MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!!!Last year, my partner and I were looking for promise rings, and we found one of the most beautiful pink sapphire 14k ring, BREATHTAKING. My eyes light with glimmer as I saw it, and knew that was the one. Then, this year we were looking for engagement rings and of course we had to see Laura. She was so sweet, and helped me find the most perfect ring, it feels like a dream. A beautiful 18K, triad Diamond, I couldnt believe it. Laura has the most beautiful rings, and I cannot wait to come back. She is the sweetest, and has great taste.

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for a few years now and every time Im greeted with a warm smile. Theres always polite conversation and the willingness to help. This is the only place that I feel safe taking my property to because I know that it will be well taken care of and safe. The best part is that theyre open on Saturday so its super convenient for me as I work Monday through Friday. If you like to watch movies they have an amazing selection of Blu-ray and regular DVDs. All are inspected to make sure theyre in good condition. I would suggest everyone to go here.Edit: new photos posted as of 11-21-19

I made the trip to the Gresham location cause it said it’s open till 6pm. Upon are arrival at 535pm most of the jewelry was put away. I ask about what I was looking for the very nice attendant/young lady grab something to show me unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for. My girlfriend asked to look at some rings which we where to there to buy!!!!! The older lady said it’s all been put away and was very rude in how she said it to her. She wasn’t willing to show us anything!!!! At this point I just looked at her and said let’s go!!! I choose silver lining cause I bought some stuff from the sandy location over 15 years ago and they where awesome. I went down the road to another hawk shop and they where glad to show me rings. The got my 679 dollars today. I will try sandy location again for what I’m looking for next week. I’m giving you 3 stars cause the younger gal was very nice and personable. I think if you are not willing to show jewelry after 530 you should state it on you website so I don’t drive 45 min. (I don’t have a ton of time to make it during the day cause of my schedule)

I read all the great reviews here so we gave them a try. What a pleasant experience! Solomon and his coworker were interested in the jewelry I brought in to sell and the story behind a couple of pieces. They gave me good information and I was most happy with the offer. The store was clean and they were taking Covid-19 precautions seriously. This was definitely a lot more fun than mailing it off and we kept our business local.

Laura helped me make my first time visit a very pleasant and gave me exactly what I asked to borrow. So, this is a testament that if your item your getting a loan on is quality they are fair and honest. I read their Google reviews among other places. ⚠️DONT COME HERE⚠️ Not a good place if youre p.o.c they act like you stole whatever it is and try and offer such a low deal. The girl with the ponytale was trying to offer me the same price for 2 different size real gold necklaces. Gold is a fixed price you cant tell me they are the same value.🤔 Also I seen a sign for a discount for good reviews thats against Google rules.Reply: i see how you didnt comment about the offer for good reviews. This place obviously cant get them without the incentive🤭🤭. I had 2 solid 16inch 14kg one was is 3mm the other 1.2. So these would be the same? As far as fixed price im refering to, at the time of purchase the cost of gold did not change. This place is still shady to people of color.

Store spent so much of their time going through hundreds of pieces of jewelry that I had no idea where to start pricing. After separating the pieces into different piles, spent more time testing and gave us a price to buy from us. The price seemed totally fair and had given more information and offered going through other items that may need to be sold elsewhere. Such friendly people I appreciate their help!

I had a carrot diamond ring the changed the diamond and stole it. Be careful they have a jeweler there. I had a 900.00 dollarloan they didnt think Id get my ring back. Then the owner saw my review and said I never had a loan there. Not true. When I re pawned the ring I was in formed it wasnt a diamond. The had been appraised at 5,000.00. I designed the ring. The diamond was my grand mothers. A European or Minors diamond it had a carbon hair in the diamond. It was pawned on Sandy. It cost me over 1100.00 to the ring out. Sir you are mistaken.

I at first wasnt happy with the offer given to me for my loan but when I came back with an additional tool the offer was substantially higher. I left with a smile on my face and confidence that my bill would be paid and the guy that helped me in the end was even dealing with a difficult customer, for which he apologized many times. I am so far happy over all and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I will leave an update on my experience once I go to retrieve my items from my loan. Happy shopping yall!

It was my first visit today: I found the people to be professional, efficient, and knowledgeable - well versed in the items I brought in today. I came in about 2 mins before closing after standing in the place down the street for 10 mins without anyone even acknowledging my existence. Silver Linings Pawn offers great deals and has what you need -- most importantly with the integrity to know what you are buying is not stolen and you are not contributing to the theft economy.My sons bike was stolen in 2013 and its theft was not reported to Portland or Gresham police.But Josh and the team at Silver Linings went the extra mile and checked every stolen bike registry. Instead of making money off the transaction, they called the bad guy on the theft, got law enforcement involved and reunited a heart broken 14-year-old with his bike.What a great shop!
