On August the 10, 2021, we went to find our son a bigger bed. Everything went well with the service and purchased. Then the bottom fell out when it came to the delivery.That following Saturday, one mattress was deliver. We knew one of other mattresses was in back order. One queen size adjustable bed frame was suppose to be deliver but they sent a King size adjustable bed frame instead.They promised to deliver the frame the next day but we could not do it that morning after warning them no one will be home until 12 noon. Now the salesman is giving us a hard time and want us to catered to them and work around their schedule. That is a no since they messed up on the order and not the buyer.Me being in customer service longer than he’s been alive, know that you must correct your mistakes to please the customer. Obviously he doesn’t care or doesn’t know how.If the frame is not delivered at OUR timing, because we both work, then I told him to come pick the mattress and we will take our business someplace else. Now they will have to work around our schedule so they pick the mattress.

Very knowledgeable about mattresses and never pushed a specific type. Our salesman Adam was very patient and wanted to find the best mattress for us. Never tried to get us to buy a more expensive model. He was focused on getting the mattress that best fit us and looked on the internet to prove match the cheapest he could find on the internet.The delivery/install team were incredible too. Very nice, quick and professional.

I visited the Fairmont store on Targets side of the street to upgrade my daughters crib to big girl bed. I ended up spending an hour trying different types of mattresses and the store manager Alex helped out greatly. He really knew his stuff and helped me make the right choice. He also wasn’t the “salesman” trying to get me to spend more money than I could afford and I appreciate that. I have bought all my mattresses from Thai company for the past few years and recommend then.

Honestly I can go anywhere for a mattress deal, so instead of raving on the awesome mattress and great price I was offered, I would rather focus attention to my customer support, Adan Castillo. El señor es muy simpatico! Adán is also new to that location, like all of us, being rehired ‘when business times are faring better ‘ following the harsh realities of COVID. He made sure we had the mattress we needed, didn’t make us feel horrible when not purchasing the more expensive mattress, and he has thrown in a few extras such as delivery setup and fantastic pillows. This guy was awesome enough that I returned to the site a second day after making sure he was there to take my order. I saw the book he was reading, maybe it worked. ‘How to get nearly anyone to talk.’ Nice work Adan.

It has been a nightmare ordering from Mattress firm. We ordered online and our sales rep Michael Soto gave us a delivery date. Date kept getting pushed back until it had been two months and still no mattress. We cancelled the order but mattress firm didn’t notify the credit card company that the order had been cancelled.So we are still being charged for a mattress we don’t even have. An online rep is never available the 1800 on the website is not working. We went to the store and they tell us that they can’t do anything because it was an online sell. And that we should keep trying online but that everyone is working remotely so it’s hard to get an agent on the chat. So what do we do? Keep paying for a product that was never given to us?

Shopped for a new mattress today, went to three different merchants. After our second visit with Brian Shipp at the Fairmont Parkway store, we purchased what we were looking for. Very competitive priced mattress and Brian went out of his way to accommodate us. His salesmanship reflected professionalism to a level that you would’ve thought he was the Owner of Mattress Firm. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.Also the store obviously took extra measures to protect us from the coronavirus.
