They were very helpful in helping me get a better plan than what I currently had. They also advised me regarding a great deal on a upgraded model for my phone and discounted accessories. Using their advice I have an upgraded phone and am able to drop the cost of several streaming services. Im still going to end up saving money on my monthly plan!

I went here to upgrade my phone. The sales staff was busy when I walked in. They greeted me and I waited. I noticed that the staff was not wearing masks and neither were the customers. The staff sat and talked to his friend for over 30 minutes. Finally the staff member was walking to get my new phones still unmasked and started biting his nails. He then picked up my new phone with out sanitizing. At this point I left. Great place to go if you want to get COVID-19 not so much if you want a phone.

Sunday I went in around 3. Stood in the store for 5 or 10 mins. No one was around. Finally left. Went back Monday. The young man sitting at the desk, didnt even get up to greet me and when I asked him if he could help me. He acted like he could not be bothered. there was a young girl sitting at the desk with him. Not sure if she works there or if she was one of his friends. While I was talking to him about my issue with my phone, she proceeded to get on her phone and have a very loud argument with her mother over the phone. I stopped and waited for her to acknowledge that I was having a conversation with him but that never happened. He did not solve my problem and I told him that I probably will never be in your location ever again. Very poor customer service!2/11/20
