I only gave one star because zero was not an option. Very rude. The lady here tried to help me. The man didnt even listen to what my dryer was doing before he started walking off as he talked down to me. He was so rude. He never let me finish stating what my dryer problem was (which was only two sentences) before he started talking down to me again. I will hang my clothes on a line before I return to this store!!

I went to purchase 2 parts for a stove and a washer. They had both in stock. Service was good.

Terrible return policy and no flexibility. I returned a part unopened and was charged a 25% fee for restocking (which meant sticking the part back in a basket behind the counter). I was not told that all sales are final or that there was a restocking fee before I purchased the part. I only found out on the receipt. Too late.

Tried to order some parts for a GE washer (2 pumps) a week later still no parts and money out of my bank account! Got told are website has been down for 3 months so there was no way I ordered off there but to take a picture of my statement and send it to them so they could see that they took it! Well I called my bank and my bank need to talk to them to do a stop payment! They refused to talk to the bank and give me my money back and hung up on us!! These people are the slum of the slum I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all
