The prices are overly skewed!! They charge 9.99 a pound. I had the smallest plate and it wasn’t filled to the top but it weighted 1 pound. For less the price and more food you can go to a halal truck. Definitely not worth the price u less you don’t care about money....🤷‍♀️ not for the faint of heart and tight pockets.. imagine I had gotten a bigger plate. It would’ve been probably 3 pounds? That’s $30!!!! For deli food!!! 🥺😤

Delicious and fast.

A really great place, excellent food and that pumped up NYC athmosphere. Weve been having lunch here every other day every time weve been visiting NYC. You can have almost any kind of food in the world, lots of it on the healthy side (fish & veggies). This is really NYC, if youre looking for something calm & peaceful, you should try smaller cities or the countryside

Food not worth the high price

The food was very fresh & tastey. The prices are a little high, but thats to be expected.

One of the best delis in New York City. The quality and variety of the buffet is great. Come around lunchtime, pick up exactly what you want and eat anywhere or inside the premises. (Tables on the second floor.)

Stopped by for some chinese food. Whilst there was a large selection on offer which looked good, it didnt meet upto the expectations. The food bought should have been hot but it wasnt and was paid per lb in weight, which i have never come across apart from pick and mix sweets at the cinema!So overall for nearly $30 with a small coffee in a mediocre sitting area, its simply not worth it.

Terrible customer service.The people at the checkout were rude, the guy making my bagel was rude. I ordered a Novea Salmon bagel with no cream cheese but they cared less if you died, even though I told them I was allergic to dairy, please no cream cheese, and he spreads cream cheese on it. Bagel overpriced at 7 dollars after tax especially for such a small portion. I get a bigger portion at my local deli for 5 bucks. But being the gentlemen me, I always say thank you and have a good day, but nope they never returned it.Do not come if you care of exceptional customer service.Do not come if you expect a decent priced meal.Do come if you love to talk to rude people.Do come if you love to pay for overpriced food.Now for the review of the bagel.I had them remake the bagel for me. We paid $21 for two breakfast wraps and fresh juice. Seeing breakfast at the hotel was $28 each I thought it was ok. The breakfast wrap was nice. Then go sit upstairs eat and people watch.

This place is outstanding! While in NY sadly we discovered this hole on the last day and ive been craving it ever since. All the food was fresh and the buffett was very clean. Im very particular so wtg guys!!

Very misleading pricing (advertise an omelet platter at $4.45, charge $8.11), almost never get orders right. There are much better options in the area, especially at the prices they charge.

On a cold winter afternoon, there isnt a better deal than their udon. ~$7.95 for a fresh hot bowl of udon noodles with your meat of choice. Their italian sandwiches are awesome too.

Very friendly staff today I just had a clam chowder soup and a butter roll and a lemon seltzer reasonable prices and there are seating upstairs walking distance to Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral, NBC Studios, Saks Fifth Ave, Nintendo Store, Adidas Store, H&M, NBA Store, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy and many others shops

Ordered a croissant with a slice of cheddar and ham on it and was charged $7. When I asked about the price they were rude and insisted I was actually getting a bargain because the price of ham was $12/lb. Alright then. Will never go here again.

The big advantage to this place is that its open 24 hours. With the exception of the sandwiches and wraps, the food here is overpriced.

You Guys must change thoes latex gloves..they go outside, smoke cigarettes, throw out garbage and make sanwitches, come on..ima video this if I need to go in
