What a great experience. We did a lot of research and found this bed company to be the most natural product we would want to sleep on for the next 10 years. We have experienced some crazy sale pitches in the past. Not here, Mike greeted us and instantly informed us in a simple and professional way. We got additional input from his associate Nejhla and we walked out with the bed of our dreams.

I wish I could give 6 stars. The whole process of picking a matress was a breeze. Nejhla was extremely helpful and patient, and also gave some great tips for things to do in LA! The delivery was smooth and quick, and the matress is great!

My chiropractor referred me to this company for a pillow. The sales person was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. The gentleman even went out of his way to assist me during his lunch break. That made me feel really special!

Professional, friendly, honest, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I learned more about mattresses in 30 minutes here than I did in several hours online. The staff arent on commission and I really felt that the staff member assisting me was trying to help me find the best mattress for my comfort and quality of sleep rather than just trying to get me to spend as much as possible. The selection was great and I found a mattress that was amazingly comfortable and within my price range. I recommend this place to anyone who, like me, has no idea what theyre doing when it comes to mattress selection.

Its difficult to find a really well made double sided mattress anymore. This place had a whole selection of them. The salesman, Charles, was knowledgeable and courteous. He went over the various types of mattresses with us and showed us exactly how each is constructed. He demonstrated how the different materials look and perform. He helped us make an educated decision, and then made us a really great deal on a top of the line bed. The only thing I didnt love was how long it will take to deliver the bed we bought.

Michael was so amazing! No pressure, I was presented with facts and reasonable arguments as to why modern mattress companies are scam factories and huge polluters (memory foam). He went through every detail of their mattresses and never was trying to get me to spend more! Custom comfort seems like an ethical company trying to avoid the hype of the online mattress empire. Made with natural fabrics and delivered for free. I would recommend one to go shop here! P.s it’s also WAAAAY cheaper than the competition. To me, a no brained.

I wasn’t really looking forward to this shopping trip because I had a feeling I’d be upsold on everything.  That definitely was not the case.  It helped that I knew exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was, but they worked with me to find the perfect mattress.  Angelique was extremely helpful and very positive.  Love my new mattress

I havent purchased any products from this company. My five-star rating is for customer service. The rep I spoke to kindly took time to answer my questions anout CCMs products and thoroughly explained the products carried by the store.
