HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with what should have been a very uncomplicated U-Haul rental from this location. The equipment I reserved was not available as promised, and the woman in the office acted is if it was my fault! She was literally YELLING at ME because she and U-Haul dont have their act together. No apology and no viable solution. Based on her rudeness and the inconvenience she and U-Haul caused me I would never even consider taking my cars to Dynamic Auto Service for any type of repairs. Aside from cars parked in the lot, they didnt seem to be busy working on any vehicles. I suppose that says something, too.

Franky and Joann are the best. I have only taken my car here for the past 5 years after getting scammed at the local Honda dealership. After a google search of mechanics near by, I decided to bring my truck to Dynamic Auto.From the very moment I spoke with the owner Franky, I was extremely impressed. After inspection, Franky discovered that the previous owner had removed the bulb that illuminates the check engine light. To my surprise there were 7 check engine notifications that popped up during the diagnostic test. Franky spent about 15-20 minutes with me, explaining in detail the things that needed to be addressed in order to get the truck up and running. Unlike some other mechanics, he did not try to add any additional work to jack up the price, but instead he made recommendations for the small things I could do without. After discussing the quote, and how I had been taken advantage of by the previous owner, Franky and his wife even threw in a free oil change to help out.The next time my family needs a mechanic, I will send them to Dynamic to see Franky! My van felt like it had a flat tire while driving on the busy interstate in Orlando. I pulled over and the tires were fine. Drove again and still felt it so i stopped at a gas station. I googled two nearby places. The first place I called didnt seem to care that I was from out of town and couldnt fit me in. I then called Dynamic Auto Service, explained what was going on, and the lady told me to come on in. Franky and his helper stopped what they were doing and diagnosed my van. He told me the problem instantly and explained n showed me what was wrong. There were a lot of cars there and appeared to be very busy. As Im not from the area, they were able to fit me in their tight schedule and make my van great again. The BEST mechanic I have ever been to in my life. My food trailer got a flat in the middle of a Friday night on Bumby and we were able to limp the poor thing into the parking lot of Dynamic Auto. I saw on their website that they did tire service and also I could book an appointment online which was awesome because at least I could write a note to them explaining the surprise giant food trailer with a busted tire and rim in their parking lot.My wife and I called Saturday morning and the machine said they were open at 10 but when we arrived just after 9 they took us straight in and started hunting down a tire immediately. They didnt have the exact trailer tire in stock, and again it was Saturday, so they arranged for a courier to bring a tire to the shop. They estimated that it would be done by 2 (which is when they closed) They were so, so nice and called all over for us until they found a solution. We were told we would get a call but we came back around 2 and were told that the courier hadnt come yet. Back on the phone, they tried to hunt down the courier but were told that there was no one available and the warehouse was closed for the weekend.We told them it was okay and that we would wait until Monday but we had told them earlier that we had a food truck event that night and they were determined to get us there.She called somewhere else and then left and went and got it *herself* and brought it back to the shop. It got changed in a heartbeat and then they filled up and checked all of the tires, topped them all up to the right pressure and sent us on our way.The tire, rim, *personal delivery* and incredible service was so much less than it would have been to get a midnight tow somewhere before any of the work got started.They really saved the day.So, to sum up, we surprised them with a giant food trailer in their parking lot Saturday morning and they spent the whole day (even after they closed) bending over backwards to get us on the road again. This family takes their small business very seriously and we will 100% trust them with our business again.Thank you guys! We really appreciate all of your hard work to get our business back in, well, business!

My experience has been the worst Ive ever had with a mechanic. I advise you to look elsewhere, or at the very least, shop around for other options. I, too, saw the high ratings and thought this was a no brainer. Communication was incredibly poor and had additional problems with my truck AFTER repairs. I havent been able to drive safely for weeks. If you have literally any other mechanic that seems honest and hardworking, I suggest you take it. Youve been warned. If you care to know details, keep reading.Without being contacted prior to picking up, my truck was returned to me in worse condition (loud grinding sound). After paying $563 for the original problem, Dynamic Auto then quoted me another $575 to repair the new problem. (Update: I had to go to a different mechanic who quickly identified the issue as extreme over tightening and quickly fixed it for $300.)My story (with details) - I paid $563 to have work done on my rear differential gears and bearing. During the test drive at pick up, there was a new loud grinding sound. I was never informed of this issue or contacted about other repair options prior to picking up my truck - this was a complete surprise to me. The mechanic, Frankie, told me I would need to pay another $575 (only parts, no labor (I was quoted roughly $275 by other salvage part dealers in the area)) to replace the entire differential if I wanted to fix the grinding. That would be $1138 total.The next day, I took off work so that I could test drive my truck with 4 other mechanics in the area to get other diagnoses on what was wrong (I didnt tell them I had my car worked on). Each mechanic, independent from the next, told me the problem is my rear differential gears and that its potentially very dangerous to drive the truck. They told me that a entirely new differential wasnt necessary to fix the problem and each quoted me around $300 (parts and labor) for the repair.I can say that Frankie did recognize his faults and gave me a choice to select a cheaper differential but without any warranty. Regardless, I have taken my truck to get fixed by another referred mechanic in the area.I cant believe my truck was returned to me in this condition and the grinding problem not resolved or even discussed with me prior. I have now been spending the past couple of weeks dealing with this, while finding different transportation to work. I saw the reviews, just like you, and thought this was a no brainer. Unfortunately, that has not been the case and I wish I wasnt in the position I am now. I suggest looking elsewhere and good luck with your search.

This is the best auto shop I have ever used. A family business in the best sense, they provide excellent customer service-- they are always willing to go a little bit further to help out, whether by keeping the shop open a bit later so I can make it after work, by rushing a part order, or always throwing in some basic maintenance at no extra cost. Prices are more than fair. They do a great job of bringing up long term issues and they never push to have unnecessary work done. Bottom line: they take care of their customers.

Best service Ive received from a repair company. The mechanics were friendly and approachable while explaining the issues with my car and my options. They started working on my brakes after only a short wait and had the car ready the same day. They even offered to give me a ride home while I waited for the repairs, and to pick me up when its ready. The two little dogs in the waiting area playing around were only a bonus. This husband and wife team is awesome and the mechanics working there are great. I got a flat tire right before work and my donut wasnt looking great so I went right there. They took me in right away, explained all the issue with my tire and my options. I got a great used tire, tire rotation and everything else completed within an hour and was on my way to work in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone I know, they are wonderful, dont take you for a ride and explain and show everything wrong with your car so you are comfortable with what is going on.

Service was exceptional. Pricing seemed fair. Mechanic was very knowledgeable. Brought my vehicle in on a Friday at 5pm, it was ready by noon on Saturday and they had to order a part. They completed the job at the exact time and for the exact cost that was quoted. No up selling, no nonsense.

Amazing quick and friendly service. They resolved a problem in my 2014 vehicle for a fraction of the price that the dealership had quoted me. They also stated that I didnt need the big repair that the dealer ship tried to talk me into. They were very transparent as well which is unusual for repair shops. Oh my gosh; this is an amazing team...JoAnn runs the desk like an old pro and her husband knows exactly what he is doing with your vehicle. They are honesty, they are very knowledgeable, they find a way to make everything work out to get your needs met. On very short notice: they got our check engine notice figured out, parts obtained (JoAnn knew a secret source and drove a half hour to get our parts but didnt add anything to the bill for this extra service), parts installed, and our Sprinter ready to roll again so we could be on our way. If your car has an engine with a problem, they will figure out was is wrong with it and fix it. We are from California, but my local friend highly recommended them, and now we know why.

Dont listen to the rest of the reviews. Theyre fake. These people arent mechanics. I honestly dont think they ever had any training whatsoever. I knew my cars CV joints were shot (you can hear when theyre bad. When your car makes clicking sounds when you turn slowly, the CV joints need replaced) and I knew there were some other issues but I wasnt sure what so I took it here because of all the good reviews. They charged me $1800 for the parts, labor, and a wheel alignment. They fixed the broken CV joints and told me that I needed a new battery. I had my battery checked and it was almost brand new. A few months later, my front left tire was completely worn. Turns out that they should have fixed the wheel bearing and power steering rack first (which they hadnt noticed, even though it was causing an oil leak). The next place I took my car found flaws in the work that Dynamic had done, and found many issues with my car that Dynamic had skipped over (including easy things. Dynamic didnt even scan the car with an OBD2). I would give 0/5 stars and Dynamic shouldnt be allowed to operate.

They are really great people! I always feel like Im being taken care of not advantage of at Dynamic Auto Service!! I know nothing about cars, but my dad is a mechanic and he not only trusts them... He wants me to always take my car there when it has issues since he lives in a different state.

Took my 1991 Mustang 5.0 here for a water pump replacement at the recommendation of a user on Reddit. When I called and asked for a quote, they were very straight forward and gave me a very fair price for the job. I didnt feel the need to negotiate or haggle a lower price. I dropped my car off Monday and was kept updated a couple of times Monday and Tuesday. They didnt try to sell me any parts, or additional labor, or any of that. They did tell me about a couple of other problems with the car that I was already aware of, but Im glad they didnt lie about it. A lot of mechanics will make things up and recommend additional work to try to charge you more, but the couple of other things they mentioned were legitimate minor issues that I do plan on having fixed in the future, just not at this time. That said, they did not even ask me if I wanted to have them fixed at this time, it was just a hey by the way we noticed this as well so there was no pressure, which I appreciate. Im just glad that they were honest about it and didnt make things up to try to charge me more like many other mechanics will do. My car was ready the next day, although I couldnt get a ride out there so I picked it up the following morning. Upon pickup, the price that was quoted when I first called them was the same price that was given to me at pickup. There were no hidden fees, or additional labor charges, or other nonsense that other mechanics try to sneak in. It was very cut and dry, no frills, no nonsense. I spoke to 2 different people in my time dealing with Dynamic, and both were very friendly and genuine people who were pleasant to talk to. I took my car back to work, and it is running flawlessly. On top of my car no longer running hot due to the failed water pump, it also seems to be idling much smoother and the slight engine knock that it has had for the last couple of weeks (even before the pump failed) is gone. I could not be happier. I will certainly be back, and will be recommending Dynamic to anybody who asks. Thank you very much.

The owner personally drove to where I was when my car broke down to inspect it so we could determine whether I needed to tow it or if it was fine to drive to the shop. A great experience from beginning to end. I spent $690 at another auto shop that replaced things that did not need replacing that completely ripped me off. Dynamic Auto took the time to explain to me what was ACTUALLY wrong, and it ended up being a quick $200 fix. I now have bought myself enough time with their help to delay the eventual death of my vehicle (I, unfortunately, purchased a lemon in which the cost of repairs will exceed the value of the vehicle even if you were to do everything yourself) so I can save some money and put it down on something newer. They were honest with me about the fact that it’s pointless to keep pouring money into it. They even befriended my mom after a few visits and gave her a ride to a dealership they were not affiliated with out of sheer kindness when the same thing happened to her and she purchased a lemon and her car eventually croaked. Truly honest people and would 10/10 recommend. Really wish I would have listened to my mom and would have gone here first instead of that other place and saved myself $$$. I’ll be choosing Dynamic Auto from now on for all my repair needs.

Two years to finish a project. Posting this on behalf of my old roommate who doesnt have a google+ account. Beware if youre a performance car owner because I have seen cars of that nature sit a very long time there. If you dont want to do a project or dont have the ability, just say so. Car came out messed up misfiring and when the owner had me go check on it since at the time I lived just a short walk away from it; was treated with hostility despite telling them I was told to go take a peek. Additionally, the shop used parts that were too cheap to have any sort of dependability on some things. Charge more, not spend less If its gonna be an issue otherwise. Does not take directions well on ignition stuff and some parts he tried to keep. I would be wary of these other reviews as he has left a few people hanging in just the short time I have lived in Orlando. AND YOU THINK I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE GREDDY STYLE GODSPEED INTAKE MANIFOLD THAT I WORKED HARD TO PREP AND PAINT 7 TIMES THAT YOU STOLE WHILE MAKING UP THAT IT DIDNT FIT?!?!? WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE OF THE COPIES, I DONT BELIEVE YOUR STORY FOR A MILLISECOND. keep chaining up stray dogs around back instead of getting them medical attention until they die. Who the heck are you to play god like that? You steal gifts given to friends and you get the hammer. The more you report my review the more I repost it. Try Me.

Last year, 2014 my 1995 Toyota Camry with high mileage on it(over 500,000) but it has been such a great car I did not hesitate to drive 1000 miles each way to Naples, Florida from Nellysford, Virginia. I stopped at the CF vegetarian festival October 25, 2014 about 2 blocks from Dynamic(lucky for me)! When I was about to leave my car sounded funny after I started it then stopped and would not start. I was given 3 car repair places and did not like 2 of them but lucky for me I picked Dynamic. I called and they tried to help me find a rental car but it was late on Saturday so only thing open was at the airport. Once the car was towed there lucky for me a friend of theirs was there that agreed to take me and my luggage to the airport for a rental car.Dynamic started repairing my car on Monday and ran into some other things wrong that caused my timing belt to fail. They really did a super great job repairing my car. When I picked up my car they explained and showed me my old parts that caused the problem. My car drove me home and it was better then ever!I can highly recommend Dynamic Auto Service! I only wish I lived closer to them .... this would be my car repair and service shop for me if I did!! Worth the trip just to get my car in tip top shape!!.Well this year 2015 I made my yearly trip to Orlando and like I said I needed some work done to get my car in top shape. This trip though I drove there on my own and did not need to be towed. They did a super job again taking care of everything I wanted. A big one was to get my backup lights working again. My local shop kind of shrugged it off saying it was not necessary for Virginia inspection. I have a long driveway back to my home and always like backing up. I have had to stop and go inside to turn the outside lights on so I could back up now I will not have to do that.Like I said last year these folks are the best and will fix what ever you need fixing. I now have 538,000 miles on my 1995 Camry ..... original engine and transmission. Looking forward to driving to Orlando in 2016 and have the folks at Dynamic keep my car going and reach 1,000,000 miles !!!!Yesterday, Friday the 13th of November my dear friends at Dynamic came thru for me again! While driving on I-4 I heard a noise and saw that my passenger window was partially opened. I didnt remember rolling it down but when I tried to close with the buttons it would not budge. I called Dynamic and asked if I could bring it in the next day. They said if I was close by just bring it in now. So I did. I told them I didnt need it fixed as I would take care of it when I got home, just have it so it would not fall down. They gladly fixed it so I can now drive back to Virginia without having to worry about the weather. I am so grateful to all the people at Dynamic !!!! Thanks again !

Friendly and fast service

Never go to this site. They always cheat you, my car leaks oil, they told me they fixed the leaking after service, one week later, my car still leaking oil, they told me I must pay again, because it is another oil pipe leaking, you know that, they cheated me . Never go to this auto service shop, they will cheat you .
