The experience I had today with Ms. Ashley Hinkle at the Pearl, Ms location was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the Metro company. She is also very tech savvy and familiar with the products you all sell. She even helped me transfer all the files from my old phone to my new one! I definitely left the store satisfied! Thank you

Horrible service, very slow, unable to handle the procedure of porting a number over without incident...too busy talking to friends that hang out. And havent had the phone I wanted and that they advertise in stock for over 3 months!!!

They are helpful and professional but couldnt assist me with my voicemail not working for 2 months, since the phone was purchased at that time. Customer care couldnt correct problem either.

They Only Thing About Metro PCS company is that they services drop too much n u cant receive calls nor send text message when aint no 4g on there its okay not to go on internet when the 4g aint up there but at least have it so people can receive they calls and text message n can send them .. .. they need to get an metro pcs in Clarksdale & clevelnad so they will have good services in sumner,webb,Tutwiler,drew,,etc..
