The gentlemen were friendly and very helpful. Nice service when making my purchase. They only have a two day return policy which apparently includes holidays.Bought a washer and dryer on 12/30/2020 (around 3:30 pm). Got home and they were too big for my washroom so theyve been sitting in my garage unused. Called 01/02/2021 and was told their turn around policy is two days.

Primarily factory closeout items. Worth the drive if youre looking for replacement to match older appliances.

Walked in was greeted with cigar smoke and a passing, undirected, F-bomb. Went into the place anyways. Walked into their ‘showroom’, was immediately ditched by the guy that was showing me around to go handle another customer. I pushed on...the first thing I stopped to look at was a highly damaged dryer unit. I didn’t have to see the rest.

We bought a washing machine from there yesterday. The price was very competitive for such a nice washer. I am already looking to buy from them again.I have to say they were very nice and upfront about everything. They were very fast and loaded it and was just all around a very pleasant experience. I actually got to feeling very bad (because of my kidney stones) and had to sit and rest a minute. Two of the men that work there went out if their way to come outside and check on me. They also have the cutest and most adorable little greeter ever. I didnt even get her name but she was the sweetest and took my grandson and made him feel right at home. She is cute as pie welcoming everyone and entertaining the other children as they enter. My grandson who is 7 loves to shop and he had a blast playing with this little girl while we shopped. The prices and very nice. The quality of the merchandise for sale was amazing. Great brands names and offer delivery and set up and financing. It was just so easy and fun. Not stressful at all. I will be shopping there for all my appliances.

We bought a used washer and dryer from there in March and it was delivered and set up the same day. We were very happy and just bought a microwave today. Very happy with the service and price. We will be looking at them first for any more appliances and hopefully a new mattress!!
