Great sales people. I was greeted upon entering store even though it was a busy time. And thoroughly helpful in finding the right item for me. Happy with the friendly service.
Some of the WORST service Ive had at a Sunglass Hut. Went to the store to see if I can get my RayBans fixed and if it didnt make sense, then to BUY *a new pair of sunglasses*. They showed me the replacement lenses and asked to confirm my information. When I asked how much the total would be, I was told Id see it on the other screen. When I saw the total, it didnt make sense to just get replacement lenses so I mentioned Id like to just buy a new pair instead. Brian from Sunglass Hut just flat out told me its too late, hes placed the order and I HAVE to get the lenses now when I didnt even confirm yet. His response when I refused? Have a nice day. I wanted to get new sunglasses to replace these. Guess Ill be doing that at anywhere but Sunglass Hut now and in the future. I recommend the same for other people too.
Me and my boyfriend walked into this store today 4/29/21 around 12:30pm to buy some shades for vacation. The guy that works there was so rude to us! I was in shocked at how rude he was to us. There was only one customer in the store and we patiently waited online for him to let us in, when it was time he only allowed one person to go in once the other customer left. There was a sign of the capacity, which was 4 people at a time, and when I mentioned it he instantly gave us attitude and let us in and said not to touch or try on anything. When we were ready to purchase, he said he was too busy to help us meanwhile there was nobody in the store. I tried calling to speak to a manager but he keeps hanging up the phone on me. Terrible customer service, I hope someone can check the camareras so they can see how rude and disrespectful he was to us. Anyways, I hope in the future they hire better people with better customer service. It’s sad that we had to walkout when we really wanted to simply purchase some shades.

Store is a bit small, but had a great selection and top notch customer service. I have a hard time findng frames that physically fit me and look good, and they took the time to help me find two great pairs of glasses.
I bought really nice Burberry shades about a year ago from them but they were getting a little old so I wanted to look at the new Burberry glasses I saw online since the Burberry store didn’t have them.This time when I went the sales people were so annoying and pushy.You can’t look at a pair of sunglasses with out being screamed at do you want to buy them,do you want to buy them.I recommend buying direct from the brand of sunglasses that you want or going to the sunglass hut short hills location
The person on charge of This area or location At Macy’s have the worse customer service, and attitude, I tried to exchange a pair of sunglasses, he told me than the pair of sunglasses have scratches, when I haven’t even used them, still in the same case, I brought the receipt.
