Cute little electronics place that saved me a 20 minute drive by having just what I needed.

They always have exactly what I need, and then some! On this occasion, I needed a printer asap because the one I was planning on buying from someone on OfferUp ended up being a no-go. So, I did what I always do: I called Ninja. We have an HP Tango X Smart Printer for $90. I didnt even know what a smart printer was (not what made it smart) but as soon as I researched the specs I realized what an amazing deal this is. Bear in mind, this happens often when I buy electronics from Ninja....their prices are well below what you would expect to pay for a second hand item, even cheaper than person-to-person sales on OfferUp or Facebook.I called back, and told them Id be stopping by in 10 mins. They had it ready to go, and the process took 3 minutes (max). No need to even look at the printer, because they have a great return policy (30 days I believe, but Ive never had to take anything back).Always the 1st place I call for electronics, and usually the only place.

Really awesome, and knowledgeable staff who will go way out of their way to help you and get you whatever you may need.

Quite possibly one of those who knew? places...I didnt know anything about this previously used store, stocked with all sorts of DVDs (at the incredible bargain price of just $1), stereo equipment, consumer electronics, TVs and some home studio gear. They also buy unlocked, newer cell phones. I dont get to Dormont very often, I might suggest that its worth the trip.

Classic Bait and switch BUYER BEWAREMessaged Milty Bar Which commonly posts on facebook marketplace to sell his items. He says we have the item you want come on down to our store. Drive 45 minutes, show up, they dont have the item, and keep on pushing other products on to me.... Then pretends to look for item. Nope dont have it, guess you can buy something else.. I message him to see whats going on since he left and only his employee was there, He ghosts me and never responds. Complete waste of a day.

Milty fixed my phone really fast and gave me a free case. The store has a lot of entertainment and energy!

These people are mostly always rude and treat you like the majority of the people going in there when selling something (a junkie). They are quick to rip you off when selling something and quick to sell it for triple what they paid for it. Ive seen news articles about the FBI raiding the store because its a popular place to sell stolen property. Two stars because you can get decent items there for a decent price but you might be buying someone stolen phone or television.

I love this place. This location and downtown. All of my electronics and movies games are all from them! They also work with you. I have NEVER been ripped off by them. Im actually going to buy a laptop from them this weekend.

They where nice at first then things started going down hill, they offered me $50 for an item that is worth 10x that. They told me a price for a phone then a few days later claiming they never said that even though there is proof in text messages they said that.

As a would -be customer, I cannot express how disappointed I truly was my first time in this store. I made the hour long drive because I was promised a Super Nintendo console that wasn’t in stock. I communicated with the owner literally one day before. After I left, he never reached out to me to apologize. I literally never heard from him again. Save yourself the heartache. Never go to Ninja.

Rude and poor service with an attitude. Gave false info about a product through phone & dont take the time to even clean games/controllers.

All of the negative feedback you read here is utter BS. I have dealt with both locations for years, both buying and selling, and have never been treated badly or unfairly. Ive gotten some great deals on TV, phones, computer and gaming equip and they have always stood behind the items theyve sold me. Likewise, Ive always been paid a reasonable sum when selling. The key word there is REASONABLE. Like any pawn shop type business that offers a quick $ ...whether it be for gold/silver, gift cards, or used electronics and games......you simply cannot expect top dollar. If you want that kind of money for your cast offs....try ebay or craigslist. But if you need cash fast, you need to expect to take a hit. Thats not to say they are unfair...simply that they are IN BUSINESS. Long story short....I would do business with these guys ANY DAY!!!!

Great selection and price

This place is horrible. Rude employees and they have no problem lying to your face about how much your products are worth so they can beat you down to buy it at the lowest price and then turn around and sell it for the highest they can . Such an uncomfortable and unprofesional enviroment. They treat honest normal people bad and try to rip them off, then turn around and cater to the drug addicts and thiefs that come back everyday.

I sold a MW3 Xbox there a few months ago and today I figured Id go back in and see if it was still there, I was going to buy it back because sellers regret had set in and it really had been my favorite console that Ive owned out of the many Ive had over the years.Needless to say when I got to the store I found out that my trusty old 360 had gone to a new home recently, which kinda bummed me out.Thats when Sam and Co. turned my frown upside-down, they sold me a sick snow-white glossy Xbox Slim, matching matte-white wireless controller, 500GB HDD (new in box), CoD: Ghosts, and a $15 Xbox card...all for a price that made my jaw hit the floor.If you see bad reviews on here theyre either from people who dealt with the old management or theyre just plain miserable because this is the third time Ive been there and Ive always been treated well and with respect, and Ive never seen those guys act unprofessional in any way at all.If youre looking for new electronics, movies, games, etc., check these guys out and you wont be disappointed.

This place is such a rip off...they will explain to you why they are ripping you off...oh you paid $120 for the ipod, well we can offer you $5, we need to make a profit as well and you see this cosmetic damage (a knick on the back a mm wide and 3 mm long) that takes the value down I obviously didnt sell it but the same ipods are in there counter for $60-$75...its insulting! Ive been a customer on and off over the last 10 years or so, they werent bad when it was MIB but they have been on a steady decline yr after yr...my advice...save yourself a trip downtown: go to eBay, find the lowest price for what your going to sell (regardless of any accessories you have on your item) and take 25% of that price...if its not mint condition then drop that price by half and you can stay at home and and be aggrevated instead of being insulted in the store.This establishment is catering to criminals who boost (retail theft) and will take any price offered because they have nothing invested in the products there are selling.

When I visited their downtown location, I was met with rude, condescending and pushy workers who harassed me about my looks and tried to bully me into selling my phones, one of which was not for sale. I told them repetitively that it wasnt for sale even when things got awkward the worker would not give up. When I told him I was leaving another worker insulted my hair. I told them I would give them a negative review, and I did. They confronted me repetiviely about my review and told me they were not sorry for my treatment because they want to have fun.This place is unprofessional and rude, let me give you an example of the last thing they said to me, Ummmm, Isabel how about you stop being such a sour-puss.Your sucking the fun out of the atmosphere. Also, we have been in business since 03 [their website says 2005]. We have purchased 1000s of phones with our attitude. Thanks for the business and I recommend you start shopping a walmart. Walmart specializes in letting anybody shop there!So yeah, if you like being treated disrespectfully and being a joke for the customers amusement, shop here. I will never give them another dollar.

Worst place ever they sell bad games they have a shelf of bootleg movies. I went there and witnesses them buy two 3ds for 5$ because they said they could only use them for parts. RIP OFF.

Worst store ever they buy very low and sell very high,i seen them buy a I pad off a women for 25 said they would sell it for 550 called the women stupid for selling it that low but they lied and told her it was broke so they could only use it for parts they tried that same line on me when I tried to sell them my Samsung galaxy sIII they said they could only give me 60 for the phone because it had a bad sn number they could only use it for parts avoid all stores they sell some used items for over the price of new items this place will never get my money again Milton get your store together
