The guy was super nice although we called 30/40 minutes before closing time after leaving another location. He was even nice enough to wait for us to arrive and remembered us from the order request we had (asking if they had daiquiri ice and they do) he was very patient and my friend came into town from Ohio just to enjoy it with me I ordered triple chocolate and cookies and cream a scoop with sprinkles in a waffle bowl pictured below

I had not been to baskin robbins in a very long time but recently they have become one of our favorite dessert spots once again. We have special ordered cakes and have gone to get regular ice cream cones and every time they have delivered the goods. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean. They have such a large selection of flavors that anyone should be able to find something to satisfy their cravings. Download their app and they have specials that change regularly.

I called and asked if they still had the iced tea freezes and the woman kept hanging up on me didn’t even answer my question just kept hanging up everytime I called.

The staff is friendly, courteous, attentive, and very efficient about serving their customers. I highly recommend this great establishment. The chocolate trilogy, which is the flavor of the month, is fantastic. Give it a try. I believe that you will like it.

Had many flavors...I recommend the pineapple coconut!

Went for a visit with the family. The ice cream is outstanding. The banana split my step daughter had looked outstanding too, but I didnt expect the dog would be getting it... I would have opted for the doggy sundae.

The guy behind the counter wasnt very friendly but the ice cream was good. Found a flavor I have had since I was a kid.

We stopped by the fox chapel location for ice cream this afternoon and I was excited to try some new flavors since I never get Baskin-Robbins. The employee seemed annoyed that I wanted to sample the flavors and “cut me off” after trying 3 of the 4 I was interested in. I thought he was joking hut he told me they had a 3 sample rule otherwise people would be there all day. I informed him that I didn’t need any of his ice cream then and left without buying anything. I’ve worked in food service in the past and would never be this rude to a customer. I’m a man in my 30’s who wasn’t trying to take advantage of free samples, just excited about a new thing and wanting to pick something I would really love. Ive never felt so confused and angry at something like ice cream. I will never go back to this franchise or any of the other locations, my money is better spent somewhere that understands dessert is supposed to be fun. 0/5 stars.

Very poor service..waited 20 min...The server had other things to do..So she said...not attentive at all...If there was another store located near or even few more miles I would definitely go❗❗❗

Great store! Amazing ice cream, probably the best Ive ever tasted! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend going here. Tho one of the workers is a little weird and asks your child to say please before she gives them ice cream. But besides that, its a great place. Its a little small, but its location really doesnt offer any addition space.

Rediscovered our old favorite ice cream place. Still the best selection for a good price. Very good service. We try to stop in once a week.

Weird staff but great ice cream

The kids love the huge selection of flavors! The shop is busy on summer evenings and its a tight squeeze between the counters and the seating. Outdoor seating is also available, but the shop is located right off busy Freeport Road.

Went tonight around 9:30 pm. The store hours clearly state that the store closes at 10:00 pm. Walked in all of the lights were off and who I believe was the shift leader snapped at us We are closed. She then proceeded to snap at us saying that if we wanted ice cream we had to hurry up because the boss told them that they were to close the store at 9:30, as if I was supposed to know that the boss relayed them this information. Will not be eating here again.

Decently priced ice cream, fast service when there isnt a line. Shop is a little small and can get pretty crowded on a hot day. I try to stay away during peak times.

The ice cream was delicious. I had German Chocolate Cake. Son had Cotton Candy. But was only disappointed the scoop size was as tiny as 15 or so years ago. Very pricey too.

Havent been here in years. My friend doesnt like Ritas, so I had no choice. But the ice cream we both had were good, a little pricey, but thats not anything new if you frequent this place.

The ice cream is as advertised. The kid working alone caught it harsh from a customer that walked in after us for waiting on us first. For the sake of sanity, I let her go first and she continued to berate him for not serving her first. After the lady was done giving this kid a rough time and left, the kid took a breath, shook it off, and was very courteous to me and my daughter. You dont see young people move on like that, so i figure Id mention that. I wish I got his name. Id hire him.

We all scream for ice cream! Yum! Always a great place to stop for an ice cream snack! Cakes and pies are great too.

Friendly environment. I just wish they carried Splish Splash ice cream more often. I look forward to it every summer but havent been able to get it this year because its sold out with no new oder in sight. Ugh!

Standard ice cream. Horrible service.After spending $7 on a kiddie cone and a single scoop waffle cone, the owner complained when I asked for a cup to take my two-year-olds ice cream home, saying those cups cost [me] money.

No restrooms, no Discover cards accepted, and parking is difficult off of Freeport Road. Not the best place for the parents to bring the kids on a whim, though the kids love the 31 flavors.
