Sales associates were nice but...I went in 3 weeks ago, purchased a new mattress, and the consultant says it would be about two weeks. I called back this week and it turns out that the mattress is on an extended back order with the manufacturer and we were put on a list to get the mattress and it could take up to 6 months. When I called for an ETA thats when I was told they cant give me one as I am on a waitlist to get my mattress. I spent over 2k on this mattress and would have liked to have known this information beforehand because I wouldnt have ordered. Most likely going to cancel and get a refund.Edit :Spoke to manager, definitely helped the situation out. Thank you for the clarification.

Bryan was amazing. He took the time to explain the different types of beds to me and my husband. He answered every question. He is very knowledgeable is getting to know what we wanted. He also took the pain out of making a large purchase.

In July I bought a sleepys curve the bed just didnt work out it was a little too firm for me. I used my return option. My salesman Daronn helped me pick out a new need but it was back ordered. After waiting for several weeks i went back to the store and picked out another bed that was in stock. Daronn made sure my bed will be delivered in one day. Great customer service. Was in the store for half an hour tops. The salesman Tony was kind and to the point. He asked us a few questions about what we were interested in and gave us suggestions from there. Never got the sense he was trying to rack up the bill with additional items. He pointed out the sales, gave us whatever discounts he could, and we made the very affordable purchase shortly after. My daughter, who we got the bed for, was a happy camper. Well definitely be back!

Went to the store to look for a firm mattress. Was shown 3-4 mattresses. I liked a certain mattress and adjustable base. Sale was if you buy a mattress over a certain amount you get a free adjustable base. I decided to upgrade the base and was given a $300 credit towards the new base. I questioned the big difference in cost of two of the almost same mattresses. The salesman Tony...who was very nice. Said he would give me $300 off the mattress. Original price $1799. I got it for $1500.. left the store feeling good about my purchase. Went online when I got home to show my daughter what I got and saw that the same mattress is actually on sale for $1499.99. I felt ripped off. Not happy to made feel like I was getting a deal when really it was already on sale. Very disappointed

My mother and I went to the store today in hopes of finding a new mattress for her. Tony came to greet us and then helped my mother try out every firm mattress in the store, he even allowed us to stay a little over closing time while we wrapped up our purchase. My mother has a lot of heath concerns and he was able to share his experiences and advice, and it helped assure her that she was making a good choice. He was so nice, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customer. Tony told us that he normally manages at the Severna Park location, so if you have the option of going to his location I would definitely recommend him! My mother and I were very fortunate to have had him assist us today. He truly went above and beyond both of our expectations.

It was perfect! He worked with us for figuring out what exactly we needed and got us set up for a great deal and a quick delivery. And recommended a wonderful mattress protector. When we were there on Saturday, March 30, 2019, Mario was very welcoming and took the time to explain things to us and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and very down-to-earth and gave us plenty of time to pick out the mattress set that best suited our needs. Daniel was very helpful today in finding my boyfriend and I the perfect bed! He asked questions about what we like and dont like in a bed, showed us all the options that fit our criteria and helped us to narrow down those options. My boyfriend and I have different tastes in mattress firmness so the fact that we found the perfect compromise bed in under an hour is a miracle. Will recommend to others for sure!

Customer service in the store, 5 stars. Delivery of the mattress, 5 stars. Delivery of the adjustable bed frame, 5+ stars. My overall rating is only a 4 because the original delivery date for the base was cancelled and delayed 3 full weeks. It was rescheduled two times. Once received, however, the employees who delivered were AMAZING. Arrived on time, adjusted my existing head/footboard to fit the new frame, cleaned up everything, and were very professional and friendly. I loved Sleepys and was worried when Mattress Firm bought that company out, but I was not disappointed! Hope they figure out inventory/shipping to avoid future delays to scheduled deliveries, but otherwise, great service and will buy from again.

Unlike many other reviewers I didn’t have a chance to learn the name of the salesperson today because when I walked in he acted as though I did not exist. Shortly after, a couple walked in and hopped up, greeting and walking up to them to ask how he could assist. I’m beyond insulted. When I walked in there were no other patrons, and he even saw me walk in! I don’t want to assume it was discrimination, as I am Black and the couple was Caucasian, but regardless it was rude and poor customer service. I turned and walked out because I refused to spend any money there. I ended up purchasing from another retailer, spending much more than originally planned. For Mattress Firm this was a big mistake...huge.

This store has some of the best all around selections for mattresses and even better deals. If you are in the market for a mattress you have to visit this store and see Daniel Seifu. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different styles and comfort of each mattress and he is as patient as they come. Thanks Dan!
