It a great place to get good quality Vitamins at a very cheap price compared to other her stores around the area. If you find something you really like...buy extra, they may not have it again. Good choice of wine at lower prices. I dont buy meat there...just dont like the way it looks. There are bargains to be found, just read labels and look at expiration dates. I recommend to anyone.

Clean store. Some things were priced really well but others werent a bargain at all. Since items come & go you cant depend on getting all your shopping done here. Its a good place to start though & then pick up the rest of your list at a regular grocery store.

Best prices in town, our go to grocery store. Some items are half the price, compared to Safeway. Might not have as large selection as the large grocery chains, but the savings makes up for it. Also, if you see something you like, stock up on it as it might not be there next time.

You can get great deals here on what they have. It is hit and miss sometimes as its most like a discount store. They have good produce for what they have. They also have uncommon food and home accessories. They sell plants as well. Very nice employees.

Never know what Ill find here, but its always interesting. Great place to buy wine for less than elsewhere. Also a great place to find weird snacks 👍

I love this store not just because of the prices and unique products, but because the staff here are actually nice to you unlike most of the other stores in the area. Anna is amazing and has been there for years, she always makes me feel really welcome. The seasonal items, especially the garden section is something that I really look forward too.

At the moment you enter that restaurant team give you a good feeling. Very comfortable stuff, it is a lovely restaurant to hang out with friends or with your date. Great food, creative chief cook and stuff, comfortable pay and nice service. Warmly recommended.

One of the cashiers treat customers so differently based on race or gender or appearance. What ever reason. The customer in front of me was cheerfully greeted and I was ignored, even when I greeted him first. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. The store manager apologized but the cashier didn’t.

One of the best neighborhood stores in Placerville. Prices better than all the others as long as you dont mind not being able to count on the same products week in and week out. Youll find an ever changing line of various products. The staples like Milk, Eggs, Bread, Butter etc. are always the same and youll find them in the same spot. They carry everything one needs to feed a family on a budget or if your by yourself, youll appreciate the savings. Try them once for your weeks groceries then go to any of the other Big chain stores and see if you save as much as they claim. I did and was pleased to find their products a whole lot less expensive. The checkers are friendly and know their store as well as the stock people. The whole package, products, friendliness and best of all saving money keeps me coming back week after week.

I always try to get in Brendas line she is a sweet lady. Very caring about customer satisfaction and so polite . The prices and variety is excellent i have a weely list and always start with grocery outled keep up the good work . So much to select from.

Grocery outlet has the best deals on wines and cheese if you want to save a buck The only problem with these stores is that although you get a good discount from going to a normal store the things that you might like might not be there the next time you go to that store and thats the price you pay. Always had great customer service and nice friendly staff!

Store refuses to enforce mask usage and customer volume limits. Store management refused to address several people without masks in the packed store (impossible to maintain even 3 feet of distamce), saying that OSHA told them not to confront people. Stay away unless you want to get sick. Reported to Country health officials.

Bucket of masks uncovered for people to use but no one monitoring it. Inside people not wearing them or wearing around neck or with nose out....Not a good place to shop during covid... but what can you do if you cant afford other places. I wish management would encourage more people to wear the masks and be safe.... 😭

Great prices, usually 40% cheaper than your main grocery stores, however they do have different items cycle through, so if you like something it may not be there next time you go.

Groceries are wat too expensive now days. I dont know why. Guess because they can!! Raleys is most expensive. Gro Outlet has discounted prices. Store is clean. Staff are courteous. They have plenty in sock.

Very courteous staff, and always an excellent variety of goods and groceries. I can get all my shopping and a gift and a bottle of wine and a card all in one swoop. Security is there but they are to make sure those ghostly gold prospectors of the 1800s dont haunt the customers.

They have been out of particular items the last several weeks that Ive only been able to get at our placerville G.O. STORE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. The store isnt as clean as it should . Seen the exact same goo stains on shelves in the dairy and meat cases for weeks in a row now.

I went at opening on Sat May 16th, two employees were playing out in the lot, I followed them in and the store was empty 5 minutes after opening, as the two I followed in went to the back. As I walked to the Managers office a strange chemical odor came from the office. I asked if someone could unlock the carts. She responded that they were not really open. I replied you opened 5 minutes ago, employees are in the parking lot and the carts are still locked. She went back into the office and continued what she was doing. I located the checkout guy (VERY NICE young man) and he got me a cart. As I was shopping, the lady interrupted my shopping with a rude comment. I assured her that I would complain to corporate about her work ethics. She then said that if I was going to harass her I SHOULD LEAVE.(THAT LADY WAS ON DRUGS) I responded that SHE INITIATED this conversation, and that SHE IS NOW HARASSING A PAYING CUSTOMER that spends roughly $10,000 a year there. I shop at 6am due to the Heavy Transient population that lives in that strip mall. Been a steady customer there for over 3 years. So I have a message for store owner Gregg, your inept employee you left in charge to open your store on May 16th 2020 was too busy doing other things rather than open your store, the employees that were on the clock were NOT WORKING, ( a new young man and the guy that dresses like a girl sometimes.) The ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING was the well mannered Latino checkout guy, taking care of customers and then having to move items to the patio. He was doing that alone with no help as I was leaving. I will now shop somewhere else. SORRY GREGG

Some great deals if you hunt to supplement other grocery purchases. This store is not set up as nicely as the Folsom store and can feel very crowded, but the staff have all been nice.

Kind of addicted to this place only because you can find anything here. They have a huge alcohol selection, some fantastic frozen treats and a very pleasant staff. My only complaint is it is not well lit at night and I wont go there in the dark again. Its not in the greatest of areas but its always an adventure in shopping because you never know what you will find.

This is usually my first stop for groceries, as they carry a lot of essentials at consistently low prices. They also have a rotating selection of interesting high end snack foods, so its worthwhile to browse the interior aisles. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I would give this review four stars but upon reflecting on other reviews feel the five are necessary to balance things out. After first experiencing grocery outlets in the bay area, I have come to learn this is not like the others. There are always great deals to be found here. It is also much cleaner and have never had a complaint about the employees.

This Grocery Outlet is awesome! They have such a huge selection of organics products. Their beer section, wow! So many amazing draft beers, we bought the Maui Coconut Porter, cannot wait to try it!
