Friendly and very helpful staff. Helped me pick out the perfect gift.

My wife and I made a purchase at this location last week shopping for our daughter in law and what a great customer service. Definitely recommending this location to everyone. Everyone were professional, knowledgeable and great with customers. The store was very well organized and spotless clean.

Wow, such amazing customer service. I walked in with my boyfriend unsure of what we were looking to buy as a gift for his goddaughter. Lourdes was very patient and helpful with us, and she pointed us in the direction of the perfect gift. What an absolute disappointment. Live in Australia so only here once per year. Bracelet bought in July 2018 and broke - actually fell off my wrist. Because I was overseas when it occurred I waited to return to the store where it was purchased but as it was now over a year the General Manager told me that I could buy a new one! Really? That’s helpful. Given the amount purchased at Pandora worldwide by my entire family I was at least expecting more than that. Repair? Nope! They come from Thailand so that’s not an option. Not even sure what that means. Discount with return of broken one? Something that would encourage purchasing more. It wasn’t just the outcome it was the attitude of welcome on walking in vs the attitude when I said I had a broken bracelet. What a difference. So buying there may be fine but have a problem? Throw it out. Don’t walk in unless you want to be publicly humiliated. Lost this customer.

I originally ordered a necklace off the website however my order was cancelled because the item was no longer in stock. After speaking to a representative on the phone, they informed me that the manager of this location would set aside the necklace and honor the free bracelet it came with even though the sale ended the day before. Excellent experience and customer service.

Horrible Horrible experience. I shop at pandora quiet frequently and I had a problem with one of my purchases. I went to this store and the manager was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I am explaining the situation to her and she is not even listening and she explcitly told me I am irresponsible and my ring broke because someone stepped on it when if she was listening would have understood what really happened. Horrible service even worse of a manager this is no way to treat customers and it is dissapointing because with all the money I spent at pandora this manager made me regret it. Never shopping at this specific location ever again.

Came in on a Monday night during the holiday promotion. Had to wait 30 minutes to look at jewelery. The checkout process takes entirely too long. I wish they had another associate or 2 working. I will order online from now on.

Very bad customers service, over charged me and would not give back money, the way I paided. Plus one sales girl was telling me to get out of store, I requested mall security and police come to store.
