Wow, this was the cleanest garage bay I’ve seen in my life! Everyone was very professional, personable, helpful, and quick. My window needed a new motor and now it works again; they also recommended a tire rotation so I had that done as well. Since I had it in for service, I had them look at a couple other electrical concerns I had. They sent me a short video showing the undercarriage of my car (which was cooler than I expected it to be) and discussed my electrical questions, which turned out to be a normal part BMW’s smart system and I just didn’t know the car even did those things! A very good first experience with North Scottsdale BMWs Service Dept. My car is still under warranty, so of course take this all with a grain of salt because the window repair was free. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend them for stellar customer service and will use them again next time.

Mike Hanson of BMW North Scottsdale provided great service!! Mike kept me updated on when my 750i’s parts would be delivered, and took into consideration that I have been a BMW North Scottsdale customer for six years. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy or service a BMW. Also, I have had Darron S. as my service adviser in the past and he is just a great as Mike! I drive quite a bit further to this dealership and it’s well worth it. I started out at Chapman BMW in Chandler and they lost my business over lack of follow up by a service adviser, and a rude sales manager by the last name of Garrett. I have had nothing but professionalism and great service at BMW North Scottsdale. The valets are extremely respectful, especially this last time when I was attended to by a young man with a broken hand/wrist who made sure my paperwork was pulled and my car pulled up immediately. Debbie has been my service coordinator for several years now. Always professional and accommodating. My check engine light unexpectedly came on while I was driving to San Diego for a short trip to visit my sister. I turned around and asked Debbie to see if I could get my car checked quickly to be able to still make my trip. The service team was very prompt understanding my situation and even still gave me options on how to handle the service in terms of time and cost. Then they did a full vehicle check topping off fluids and checking my tires. I was happy when I left to feel comfortable and safe driving to SD and back especially with the monsoon season 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I brought my 2017 440I (only 36,000 miles) in to Scottsdale BMW to address a noise I kept hearing when I placed the AC fan on high speed and to address a noise I kept hearing upon acceleration with people in the back seat. Upon inspection it was found that some tree debris (leaves/twigs) had fallen into the fan motor intake - it was removed. Upon inspection it was found that the parking brake cable holder had come apart - it was replaced. The problems I brought the vehicle in for were solved.So why the poor rating you ask? I am not happy with the fact that Scottsdale BMW charged a $75 Environmental/Shop Supply Fee when there were no fluids removed from the car nor supplies needed that they did not charge me for. I could totally accept this $75 charge if they had changed my oil or antifreeze or brake fluid, or even if they gave me new tire inflation caps embossed with the BMW logo. After all, the total bill for the two repairs was already at just over $1000.If the removed/changed parking brake parts are their justification, I should have been given the opportunity to take the old parts and dispose of them myself. This was not the case. When asked if this could be removed for the reasons stated above, my request was flat out ignored with no response.I was later told by a former BMW salesperson there that this fee is charged on all work orders! At more than 50 cars worked on daily, that is at least $3750 collected each day, $22,500 each week, and $90,000 per month!!I do not plan to bring either of my BMWs back to this dealership in the future.Please know that it is not because the mechanic did not do his job. The problems I brought the car in for were resolved/repaired.

I had my rear view camera replaced as the original one was not functioning well after 5 years of usage. BMW North Scottsdale replaced it with a new OEM part, updated the software and tested the new equipment. They provided a loaner for the duration of the service repair and kept me well informed of costs and timeline. Service was prompt and courteous - they also provided a diagnostics report on a few parts that would need attention in the coming months. My consultant, Thomas Schneider was efficient, polite and customer focused. Good job!

I towed in for a shredded tire caused by running over the biggest bolt. My service advisor Brian Iverson was ready for me, got the new tire installed quickly and I was sent a very detailed video report from the technician with his recommendations. Because I could see my car, the brakes, all four tires, I made the decision to follow his recommendations. Picked up my car within a few hours and was given a comparable car to my own as a loaner in the interim. Love and trust the service I receive at this dealership and Brian Iverson.

Most recently I incurred a flat on a Sunday and was able to get my vehicle to their service department, placed my key in the drop box and I was contacted first thing Monday morning to discuss. With no appointment, they were able to replace a tire and have it ready before 10:00am.Well done. Ill continue to use them for all my BMW service needs.Satisfied customer

In October we purchased a 2021 X7 from BMW North Scottsdale. Saturday morning we discovered that one of the tires was reading low on the TPM. Checked out the tire and found a huge nail in the tread. Called the dealership and spoke to Andy in service. He assured us we could drive it in (run flat tires saved the day). Made an appointment and when we arrived, Andy not only arranged to have our tire replaced but the oil changed as we were close to our due date. This saved us another trip back as we live 40 minutes away. We waited at the dealership while the service was rendered and Andy kept us informed all during the appointment. It was done sooner than anticipated and we were quickly on our way. Our entire experience with BMW North Scottsdale, and most recently with Andy in service, has been professional, expeditious and extremely pleasant. We absolutely love this car and highly recommend this dealership.

I had a little fender bender in my X5 and took it to North Scottsdale BMW. The minor accident did a lot of damage to the steering parts and it needed to be fixed. My regular service advisor, Darrin Shadle, did an awesome job with the insurance company ensuring my vehicle repair was estimated timely and repairs started quickly. I was given a nice loaner car to use free of charge while my car was being fixed. Darrin kept me up to date with all aspects of the process and I couldn’t be happier with my newly repaired X5. Big thanks to Darrin, the loaner car department, and expeditor staff when you pull into the garage for making a bad situation… much better!

I worked with Andy who was fine, but as an 18 year old I feel that he didn’t really treat me like an adult and kind of talked down to me. I was with my dad and sort of felt that he only wanted to listen to my dad talk, when the car was mine and I knew what was going on. The car had been to another repair shop that quoted me some suspicious numbers for things I didn’t feel were wrong, and told me the car was somewhat unsafe to drive so I felt that having it inspected again was very necessary, and I was happy to find that nothing was wrong. I just didn’t appreciate being told that I paid for the inspection fee for no reason and that I somehow should have just known not to worry about it…

I drove in unannounced right before closing due to a critical check engine light, when I wasn’t sure I would make it home. Service tech Darren was so kind and helpful. They gave me a great loaner car and communicated with me thoughout the next day to keep me informed as to what was occurring. Car was fixed by the end of the next day and I was pleased with the service and value. Strong recommend!

I was traveling from Tennessee and had a tire defect while entering New Mexico, called and talked to Jeremy to verify they had tire is stock and that I did not need an appointment. Brought the vehicle in the next day and dropped off, vehicle was done in the promised time and was not pressured into additional services. I had my car towed there and waited in the showroom most of the day. About an hour and half later, My salesman approached me and told me that my starter went out and gave me a cost of $1800 to fix it. I thought that price was pretty high just for a starter and install it. That was the only issue they found wrong with my car. I couldnt believe it was going to be so expensive, Now I live in Globe / Miami area a couple hours away, but I wasnt about going to pay that amount, so now I had to find a ride back home and when I did I ended up staying there all day and until they closed the store. It made for a really long day. It would of been nice if someone would of asked us if we were hungry or even if we wanted a bottle of soda but we sat there patently until our ride showed up. I was given until Wed to have my car picked up but once again had to have it towed all the way to Globe. When I had someone pick it up and tow it back home I was told that I had to pay $185 to dealership to get it out of there lot . This trip has costed me a mere fortune by now and Im not real pleased with North Scottsdale BMW due to owning a BMW and then paying all kinds of money just to get it home and $185 just to leave it there a couple of days. I will be selling this vehicle soon and will not plan on ever buying a BMW ever again. The staff at this dealership i feel could of done better to accommodate my situation or even asked me if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle as I sat there all day watching TV. Oh and btw, it was 117 degree temperatures outside that day, and there must of been 20 or more salespeople working that day. Customer service needs improving I feel in my opinion !! I originally came in on a recall for my 2007 BMW X3. They did this repair at no cost. However the results of their inspection revealed multiple oil leaks in three potential areas of the engine and one of the brake pad sensors was put in wrong. They suggested a clean up and diagnostic for the oil leaks. They have an interesting process in reporting the inspection results and areas needing repairs. I received text messages with descriptions of the needed repairs with what each would cost. You then could approve the repair or decline it. After I received the text message I agreed to the diagnostic on the oil leaks. The results indicated two main areas. I agreed on the repair on the oil filter housing and the brake sensor for a total of $1354.59. I had asked for new window wipers and for them to take a look at my glove box that I couldn’t get open. Both were done without cost to me which I was very grateful for. The other oil issue involved the oil pan and I was told it was in the beginning stages and repair would be $3800. I did not choose this as I can deal with it at a later date. I thought the service place was very efficient and all the people were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a positive experience! They washed and vacuumed my car and it looked and drove great when I left there! I was impressed that they give you an advisor who has a whole team he manages. They also provided me with a new loaner car. They were really busy yet very organized, professional and efficient.

He was professional and immediately worked to find the answer to my questions. After consulting the service manager, Tyler contacted me again and helped to setup the car towing. Darin was great to work with! Fluke event involving a rock and the highway left me with no A/C on the hottest day of the year in Phx - 118 degrees. Very poor customer service. Called about Lexus that I saw online for my wife as soon as I told the gentleman I was out of state buyer his tone changed with me as I was try waste his time or commit fraud. Excellent care at the dealership service department at BMW North Scottsdale. Darrin provided a thorough explanation of work needed and the work done required ordering of parts. Even with extensive repairs and shipping time of parts, the service was still completed ahead of the estimated time frame. BMW stood behind repairs related to recalls as well as a known issue. Picking up the vehicle after service with a fresh wash and detailing combined with the services performed felt like driving a new car off the showroom floor. Thanks Darrin and the service team!

Great service. I like how they send you video recordings of issues and your repairs. The main building was closed for remodeling, but you can tell theyre doing everything they can to make the temporary waiting facilities as nice and comfortable as possible. They even offered me a loaner car. Every part of the experience was really nice, except.... for the price. Super expensive. You do get the piece of mind knowing that a highly trained specialists are working on your car using only OEM parts, but you definitely pay for that piece of mind. Maybe more than you should.. For that reason I give them 4 stars.

Just be careful, they quote a price and then change terms in their favor repeatedly to get the deal done, just shadier than I expected. I know this is car sales, but I had simple parameters that werent followed. They arent very responsive to calls or email either.

I wanted to write this review. BMW North Scottsdale is excellent in customer service. Be it sales or service. I bought my 2019 X3 at this dealership and recently I have been trying to address an issue with SOS Malfunction. GARY KATZENBERGER has been so helpful in making sure I get to know the time it takes to fix and keeping me informed always. Finally, when I go to pick-up my car, Gary walks out with me and asks me if everything is good and if there is anything else in my car that’s bothering me. If I ever decide to change my car I would definitely go with BMW North Scottsdale. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Our sales rep was awesome, we bought an M5 and the sales process was simple and easy, where our biggest complaint is we were lied by the finance department. We were given a very short amount of time to read through and accept the extended warranty that was offered on the car, all in all at least twice the finance representative told us the entire car would be covered in the extended warranty including all electrical’s, engine transmission and any kind of work needed to keep the M5 running smoothly.A month later the M5 needs a NVLD sensor as it shorted, the sunroof motor failed and BMW wants to charge us $3,200 and the warranty company that BMW sold us that told and promised us that we’d be covered on everything doesnt want to cover it because the components are preventative and haven’t failed. We were lied to and swindled by the finance department of BMW of NS and lied to about the warranty. This is my 5th M5 and the first time I’ve been so blatantly lied to by a BMW dealership. I’m beyond disappointed. Our sales rep was awesome, totally was, the finance and warranty experience after has been a total nightmare.

Unfortunately, we were unable to make.a deal on a vehicle. Thats ok, but, once they were not going to sell me a car, customer service ended. So many phone calls not returned, waiting for someone to get my down payment back took forever. They actually sent me home with a vehicle, saying the deal I wanted could be made, then many days later, called and told me they couldnt make any deal? No options, no communication. So, I ended up buying a brand new Acura, for less $$ and, better rate. Id recommend Acura of Peoria to anyone.
