People cant even start up a computer to schedule an appt or tell you what time . People are a little slow .

Boise Cascade in my opinion are second to none. Really and truly second to none. I deliver building materials for other building material businesses. BC has by far the best loader opperators. Plus they all speak English! BC has a place to store green cut lumber that is not stored in the direct sunlight. They care about their products and customers! Keep up the good work!

Yes, it is very warm, and need lots of water to do a job in phoenix. But, I do not know why it takes so long to unload, and do not follow apointment at all. Phoenix is very different place from other states.

I picked up a load of lumber for my boss. The ya d is easy to navigate, the check in was fast. The loader was quick.

Delivering here was a breeze. This company has a great staff from the office to the field. Outstanding. A+ on safety and loading/unloading procedures.
