I needed a battery replaced in my cellphone. They special ordered and said it would be 5-7 days. They got it in 3 days. Took my phone in and an hour and a half later I picked it up and was good to go. Great job!

I came in after my (rather out-dated) cell phone completely died on me. The staff were very helpful in attempting to help me with my old phone. They offered to several possible solutions and offered to order replacement parts for me, all while waiving any labor fees.I ended up deciding to just buy a new phone rather than replacing my old one, but I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff.

Employee didnt know they were doing. They will only work on a very limited number of phones that are easy to take apart even though there are several videos on YouTube on how to change the battery on mine they still wouldnt touch it. Word of advice is if you plan on keeping your phone for a while buy high end mainstream popular phones because thats all theyll work on. These phones you dont need companies like Fixit to work on those kinds of phones anyway. With a few dollars in tools you can do it yourself instead of paying them $100. Companies like this the people arent really technicians. Anyway long story short I spent a few bucks on tools and replaced the battery myself in a short time because they were too incompetent to do it for me. I wouldnt recommend going to any of these phone places because theyre just robots who cant think outside of their predefined programming. No wonder these techs are just low wage workers lol.

I have an I-phone that became more and more difficult to charge over time. Finally, it wouldnt charge so I took it in, thinking that the battery had finally given out. They took it back for analysis and ten minutes later the girl re-emerged with it. She plugged it in and it started charging. She said it had accumulated a lot of dust and lint over time so, they cleaned it, FREE OF CHARGE. I couldnt be more satisfied with their quick response and effective service.

Bought a used phone here a couple of months ago, only to find out(the hard way) that the microphone didnt work. Whenever I was on a call with someone, they would always ask me to repeat myself because my audio was cutting out. I took it back to the store to get it refunded. The guy who sold me the phone said he couldnt refund it to me because he had already used up the money I had given him. They sold me a defective used phone, and expected me to just keep it. Of course Im upset. Every time I have to call someone, I always have to bring my headphones with me. Its annoying and unnecessary. The guy advertised this phone to me, and told me it was perfect and everything I wanted. It just gave my more problems. I would very much like my $300 back.

Went today am because the charging port in my phone was not working. I thought it would have to be replaced but they were able to clean out my charging port for free and it worked like new after. I recommend going here for any repair needs.

I had watch tutorial videos prior to coming in and it seemed complicated, so paying $20 was worth the price of me trying to figure it out and jacking up my phone.📱 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5So far the volume button functions properly. I was also fortunate that they also got on the phone and went through the Fast Boot Recovery, as I was getting confused by it.📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/AIm sure there could be some kind of loyalty program or something, but I dont know what they would be.🤵 EMPLOYEES - 5The associate that helped me was friend and helpful, as well as patient. Unfortunately I didnt get his name so he could receive proper credit.

Fixit Mobile is Amazing! The customer service was the best I have encountered in a long time. My son (who is only 16) walked into the store with his girlfriend because he needed his charging port fixed. We werent sure if it was needing to be replaced or possibly just cleaned. But, I told my son to expect the worst case scenario, but hope for the best. When I picked my son up, I talked with Zach about what was needed to fix my sons phone. He stated that it was a simple solution. My sons phone had a dirty charging port and it just needed to be cleaned out. Zach was completely honest with us, as I feel he could have taken advantage of the situation since we werent sure what was wrong with the phone when my son took it in and he is so young. Zach did not even charge us for the services they provided. Thank you so much! Fixit Mobile is our go to place for phone repair in our future needs.

This place was amazing for me. Id broken my phone screen but wasnt sure what happened. So I took it in to them, they said itd be about $140 and they could get a new screen. I didnt have the full amount right then so they let me pay half- which was so great! Then, when I called in to ask how it was going, they told me the phone was irreparable and told me I could come pick it up. When I did, they also refunded the full amount I had paid to repair it. These guys have amazing service and believe they could repair whatever you need. (we took my phone to another place who told us they had no idea how to fix it too, so I dont blame these guys for not being able to fix it)

I was having problems with my iphone 7 not charging. I felt a wiggle in the charging port and it would also spit out the charging cable more than half the time. I took it to these guys and it was simply fixed with in a few minutes. It was only some lint and dirt in the charging port that needed to be cleaned out. Works great now. Paid the money to replace my screen, they ordered it in and put it on, I brought it back two days later showing them it had these random black spots on it and light coming out the sides of the screen (where there shouldnt be) and so they told me they would replace it due to their warranty for free. So I brought it back to them again a week or so later to replace it. I leave my phone there and come back a few hours later to have them tell me theres water damage which apparently was their response to what was already wrong with the screen. They then offer me to pay for another screen instead of fulfilling their warranty and replacing the broken screen they gave me. Complete scam. Never impressed me in the first place and then they just flipped me right over with this. Do not do service with this company.

They were quick and helpful. We failed to get our workers name, but he took the time to try out a simple cleaning before going ahead with the repair that we thought we needed. Saved us a costly repair. Felt very confident in their knowledge and expertise.

I brought my iPad in for repair, they ordered a screen that came quickly, which was good, then I dropped off the iPad. The rep there told me it would be done by the end of that same day, awesome! And the price wasn’t awful, so we were good to go. However, one day LATER, still hadn’t heard anything about the iPad, so I gave them until 5:30 to call (they close at 6). When I didn’t hear anything, I called them, and the rep on the other end check and said yep it was ready to pick up. (I heard laughing in the background so I suppose someone was supposed to call who didn’t.) So now queue me sprinting to my car to make it before they close, arriving at 6:03pm, doors completely locked, lights out, nobody answering the door or phone. So now my iPad has been fixed for who knows how long and because nobody saw fit to call me about it, I’m now going 2 days longer than I was told without my most important tool for school and work. Thanks a bunch guys.

My phone has been having difficulty charging but Jake helped me fix it in no time and for free. Felt no pressure and he was upfront about my battery life too. My daughters screen had shattered and we tried to replace it ourselves. The new screen wasnt working right so I took it in to Fixit. The young man connected it correctly and it works great now. I love this place so much! i was having speaker problems with my iphone 8 and they cleaned it with no charge. It was super quick and I only had to leave my phone with them for a couple hours. When i left me phone was just like new and they even answered all of my other phone questions. Would decinetly recommend.

This place is amazing! I was having difficulty finding a place that would repair my moto g6 play and allot of places said no even when I bought the parts myself. My screen started acting funky so I came in again for help - but of course it started working again when I showed them. These guys were incredible! Customer service was great. They looked at the microphone on my phone and determined it couldn’t be fixed. But they helped me out with recommendations and what I could do. I called several fix it shops, but was told Nobody works on those kinds of issues. However, when I spoke with Taylor and Emily at Fixit Mobile, they told me to bring in my phone and theyd see what they could do. 25 minutes later (same day) my issue was completely fixed and I was on my way. I love this place. Ive been going here for years and every time they are been incredibly helpful and friendly. They are one of the few places that service Google phones. Ive had a screen replaced on a pixel 2, broken headphone jacks pulled out, pixel issues resolved, Samsung computer charging jack repaired, etc.Whatever happens to your phone or computer, check here first before you discard it!! Prices are absolutely reasonable and they often help with minor issues without charge.

This place was awesome to work with. We took two of our I pads in to be fixed. They were fixed in a day. One of the iPads continued to have problems. So I took it back in. They looked it over. Brought in an iPhone 5s that had a dead spot across the lower half of the touchscreen which rendered the keyboard useless. Thought I would need a new screen (because it had water damage) but when they looked at it they found the display connection had partially come loose. They corrected it and it works perfectly!Very honest and friendly staff. Quick repairs and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them.

I went in with a phone needing a new screen. After the screen was replaced they told me the camera didnt work. I hadnt known it wasnt working and when they said they saw a picture taken that day I thought that they had somehow broken it.They said it didnt work when I brought it in but they had an old iPhone they were using for parts and they could try replacing the cameras and it would only take a few more minutes. While they were doing that I called my daughter (her phone) to ask about the camera and she admitted it hadnt worked for a couple of weeks.I told them at the store that this was the case and was willing to pay for the replacement but they said it was ok and just an old camera unit they had sitting there.Awesome! The screen is nice and the camera works and they didnt have to go that extra mile for me to get the camera replaced since it wasnt their fault it was broken. My daughter is happy and Im happy. Great customer service.

There are not enough stars to give for the service I received. Bridget was so nice and made sure to inform me of all their services I had gone to the bad apple the day before to maybe fix my screen there and the service made me not want to work with them so coming into iQue was a breath of fresh air. They have great deals and i am pretty sure they have the lowest prices.

Great Service! I got my screen repaired on my iPhone 7. It took about 2 hours so I had to come back hence the 4 stars but it looks and works great and they threw in a tempered glass protector!

Fantastic experience! My husband and I were almost home from a week long vacation when I dropped my phone in water. I was desperate to get all the pictures from our cruise back. The techs at iQue assured me they would do everything they could to recover the data. The next day they called to say they had recovered everything! GREAT service, GREAT price, GREAT result!

The repair was super fast and my phone looks great. The employee was very helpful but he kept trying to make me upgrade to a more expensive repair plan and didnt let me talk at all. I got my screen replaced here, and 2 months later the screen was having serious issues detecting touch. Luckily, it was covered under warranty, and they replaced it. The screen is again having the same issues just 2 months later. I guess the replacement screens only last 2 months before going out. It’s nice that they’re covered under warranty, but I don’t like that I have to keep getting my screen replaced every couple months. I originally gave this place one star, but they reached out to me several times to try and make things right. Because of that effort to make things better I’m changing my review. It’s obvious that they really care about the quality of service they offer. I moved out of state, so I can’t really go back to them for them to replace the screen.
