After a couple days of unsuccessful phone calls,I decided to drive to the location.As I walked in I watched the employees look at me then each other and shake their heads.You can tell they don’t take pride in their work and are a poor representation for the company.Anyways they advised me to call the order in and then it would be ready shortly.I let them know that I’ve been calling for a couple days and no one will pick up the phone.They were more interested in getting me out of the building and offered no help with my questions.So I basically wasted my time looking at poor representations of what employees should be.This is not what I experienced on previous visits.Talk about reaching the bottom of the barrel—-it’s hard to,but it’s there.

It is my feeling that you never really know about a business until there is an issue. My company has been buying from Transtar for about 2 years now with zero issues. However, today we had a problem with a Torque Converter that was a manufacturing issue. I called and spoke to Rob who handle the situation perfectly! I drove back and they exchanged the parts with no question. They have earned our business! Keep it up!

The parts is good, but the customer services in the countertop is very rude, bad actitud!!!! Is the only one woman with very bad actitud. Is not the first time coming with bad actitud!! I really need the parts but I dont accept bad actitud!!! Sorry transtar1 but I think you need peoples with little more education in front of your desk.

Products are decent but plan on your account being drafted double the amount. Theyll blame your bank and tell you this is standard practice, however as a business owner myself who processes thousands of dollars a month I can tell you this is not typical or standard.When you know your facts and question them they cant handle it Theresa and dru are useless when it comes to rectifying because neither appear to understand the federal laws concerning cc.Also, if you read the fine print on the receipt no where does it say by the way were going to charge you 422.63 at 11 am and then at 4:30 another 402.63.They do not gain our authorization to bill us double the amount and later refund the wrong amount.They will tell you this happens all the time! Really? My business would be done if I worked this way.When it comes to ar they Really need to get it together.Forget about contacting corporate offices because they just run you around.
