I went today to get some help resetting my phone. The woman told me that I needed a tech guy to help and they didn’t have one in the store. She didn’t bother looking at my phone to even see what the problem was. She told me where I could find a tech and I asked twice could she call that store to make sure someone was there before I drove out of the way. She said they couldn’t do that and that “someone was always there”. I only had an hour break so I didn’t have time to go back and forth in an argument. I got the Brandon location and take a guess at whose day off it was. I drove all the way out there only to know that their tech wasn’t there either. The young man at the Brandon location was nice enough to at least look at my phone and see what was wrong. He hit a couple of buttons and it worked! I asked could they have shown that to me at Pearl and he said yes. I wasted my entire lunch hour for something that could’ve taken 3 minutes if she had listened to me.

No one answers the phone here. Been trying for two days now..

This is why I love CSpire. Costumer service was AMAZING! Been a loyal costumer for 5 years, but today I needed a new case for my phone. There was this sweet girl, “Lilo”, who helped me pick out the perfect case for my new phone! Keep it up guys! Looking forward to another 5 years :)

Service is horrible. Rude and no help at all. Even though there was no other customers they were not interested in helping with my problem.

Not crowded like the Clinton store. Worth the drive from Clinton not to wait an hour to be served.

I didnt know there were independent CSpire stores, can but this one is. They said theyre called indirect rather than independent but regardless, the employees were VERY helpful and nice. Will definitely use this one more often.

Worst customer service ever. The store smelled of cigarette smoke, you can smell it as soon as you walk in the store. I will never go to this store again.
