I am not one to post many reviews, but Eastbank deserves one. We bought a Miele dishwasher. Smiley was awesome to work with. Sadly, after about 12 months it needed a part that was backordered. It required some digging and careful coordination to make it happen. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and Miele and the Appliance Hospital also took great care of us. We are redoing a kitchen next year and won’t go anywhere else. Great job!

These guys are great.We are building a new house and putting a dream kitchen.I thought I had it all figured out (Wolf and SubZ) until my wife and I met with Derek.Derek knows EVERYTHING about the appliances he sells and gently pointed us towards what was best (Miele and Bluestar) even though I had my heart set on Wolf.It was by far the best appliance experience (none of the BASCO attitude) I have ever had- you will not be disappointed if you shop here.
