When I call him to schedule an appointment he was great and timely on returning my call. But when he made the repair I need done on my freezer he switched out a part, and repair did not fix issue. I called several times asking for a return phone call explaining the issue is still present he never replied to my calls. Follow through in a repair is lacking here..
They fixed the issue but they didnt explain what it was and how they fix it?? And i am like okay there was a big issue which fixed but could it happen again??After asking the tech repied to my question but i would expect them to explain what is going on and the resolution plus what i need to keep an eye on for future!! Just for my satisfaction.If it was for only fixing the issue? i would have given them 5starz. But for their service and communication they are getting 2.
This is one of the worst service ever. He didnβt show up on time or show up at all for the appointment.
Do not work with this company! I had the unfortunate experience of having to work with CCO through my home warranty company. They were a complete joke and not worthy of even one star. The absolute worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Communication and follow-up was non-existent. When I was able to get in contact with them they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Their standard line was that they were waiting on parts and theyd get back to me with an update. No one would ever actually get back to me. This went on for over a month (during which time I had no working fridge) before my warranty company wised up and reassigned my claim to a capable vendor. If youre interested in having a smooth experience and dealing with professionals do NOT work with CCO. Its almost as if they dont want any business, they treated me like a nuisance and not a customer.
We are waiting 4 weeks for our microwave to be fixed. Our home warranty CO assigned them.They never answer the phone . Never call back.Came to our house, never did anything to diagnose the problem. Carlos just said that it needs the partHe was determining how to opem microwave, being that it was built-in.CARLOS junior dosent know how to wipe his nose, forget servicing my microwave.I wouldnt call CCO to service absolutely anything in my house.Customer service is big-0 . Please dont waist your time with CCO .
The gentleman came to the house for a service call . It was confirmed that the water inlet valve needed to be replaced. His charge for the replacement part was at least double the price of the same part at other places either on line or in appliance parts stores. So I declined further service and paid him the $ 59 for the assessment fee.Will never use this company again !!!
We used them per our warranty company. They never called back with the part repair information. After 3+ weeks they finally said they would be out on a Saturday between 1-3. They never showed up! Do not use these unprofessional people who cannot return phone calls, do the services they state they can provide, and make people waste their time, money, and energy to get a job done!
CCO Appliance Repair was so helpful to my brother who had been recently released from the hospital having had a severe illness. When the family took him home it was discovered his refrigerator was leaking. CCO responded within 5 minutes to my call to them. They arrived on site within an hour and repaired my brothers refrigerator within the next hour. They were courteous, professional and kind. That was 9 months ago and the refrigerator has worked perfectly since then with no leaks! Thank you CCO!!!!
CCO was recommended to me and I would highly recommended them as well!!! My appointment was scheduled for a repairman to be at my house within an hour. He called when he was 20 minutes out. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual!!! He came back on a Sunday when CCO is closed to replace the part!! Fantastic job and experience!!
If your warranty company selects this appliance company for you ask for another one. Theyβve had over a month to fix my refrigerator in my washer. They will tell you numerous times they will call you back and will not. They will give you a timeframe and they will be late without a phone call. They will say they have a part in stock and the day they are supposed to put it in it will be the wrong part. Horrible customer service
Carlos and his son Carlos are prompt and fair.Needed a new ice maker...as a I requested Carlos delivered and install one that matched the factory original style,as I requested.Nice folks and will use them again when the need arises
I purchased a Refrigerator from this company a year ago brand new. When i called for a repair they came out supposedly change a bad relay and charged up freeon. I asked it this would correct all the issues with Refrigerator and wastold yes and if need be they would teturn the following morning to make sure it was up and running correctly. This was not the case thay charged me 200 dollars kept scheduling a time to come out and showing up at the end of the day to do the exact same thing they did the first time!! Biggest excuse was they had other customers! Well I should have been a priority since I had paid in full and still had a non working fridge after three visit from Cco. Owner became nasty and offended when I told him i was going to report them to better business bureau... After a week t weeks of back and fourth when these guys my money was refunded and I was able to get a reputable company that fixed the problem which was a bad relay!! Cco does not have the tools available to diagnose problems and have no problem inconveniencing customers OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!! Worst customer service Ever!!
Needed a replacement washer and they had a nice used selection. Great prices, selection, and warranty! Theyve been in business 22 years so he knows what hes doing
I was referred to this company through Serviz. The oven was no longer working 40 days after the repair (the oven is only 6 years old). Serviz said they only have a warranty for 30 days. They refused to fix it. I was also charged $525 dollars, which I felt was way too high but had no frame of reference. I had to call another appliance repair and the cost was half of what I was charged the first time. The βkitβ CCO charged me for ($350) turned out to be an ignitor, which was far less. Second repair, with a one year warranty was 240. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Always say they are going to be at your house at a certain time or date and never come not even a phone call you have to call them and they still charge you the 50 for a service call just to tell you whats wrong not even a discount or a sorry horrible customer service never doing business with them
