I absolutely LOVE the Coffee Bean! No offense to my old faithful, Starbucks and to my cool peaps at Dutch Bros. BUT there is something special about Coffee Bean that makes my visit worth it every time! Blame it on the thoughtful staff or the sweet spot location that makes it special but I will tell you my experience is always JUST RIGHT!

Balcony is a very cute and unassuming café. It is ideal for a cup of coffee by oneself or with a friend. The inside is clean and the outside seating is whimsical. I had the iced rose latte, which was sweet but not too sweet, maintaining the flavour of the coffee. I recommend this place for relaxing and unwinding with a book or a friend.

Its new & a very nice place. The staff seems to truly care. Got a great latte and had a pleasant morning reading on their outdoor patio.

This is a nice coffee shop. The prices are similar to other shops, and the drinks were fantastic. They have an easy to understand rewards program.

My first time back in today since the whole COVID thing had the dine in option off limits. The gal that took my order was very friendly and polite. The dark roast coffee I had a good taste. The atmosphere was excellent w/the temperature and background music. The place was spotless. They did have a nice area w/tables, chairs and umbrellas for ample seating if one chose to sit outside. Glad they are allowing customers inside the dining area now. They do however, have a nice drive thru if one would rather. I’ll be back soon.

Very clean and fresh interior. It has a steady stream of traffic both in take outs and drive thru, but spacious inside does not look or feel crowded. Love the cold brew tea choices.

Ive given them so many tries. The workers wore lotion so it was on the cups and messed with the taste. The owners fixed that after we mentioned it. Then a sandwich had mold on it. They replaced it and gave gift cards to compensate. There was a hair in one of our drinks. Weve been given free coffee by an enthusiastic worker a few times. The tea is good but as friendly as they are the coffee really isnt great and theres been too many troubles to bother.

I like the coffee bean much better than Starbucks, but I gotta tell ya, some of the staff could use customer service training. I mean, just smile and act like you want to serve people.

The midnight mocha is amazing. First time here and it was a great experience. We were not disappointed.

This our first time at this location and we were thoroughly impressed. Friendly, fast service, reasonable prices and all of our drinks were delicious. The peach jasmine cold brew tea was the best, 10/10.

I ordered an iced coffee with half and half. The coffee was delicious and tasted better than Starbucks. The staff was courteous and friendly.

My first time at The Coffee Bean. Delicious! I got a strawberry banana and vanilla ice blended with whipped cream and my wife an iced chai. Highly recommended!

My daughter got me hooked on the Vietnamese iced coffee last weekend... which had always been a favorite of mine at Thai restaurants. The ease of ordering it at a drive thru is DANGEROUS! Also thoroughly enjoyed their blueberry scones.I downloaded the app and look forward to more caffeinated happiness this summer!

I’ve had great customer service experiences every time I’ve been to this location. It is a beautiful, clean shop and it has always been quiet enough to work when I’ve been there.

This the best undiscovered coffee place. By undiscovered I mean in LA it’s the number one place for coffee AND tea (imagine that) and in Phoenix it seems to be bypassed for DB&S. In my opinion, it’s better than both but go and judge for yourself.

Excellent coffee with lots of options for nondairy and plant based creamers. They also have outlets to plug in on the tables.

They were able to make me a blended matcha green tea with almond milk and no whip which fit my macros. Thanks guys.

I love the variety, plus if you cant find your card, they use Google Pay! :)

7/21/2020 - service and accuracy has improved tremendously since my first review and Im happy to give them 5 stars.-------------‐‐Bring your patience. This location has been open for a little over a week and the staff is also new. Drinks take a long time, mine has been wrong 50% of the time and they are already out of stock for most of their bakery items. Everyone working there is incredibly nice, which is why Im giving three stars. Everyone starts somewhere and itll get better.Coffee bean is my FAVORITE and I was super excited to have a close location. Im going to pause going for a while until they are trained and hope to come back and leave 5 stars.

My favorite place to get coffee. Sad to learn they have discontinued my favorite drink there (Black Forest Iced Blended) but I got great service in helping find a replacement that was pretty close and left me happy. Will definitely visit again when Im in town especially since this one has a great convenient location to the freeway.

The girls in the drive through are always so friendly! And take their time to help us with any questions we may have regarding to any drinks, or coffees we have. They always have good recommendations and I have yet to be disappointed! Love this place !

Very clean environment with lots of outlets and tables (even with social distancing there is plenty of spaces to sit). I came here to work, and the service was ok, and the cold brew was very strong, but tasted...nasty. The wifi was out at the time as well, so I did not stay very long. I would probably come back for tea, assuming their internet is back up and running.

The best! I missed this coffee shop being on the east coast for.some time. Love Coffee Bean coffee!

My husband got a dirty chi that was good. I got a ice mocha latte that is completely disgusting. I would MUCH rather have McDonalds ice coffee. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is the employees where extremely friendly.

First time ever visiting, my Mom got a vanilla chai tea latte and a cheese danish, I got a danish as well and a Peppermint Vanilla Latte. Not only do they have two types of the large size (24ounce and 32 ounce) the woman asked if we wanted our danishes heated and both my mom and I said yes. My Mom said it was the best vanilla chai tea latte shes ever had, my drink was amazing, and those danishes were delectable after the heating. Wonderful place that I very much want to explore the menu of more.

So excited to have one near me! There nitro is out though and wont be available anytime soon due to covid. Also not a lot of options for keto/low carb cold brews since they use powder flavoring.

My experience was horrible. The staff talked to each other instead of waiting on a paying customer. It took me 15 minutes to get my coffee and I didnt get a thank you or receipt.

The service was great. Super friendly and nice people working there but the cold brew I got was terrible. Maybe it was just the brew but if Im paying like 4.50$ for a large coffee itd better taste better than this.

I know this place just opened, but as a former barista i know for certain that if someone asks you for a flavor in your cup 3 times, that means they want that flavor in their $6 coffee.When someone asks for a double shot, you only add 1 extra shot to the charge, not 2. Because the Late charge already comes with the price of a shot Factored into it. You effectively charged me for 3 shots.This isn’t rocket surgery. Please get your act together

Staff is very friendly and my drinks were ready quickly. I’m generally in and out in about 5 minutes but i don’t go during rush hour times. The location is great and the shop is new and very clean. It can be a little hard to hear/be heard when you’re ordering due to the mask situation but that’s everywhere. The one critique I’d have is that the drive thru speaker is a little hard to hear. There’s a lot of background noise and you can hear other people talking inside the store over the staffs headset. All in all a friendly hard working staff. Excited for this location.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is my go to. Moved from Scottsdale to Chandler and was very happy this location is close. I like Cold Brew, they always have it available, and the taste is on point. Staff have been very friendly despite only having used the drive thru. Looking forward to seeing the inside after COVID-19 restrictions ease up.

HORRIBLE customer service! Watch what you order because they will charge you double and make no apologies for it. I ordered a $3 ice tea and for a full week they charged me double for a specialty drink and charged for a larger size. They didnt inform me what I was ordering was actually just an ice tea they just rang it up, intentionally as the higher priced drink. Their drive thru menu is vague and doesnt have the FULL menu so I had no way of knowing I was ordering wrong. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right they blamed me and were INCREDIBLY rude and the girl in the drive thru and manager on duty were SO SNOTTY! They are dishonest and will rip you off if you dont pay attention or dont know the menu well. Its your responsibilty to train your staff and to inform customers of these things and to insure they are doing things properly and the management obviously doesnt care to do that. Its not my responsibility to tell you how to ring things up or to know the ends and outs of each specific item on your menu. If the way I order changes the drink entirely YOU are supposed to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE by making me aware of that. This is the quickest way to lose customers. I recently moved to the area and would have been a repeat customer and now I will never go back. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and your management.

Like a lot of others - new staff, long waits. We will not return for a few months. Normally love Coffee Bean. Plus on the website says there’s a 32 oz size for iced coffee, didn’t seem to be available there or they are so new they didn’t realize that’s available :/ oh well. Had high hopes.Drinks were really bland too, not our normal Coffee Bean experience.
