Love this Aldis! Always seems to have plenty of stock. Especially with the weekly goodies they advertise. Most others are out of the items too fast. Clean store. My fave location now.

Best selection of produce at great prices. You can find lots of specialty items too. I found an L.O.L. bookbag and a lunchbox for under $20. I found a portable full size ping-pong table to use in my backyard for around $120. Its never crowded and they even have wine. Perfect!

Perfect when I dont want to cook. Otherwise there meats are top quality as well as Seafood. But for other staples I wont travel the extra distance.

There was no one at the register so we had to wait for someone when she Finally got to the register See did not apologise for the wait. But thats not the worst part she greeted the customer in front of me with a Hi how you doing have a great day but with me it was silence no interaction no nothing I felt like it was very racial profiling. Worst experience ever.

Ive been going to this Aldis for the last 15 years. Staff there is always friendly and super nice. Ive been to a few other ones but this is my all time favorite!

Very clean, nice looking ALDI location. While the prices are excellent and the produce is pretty good, consistency is an issue to me. I understand ALDIs main concern is to keep prices as affordable as possible for the quality of products they sell, but in my opinion I always leave having not found something on my list. This is not something that upsets me, just an observation from shopping here!

Still one of my favorite places to shop. A few items were missing today but Ill chalk that up to the snow coming tomorrow.

Aldi is just great! Has really turned the corner with going from a less desirable place, to a hey, if its gonna save me some $$$, lets try it place.Cannot beat it for Milk, breads of all kinds, all paper goods. Yes, I still shop my regular grocery store for deli meat & MEATS in general & SALE AD stuff, but for those little incidentals, esp on the way home from work..Its ALDI.ALSO, NEW RENO IS BEAUTIFUL, SO CLEAN!!

This used to be our go to Aldi. The store was always neat, very nice staff but now we hate going here. One single employee, who it seems others have complained about (dark hair, glasses, of course not wearing a name tag), cant even acknowledge me. I had to say Hi. how are you? of which she didnt even respond and then I tried to help her by putting my 5 milks in the cart and only unloading one on the conveyer belt and she proceeded to say Are you going to give me milk to scan? When I said have a good night she just sighed. This was not my first encounter with her and Ive tried to give her grace as we are all going through hard times right now. However, enough is enough. I hope ALDI sees my and other peoples reviews and has a discussion with this employee.

This Aldi is in Orland. Great location, very clean store, all shelves were stocked. Very friendly associates. Not too crowded for a Sunday afternoon.

Had to get a few things. Feta cheese and kalamata olives and hot chocolate with marshmallows and pasta sauce. Best price for all.

Meal prep from aldi. Going on 5 months now and always good choices.

Love aldi shop there all the time.

I like this place, except one cashier dark hair maybe 30-40 yrs old, I think her name was Elizabeth not so sure, but she’s soo rude, not friendly. That’s the only reason I don’t like coming there. And it’s not once that maybe she had a bad day, it was always like that. She needs to find another job that makes her happy. Sorry...

Still the same. Clean, organized, & friendly. Pricing is great. No different than shopping the pricier stores. Food is just as filling. Fun when I race to beat others to the checkout who entered at the same time.

I have visited plenty of Aldis locations but this one location is the best so far. Variety of so many things.

This location was recently remodeled and expanded. Even though there are more items on the shelves now, I kind of miss the smaller version of the store, it had a nice feel to it. The newer store has more aisles and checkout counters but there are never enough clerks to take care of more than 1 or 2 lines, so there is always a wait. Also, what happened to the employees from before the remodel? I really liked seeing their familiar faces and knowing them by name...now, even though there are good items on the shelves at good prices, the store actually feels kind of cold and unwelcoming

They just reopened and will be having a grand reopening soon. So glad its back. This one is so much closer to my house and everything is new and brighter. They added some stuff the layout is much better

Low prices on most items

In and out! The best trip through Aldi! Everything was easy to find. Love all the new products!

This location is very spacious, not like the other locations were you can barely fit 2 carts down the aisles.

Nice store! My cashier was Elizabeth. It would have been nice to be acknowledged before she checked her cell phone. She laughed while reading a message. I guess customers arent as important to her as her cell phone.

Just reopened after being remodeled. You cant beat Aldis prices, and their selection just gets better and better. The remodel created lots more space to move around the aisles more easily but didnt add much else as far as I could tell.

This new store looks great. Products are stored nice and neat. Everything labeled correctly. I like the tags above each aisle. I will definetly return.

Wide variety

Neatly stacked and reasonably priced inventory, fresh bread and choices of meat. You can find almost anything really fast, pay swiftly and get back to your car in minutes.

Aldi quality is great. I love their gluten free line too!

Went in there with a discrepancy in regards to what my wife had paid for & what she actually came home with. Me being the good husband I went back to the store & the management was extremely accommodating & helpful. Th ank you so much. Just wanted to make it clear i am speaking of the location in orland hills, not that Ive had a bad experience at any of the stores near me but wanted to recognize this one.

Good grocery store, friendly service. Just a regular Aldis weve all come to know and love.

Unfortunately the cashiers at this location are not friendly as before. I went to do my grocery shopping and while I was paying for my food the cashier rudely pushed my cart at least 20 ft away from me. If he acts this way to other customers then he should not be in a customer service environment. I can easily take my business to another Aldi location where they are much more customer service oriented.

All the employees there are nice but this one cashier has dark hair and wears glasses she is very rude! always throws my grocerys in the cart. You can tell she hates being at her job. She should quit and find something else.

A very good discount food store. Some things you need to watch out for but most products are of good quality for the price. I hope they build one near my home in Prescott Valley, AZ.

I come to this store location because it’s near my home however the cashier doesn’t like her job therefore she is very rude. Please hire a more customer friendlier staff. Lost 4 stars rating because of her pompous attitude.

Dirty

Just left the establishment. Three employees had so face masks and were slowly putting their gloves on in the store . Several customers were not wearing masks either even though employees passed them . Also new thing I noticed is that they don’t allow bags in there even though people were bringing in their own bags . Very surprised at this Aldi .

Nice remodeled store. Little harder to find things think I will stick to one at Chicago Ridge Mall

Prices for the quality are tough to beat. Produce holds up far better than it did back in the day.

Oftentimes, one can find gallons of milk for a better price than the Walmart right nearby.

I love how Aldi has expanded their selections. The cheese and meat section is really nice. Occasionally, the produce is not great but overall, a great place to shop.

Worked here for two days decided wasn’t for me and never got paid even when I went in to ask didn’t get answer and when I call online I sit on phone waiting to speak to representative to just get hung up on Trader Joe’s all the way

The new remodel leaves the store wide open with more refrigerator space and much more organized style

I was told that many people arrived as early as 6 am even though store didnt open until 8 am to be one of the first 100 customers to get free groceries for a year & gift cards too. I didnt find any new items as they claim maybe they did .Free bags & free smiles too 😊.$5 off coupons on $30 purchases !!!!

Went there yesterday afternoon. The cashier was very rude. She seemed like a super unhappy human being. The biggest disappoinments were the 2 packages of corn we bought that were spoiled and moldy. I normally love Aldi but this was a bad experience.
