Fabulous customer service! Have been using cricket for Years. Never any unexpected fees or any unusual issues with my phone service. Ive been using cricket 7 Years and absolutely love them! Thank you for treating me so good!

Very disappointing experience. Came in the store with an unlocked phone to buy a sim card and set up the phone on our existing Cricket account. The man helping someone else began to yell at me from across the room--while helping another customer--that he couldnt guarantee that my phone would work with the sim cards in the store because I DIDNT PURCHASE A CRICKET PHONE FROM HIM. He said only a phone purchased from his store would work without question with a sim card from his store. Cricket doesnt manufacture phones or sim cards, and nobody manufactures a Cricket phone. I went to another Cricket store, got my phone set up easily, and was on my way. We are looking at other phone services now because we like honest reps, and dont having to drive 30 minutes out of our way to get good customer service when we should be able to expect it from the store near us.

Frank was exceptional! We went in about 45 minutes before closing and it took us a long time to transfer a phone number over from AT&T but he was incredibly patient and helpful and did everything in his power to help us and stayed one hour after closing just to make sure that everything was working correctly. He was very friendly polite and professional

Junior and Ashley helped me fix my phone. I need to get another one, but they explained the entire process and helped me figure out the best way for me to get a brand new one. I appreciate the time that they spent helping me find out what worked best for me. Whenever you need a new phone, definitely come to this store. :)

Walked in. Someone was being helped and the staff member tried to answer my questions while helping the other customer. But all his answers were short and that I had to go online or call customer service. He did not want to help me. I stopped asking questions and left. He assumed he knew what the problem was and did not give me time to explain what had happened to my phone. I will NEVER come back to this location. I have had cricket for 4 years and never had someone cut me off and treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I am disappointed in the customer service. If I wanted to talk to customer service I would have called them. The company is making changes and he could have explained that and how it affected my plan and my phone. Instead he just kept saying go online or call customer service.

Nice store and people, but it took over a half hour just to pay my bill. Just short staffed I guess but only 2 people there were setting up new phones for other customers. Wish there was a kiosk I could pay bill with cash and not have to wait.

I was just in this store with my girlfriend after she ruined her phone. Full disclosure I have Verizon, but had to leave a review. Edward was incredibly nice, helpful, patient, and did not push to sell anything more than we asked for once we had decided. Great store.

My moms phone wasnt working so we took it in. She had a feeling that the problem was the either the battery or the charger rather than her phone, so I asked the employee to try charging it with a different charger. He acted like he did but said that that wasnt the problem and that since shed bought the phone 2 months previously, wed have to just buy a new phone since they didnt sell batteries, and wed have to pay the activation fee again. We bought a cheaper phone from Best Buy and took that to a different Cricket store where they helped us change the SIM card with no fee, and mentioned that we could have sent the phone in to their customer service to get a new one for free. It also turned out that the original phone was fine and it was just the charger that was broken, so that employee LIED, probably wanting to make quick comission on a new sale. Meanwhile, 3 of his coworkers just stood around talking, watching unhelpfully as I tried to communicate back and forth to the sales clerk and my mom on the phone (quarantined). This store has terrible ethics!

Great phone service and prices. The staff was amazing asst helping with my factory warranty. Even knowing i wasnt going too purchase anything they didnt lack on service. The cricket cell service isnt great when traveling and theres a charge for paying bills in store. 1 star off for that.

I didnt have an opinion one way or another when I bought my Cricket phone. The initial buy wasnt bad—in fact I thought I got a pretty good deal. A few months later I broke my screen, and was on my way back to the Cricket store to purchase a new phone. In the end Im going with another carrier because of the extremely poor customer service experience.I called before I went in to the store to see if they had the phone in stock and what the process / price would be. When I spoke with a salesman, he kept trying to get me off the phone: Call back in two hours, or come into the store. I tried to explain that I wouldnt take too much time, I just wanted some basic information about the process and price. He answered some questions, but ended up trying to get me off the phone several times. The ENTIRE call took five minutes and at the end. I explained that I am a already a paying customer, and that he was looking at prospective customers in the lobby. He hung up on me.When I re-dialed the store, and the Manager in Training dutifully explained to me that no phone calls had been taken that morning. He informed me that I had called corporate and that the call had been routed to another store. I pulled out my call log to show that it was in fact his office that had received the call. I gave him times and durations of phone calls, until he finally relented that maybe a call had come in, but refused to acknowledge that his employee had hung up the call.I called back twice the same day, and twice the next day to get a Trained Manager, but without success...it would appear that there are no Trained Managers.

Frank is an awesome manager. I had just spent 2 hours in the AT&T store trying to resolve account problems with no success. Eventually, I have up and went back to cricket. In 30 min I was out the door with a new account. Thanks.

First of all, I havent been to this Orem Location. So I Dont want to jump the gun. But I am a littlesuspicious and disturbed that they only seem to acknowledge and respond to the favorable reviews and ignore the poor reviews. I have had some positive experiences and maybe one negative experience back in November... My phone was on the brink of quitting because the battery was critically low. And all I wanted was an extra battery to switch in and out with while the other was charging. But when I visited the University Avenue-Provo towne center location, I was told that they dont sell extra batteries and that I would have to buy a new phone. Well. I wasnt ready for that, because my phone still worked fairly well. So my only complaint was that it seemed that they were trying to get me to buy a new phone. But overall, the service has been quite nice, if not perfect.

I came in excited to switch my phone to Cricket from a different provider & left with nothing but a headache! Staff was very unprofessional & unhelpful! The manager told me it was her last day, as she was moving away. That was a good thing, because you could tell she didnt like her job!

Went in with a voicemail problem. After getting juggled around a bit a young man took an interest in my problem and made a valiant effort to fit it. Ultimately we were not successful but not for lack of trying. I was impressed with his commitment in fixing my issue. Turned out to not really be a cricket specific problem that I figured out later but his troubleshooting help identify a direction.

Ive been with Cricket for 6 years and theyve done nothing but increase the rates exponentially. And instead of improving service, theyre making their once great plans, that had true unlimited voice, data, and hotspot, obsolete. Phone clarity is poor at best, data is slow, and hotspot, well, its not compatible with my phone any longer (a Samsung Galaxy). 2 thumbs way down Cricket Wireless!

If i could give zero stars i would. Not because of cricket in general, but because this specific store is terrible. Ive never been treated so poorly before. I went in there with a broken screen to ask if there was anything we could do, if i could upgrade, or if i could just get my screen replaced. He laughed at me, did?nt answer one question, and was SO RUDE. He started puffing his chest up at me, and got very demanding. He had no knowledge of phones whatsoever, and didnt even ask for my name or to try and look up my plan. As someone whos worked customer service for several years i would be fired if i ever talked to a customer that way. I will most likely be switching carriers and I recommend everyone stay out of this store.

Hello, yesterday I went to this branch and I left completely disappointed, first the place did not have a good image, there was a staircase and it looked bad, the 2 workers were a girl and a boy did not have a good presentation, they were serving a man and they were not finished yet with him, and they asked us what was offered to us, then they explained very simply we did not understand the girl, I think they should end up with a client and continue serving the next one, then there was a construction man asking the other boy what He will help him with his phone because he did not take the service well and instead of helping him, he only told him to be his phone but as I said he did not try to help him. I really did not like the service. I dont think Ill go back. I had been told that here it was cheaper than in other companies, but honestly I prefer to pay a little more but have a quality service. Thank you.
