Excellent Prices and Customer Service, dealt with June at their corp headquarters, she corrected an error I made, everything went fantastic as usual, now going on ten years working with this company. I am an entrepreneur, currently own five (5) businesses, owned five times that many over the last 35 years. I only work with companies that provide a solid product and back it up with strong service, and when you can get that combination and a fair deal, well that is when you stop looking, and become a loyal customer. Dont waste your time on business checks. Sent them screen shots of my account picture of my debit card, they wanted a statement on a week old account.

Stay away, it will take weeks before youll get an status update on your order, youll be lucky if you get your order at all. If you value a good customer service and expedited processing this is NOT the company, and definitely not worth the few dollars of savings.Go somewhere else and avoid the headaches.

Saw the last few reviews as I was getting ready to place the order. The reviews made me a little nervous as I dont want to use a company that is difficult to contact or hard to work with. SO, I decided to just give them a call and feel it out. I spoke with Caitlin after waiting a total of 1 minute 15 seconds on hold, she was very sweet, I was honest with her and told her I was just testing it out to see if the reviews were true or normal activity. I ended up having a few questions for her and she was very helpful and informative! I am going to give the company a try and Ill keep you guys posted!!!-Kristi Taylor

I can understand that there may be at times a problem with a customer’s order. In April our radio station ordered 1000 checks from this company. Sometime thereafter, I experienced a problem with two of our checks in our order having the same numbers and I called customer service and I rely on your production department to make certain that the order is printed correctly. When questioned, the woman stated although possible it is very rare that something like this would ever happen and rest assured it is a “one time issue.”Today I set up a run of 20 bill payments and when I went to the printer I noticed that there was a check remaining in the feed tray so I examined the print run just to find that I had two checks numbered 93308. Our company must either be the ‘unluckiest recipient” of one of your check orders or you have one of the worst printing production department ever. First time it is a “one time issue” and here I am today with a batch a checks printed and ruined because two of the checks have the same number.The fact of the matter is that a company or individual should never about having to review check by check to insure that there are no duplicates. I am not sure how successful Checks for Less is but I can assure you that undiscovered production errors and poor customer service representatives will quickly lead to your demise. The greatest disappointment for your company does not come from the duplicate checks issues but rather in two conversations with your company not one of your representatives stated what you so prominently advertise on your website: “We have an unconditional guarantee of quality. - If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will replace it, credit your account or refund your money.” Not once did either representative offer to either replace our order or refund our money.I would advise every small business and individual to avoid these problems by not trying to save money on checks. Check printing is too important for one to worry about duplicate checks, poor customer service and obviously a company that does not stand behind their guarantee. When you need checks then I recommend that you go somewhere else.

Have been using EiPrinters and Checks for Less for YEARS now (about 12+) and have never had anything but exemplary service. They have ALWAYS been super easy to contact. Have been BEYOND helpful to me. Ive had order after order after order, Ive either picked up or had delivered and NEVER had an issue. Every print job theyve done, checks, invoices, all have been 100% perfect...pretty good results seeings Ive probably had dozens of jobs done, especially checks. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! NO WORRIES!

I was told I would have the checks in about 8-10 days. The order sat for five days before even being processed and is currently scheduled for delivery 19 days after ordering. No one seems concerned about this. Do not order from this company.

I am so surprised with the few other negative reviews. I think they are terrific. I never hold for long. The customer service is dynamite and their pricing by far is the best. I ordered checks from this company and received notice that they were shipped on 7/24. It seems they are now lost someplace with DHL, who has had them since 7/29. I have contacted both companies and just get the run around. I will never use this company nor DHL for anything.

I will never do business with this company again. Their checks arent less, they take way too long to do your order and ship it to you and worst of all they lie. Yes Sheila Dudley lied to me. She told me that my checks had shipped when in fact they hadnt. Not good. A word to the wise, STAY AWAY.
