime AT&T customer and was shopping my plan to make sure it was competitive. I walked in and was greeted by Erik. He took his time to explain the plans come find what would work best for my situation. I walked out with a new IPhone 12 Pro Max and a Verizon customer. I can’t believe that the extra 30 mins to check my plan could turn into such a great savings. Thanks Erik for taking the time.

Got a follow up call a few days later from Calli to see how is my phone is holding up. Got another follow up call a couple weeks later from Calli asking if I had questions about my phone bill. Terrible customer service. We called to schedule an appointment and they told us we could not, they said it’s walk in only. When we arrived there were only two employees working. Why you would only schedule 2 people to work during the holiday seasons is mind blowing. Nobody greeted us. We are currently in the store and have been sitting for an hour with no signs that anybody will help us. After waiting for over a half hour another customer walked in and was prioritized over the others that were waiting patiently in line. This is poorly managed and a bit of a joke. Debating switching to t mobile.

Breyton was AMAZING! I had been in three different times trying to pay off my mothers phone with NO ONE being any help. He was the first and only person who didn’t give me a headache and found a solution!! THANK YOU!!! Ask for him and ONLY him.

Jacob was a huge help we ended up having to call the Verizon support line and they could NOT help us Jacob was well informed and figured out how to get me rolling in no time with out the help of the Verizon call center ! Jared was also very helpful he was able to figure out my dinosaur flip phone. all in all great experience 10/10 recommend every staff member there was very helpful.

Went in after I shattered my S20 Ultra and its goliath of a camera lens, left with a new phone, but more importantly...a new friend. Erik, we are BFFs now.Kidding aside, I was very pleased with my most recent visit to the store. I was really struggling with my phones repair and Erik suggested I simply get a new one. He showed me some great alternatives to Samsungs most recent models (which I wound up liking way more) aaaand he did all he could to make sure the new phone was actually a cheaper option than my old phones repair when I told him of my limited budget. I ended up with a MotoEdge+ (loving it), screen protector, case, car mount, and a cheaper monthly bill. I felt very satisfied after leaving the store.I think what impressed me the most though; I actually really enjoyed my experience at the store. It was a lot of fun just chilling there, hanging out with Erik for a bit, and feeling assured that he had my best interests in mind. Thanks for being awesome, Erik!

My wife and I lost $800 and 2 trade in phones due to two dishonest salesmen. We bought new phones online and were promised $400 off each with trade in of our old phones even though we payed up front. When the new phones arrived, we went in to this store and were told the deal was only $300 each, but would work. So we sent in our old phones and were told to wait 2-3 billing periods for the discount to kick in with our monthly bill. Months later we saw no discount and spent hours with several customer service representatives who told us we didn’t qualify for the discount, couldn’t return the phones, and couldn’t get back out trade-ins. So we were tricked into full price for two phones despite being promised the discount by an online representative and a separate in-person rep. Will never switch back to Verizon because I do not trust them!

These guys are great! Jared helped me out and I felt like he was helpful and honest. I went in to upgrade phones for me and my wife and I was in and out very quickly.

We went into another verizion and asked about moving our phones from the friends plan to our own and were told not till we paid off our phones. I called this store and talked with Breyton and he told me yes they can do it and transfer the financial responsibilities to our own plan. So we came in and got it done. He was amazing and will come back to him.

This Verizon has the best customer service around! My husband and I drove 30 minutes to this Verizon after we spoke with an untrustworthy and disingenuous sales representative at a different store. Upon arriving to this store, we were quickly helped by Chris A. Chris listened to our needs. We had a complicated set of tasks that we needed to accomplish with our account. He was direct, and very informative. He answered all of our questions kindly and intelligently. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He simply stated the facts, and helped us to get a good idea of what effects the changes we needed to make would do. He is very bright. He was super helpful! He was upfront and straight forward. We really appreciated his candor, patience and knowledge. He obviously is very well-informed and knowledgeable about all aspects pertaining to his job and the technology involved. We could quickly tell that we could trust what information he was telling us. This will likely be the only Verizon that we visit in the future, so long as Chris A. is working there. We just wish more Verizon associates would be more like him.

I went in with my wife to buy new cell phones. When we walked in none of the employees greeted us or really acknowledged we had walked in. After waiting a few minutes for one of the employees to put us on a waiting list, or assist us in anyway. I asked one of the employees to either help us or place us on the waiting list. The didn’t really respond. They more or less grunted, and walked into the closed off part of the office. After waiting another ten minutes someone else walked in, and started to go through the same process. This place has horrible customer service, and not a lot of options. Save yourself the hassle either go to a real Verizon store or order online. Otherwise you are just begging to be ripped off.

Went in there today and they were super easy to work with!! My new iPhone wouldn’t work and they got it all figured out and answered all my questions! Great costumer service

The team leader called and managed to get everything straighten out.Anything these people promise you get it in writing. I was told by 2 salesman that I would get 500 dollars for my phone. I would have to wait a bill cycle cause they had to get their boss to add it. Then I was told instead of that being my down-payment, it would come as small credits to my account for the next 2 years. And I guess they bit off more then they can chew. Lastly I was told no 500 dollars. I would only keep the 137 from my second phone. Im being in sales for years and you dont make a promise to a customer unless you will follow through. And no follow through from this branch.

When I arrived there were only two employees there, both sitting with/helping customers. It took a while but I knew they were giving great customer service and was sure I’d be treated the same. When it was my turn, Christian Averett helped me and went out of his way to get me the help I needed. I was returning a pre purchased phone for my dad and had initially been told by someone else that I’d have to get a return label kit sent to me through Verizon customer care. It never came and I had made several calls and waited a week. Christian called my dad, walked him through how to get me as an authorized person on his account, he called customer care and had them email my dad a return label, which my dad forwarded to me, which I forwarded to Christian. He printed it out, boxed it up, and then I took it to UPS. He was so patient and such a great help. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

This is the second time we have purchased phones and plans for the family at this store. Brayton was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. The store was busy due to other stores being closed (as a result of a spike in Covid cases), and he could not have done better working with multiple customers and moving us all through quickly. The man was literally running around from table to table as he helped everyone, and he did a perfect job of it. He gave us great advice and helped us choose the right options for our family. Props to Verizon and most especially to Brayton; we’ll be back again.

Horribly understaffed. There are 6 people in the store. 4 customers and 2 employees. I walked in thinking I would be greeted and helped quickly but that was far from the case. I listened to staff carry on pointless casual conversation while others are waiting to be helped. Can this place not afford to have more than 2 people working? Switching to T-mobile. :/

I ordered an iPhone 12 and was told that I was eligible for a $440 promotion. So I ordered the phone and came in the next week to pick it up. When I did they told me I wasn’t eligible for the promotion even though I asked literally 4 times when I ordered it to make sure I was eligible. These guys who work here are on pure commission for sales and will do anything for a sale. Don’t trust them whatever you do.

This location is not a Verizon corporate store and there are extra fees when you purchase a phone through them- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. CALL VERIZON AND ORDER ONLINE IF THE CORPORATE STORE IN AF IS CLOSED.Also never purchase a PureGear screen protector THEY SUCK AND DONT EVEN LAST A DAY.

The Manager Chris is a nightmare to work with. My brand new phone doesnt work right. It is horrible that I have to take time out of my day to return a brand new phone and reorder but when I called, Chris the manager immediately wanted to charge me a restocking fee to get a different phone. What a scam! When I brought it in, he told me I had to PROVE that it didnt work right. like I am supposed to sit there with him and wait for it to happen, hoping he happens to be watching at the moment it turns itself off or doesnt respond when I tap it. Bad customer service! Bad deal! I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible, never sign up for Verizon corporate accounts they have horrible customer service. After 6 different contacts to clean up access to our accounts and verizon reps committing to fix the issues, they still cant figure it out. Do not use verizon!!!

Was not greeted within 15 min being in the store looking at phones. There were 2 workers there who were occupied with customers, but my husband and I were the only other customers in there. I understand they were busy but could have said something like Hi, ill be with you in a moment. We waited to be helped or at least acknowledged, but instead we left.

This store and its salesman are awful. If I could give no stars, I would. Our salesman Kelton was horrible and he sold us things that didnt exist for us, because he didnt know the offers and how they worked. My wife and I switched from Sprint and we got new phones under the assumption that wed be getting some promotional deals to help pay for those phones. He knew we were switching to a 4 GB data plan and told us we could get promotions that (we found out later from Verizon) we could only qualify for if we got unlimited data plans. I had to call Verizon directly and they were kind enough to give us the value of one of the two promotions ($200). THIS IS NOT VERIZON! They are a third party trying to swindle you. I have had nothing but customer service issues for the past few months, because I went through Cellular Sales.They also charge you to help set up your phone. I could have easily done this at home, but our salesman offered and it wasnt until after we were charged and the transaction completed that the set up cost us $80... to push some buttons for us.Watch out for hidden charges and fees that they dont disclaim. Theyre not transparent and the deals they offer you are probably not valid. If I could take back coming here I would and I would have rather gone to a legitimate Verizon store with competent reps.

Verizon is great but DO NOT BUY A MOTOROLA EDGE+. Its a garbage phone with all kinds of display issues.

The person that helped was pretty knowledgeable, but when you go in learn about the phones and then I recommend you go online to gain a better understanding. They tend to guide you to their level of comfort, which may not be yours.

Just purchased a nice deal on the new Google Pixel 2. The staff was very welcoming, along with the environment. This store seemed more spacious and the setup made it easy to browse around any customer traffic. The representative that helped me had a great attention to detail and was able to narrow down the best option according to the characteristics I was looking for in a phone.
