I purchased my 2021 Tahoe at another dealership. I took my Tahoe to the ‘other’ dealership, well, because that’s where I purchased it. Their service advisor was RUDE. Beyond rude. Argumentative. Wouldn’t let me speak. I was lied to. And I have ZERO tolerance for lies. I took my Tahoe to Jeff Perry, which is an HOUR drive from where I live. Brandon (parts manager), Mark (sales), Dave (service advisor) and another service advisor all met with me. The problem was assessed within minutes. I can not say how unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with me they all were. Mark is in the process of looking for a GMC for me to replace my 2021 Tahoe. You read that right. I’ve had my Tahoe a few months and I’m so disappointed with the ‘other’ dealership, that I’m looking for a new vehicle. I do NOT want my name associated with this particular dealer or any of the several locations they have. I will not promote them in any way, shape or form. I was contacted several times by the ‘other’ dealership in which I bought the vehicle asking me to ‘come back’, ‘make things right’…. Their service service advisor said to me, “ma’am it was your choice to bring the vehicle here”. MyResponse… and it’s my choice to never bring it back. Jeff Perry and his staff NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED for their customer service. It’s one thing to sell a vehicle, but to retain business, that’s the hard part! OUTSTANDING on their part. I will travel 2 hours round trip, driving past the ‘other’ dealer every time I need repair, service etc completed.I’ve worked in customer service for YEARS and if I had spoke to anyone the way I was spoken to, I would have been terminated.Funny little story… while making small talk with the SA at Jeff Perry, I mentioned I was disgusted with the ‘other’ dealership. Wonderful experience with their service dept. Our truck broke down while we were on a camping trip. We would have been stranded with no way to tow our camper home. They got us back on the road on a Saturday in less than an hour. Absolutely great service!

Our friends purchased a truck thru them also 5 days earlier and we have more friends going to ck them out.

First time we went to Jeff Perry in 2020 it was not under the best circumstances and the team and especially Kim Blades were very helpful in getting us a vehicle we loved. This year we decided to trade in and get a newer second vehicle and again, very helpful and no issues what so ever. This is the only car dealership Ive been to that listened to what we wanted and didnt make us feel like because we couldnt get a $50,000 vehicle we were a waste of their time. I know this will be our place to go whenever we have vehicle needs. Highly recommend.

The sales team and used car Manager Eric are incompetent. They sold a car we had filled out paperwork for and travelled 45 minutes each way only to be told we couldnt buy the car because someone else wanted to see it. Wait, what?! We filled out application, had down payment and financing and they would not sell us the car! They told us to drive over right now, and we did. We were told to come, we were there first, we did not get car. What a waste of time. Do not waste your time with these people. They treated us like garbage.

We purchased an used car from Jeff Perry dealership in Peru. Took it home on a Saturday and Sunday night while our son was driving home one of the tires blew. There was no jack in the car so the tire could not be changed. It didnt even cross our mind to make sure there was a jack in the car at time of purchase. Just took it for granted that there would be one. I called Jeff Perry dealership first thing that Monday and they were very cooperative with us. The vehicle was towed back to their shop. They put on a new tire and got us a jack at no cost to us. Having never dealt with this dealership before we were very satisfied with how they handled the whole situation.

We were sold that worst car ever! Within a year and a half and less than 30k miles put on it we brought the vehicle back in about 5 times. Every few months something was terribly wrong with the car and they have done nothing to help us get out of the car and into another. We will not be coming back to buy another car. We even went in to get the vehicle appraised and it was so low that it was a slap in the face for all the issues we have have with this car. Nothing as an apology. Will be going somewhere else.
