Tim and Terri were great! Very patient and knowledgeable. We do forget our passwords so we are slow.
We had a great experience In Poway AT&T, we had to upgrade our phones, Tim and John were wonderful, they answered all our questions and helped with everything we needed. They both very knowledgeable and provided great costumer service. I would recommend this store.

This place came under new management and I was helped out above an beyond with something that the employees do not receive a commission on. Francisco was a very knowledgeable and friendly manager that made sure I got what I needed while showing other options. This place helped me when their service center didnt. Happily a new customer to at&t.
Had an awesome experience with John today he made sure we got all setup with our new galaxy phone and transferred all the contacts and photos. Definitely recommend John and this Poway location!!!
Francisco at the Poway store location just helped me a TON! I first called AT&T/DirecTV 800-number and couldn’t get through at all after 40 min. I took a chance and called the Poway store and got the advice I needed. He was friendly, helpful, insightful and honest. Good hire, AT&T. Promote this guy to a managerial position if he’s not already in one.
I am an old lady and Francisco spent so much time and effort teaching how to use my phone.he never lost his cool and was so kind and understanding with me until I was confident using my phone . Thank you AT&T good choice in hiring this you man!!!

This location at Poway is awesome. I had gone to two previous locations at Riverside, and no one wanted to accommodate me or assist. Ryan was so helpful and accommodating. I was in and out with a brand new upgraded phone, with the color of my choice, which is rare at times. I’m so glad I found this location & should I need to upgrade. I know who to go to!
Francisco and Tim went above and beyond to help me out with a problem that was obstructing me from working while traveling on a business trip to the San Diego area. It was a 2 hour ordeal. Not only were they really nice guys to be around but they were extremely resourceful and understanding. AT&T should be glad to know their Poway, CA store is in great hands with these two guys working there.
If I could give no stars I would. The manager of this store Ryan Solomon accepted my trade in and gave me a handwritten receipt because he claimed that the trade in system was down. When I called AT&T to check the status of my trade in, one week after I was in the store my phone that was traded in with my IMEI was activated under a new account name, and number and AT&T verified the phone was never processed as a trade in or received. So now I will not receive my promo credit of $800 and I have to pay for my iPhone 12 that should have technically been free. So something very shady is happening at this store. DO not use this location to trade any devices in. Use the Carmel Mountain Corporate location.

I go in here to see if my plan extends to Mexico, ‘yes it does’ says the guy.Ok thanks, get to mexico, and get a few texts and then that I have used $100 of data in few minutes, then I call att person says it still extends. Finally 3rd person tells me that plan doesn’t extend, figured at that point.Don’t give out false information if you’re not sure!
Staff is very nice. Very spacious and up to date atmosphere. This place is usually empty which is nice because there is no wait time. Only complaint is they dont have a sim contacts transfer machine. I had to drive to the Carmel Mt location to have that done.
This place is great! They always take the time to help their customers. Not as crowded as Carmel mountain. The reps are extremely helpful!
Store is less busy than most with some nice people assisting.
Nice staff, service is good. They may have the best data plan in San Diego. More satellites down here than other service providers.
This is my favorite AT&T store to come to. They always get us the best price on phones and help us keep our bill as low as possible. We have 7 lines through them for our family and this store always goes above and beyond to help us. It is smaller store, but they are so helpful.

Bad customer service...at this store they looked at my phone for about 2 minutes then said they couldnt do anything and that I basically needed a new phone. At the Carmel Mountain location I was helped right away and the problem was solved very quickly. Definitely go to the Carmel Mountain location if you are in the area.
Why have an atnt store if you’re only going to have one person there. All I needed to do is pay my phone bill but there’s only one employee and there’s only one other customer than me. I waited 10 mins but he was still helping the customer and never asked what I needed. What a joke. Definitely go somewhere else
Went to pay my bill at the Poway location on the 17th of November. Told they dont take payments. So I call at&t on Monday and they supposedly take my payment over the phone and I get a confirm number. Yesterday almost a month later I get this bill for almost 400.00 2 months billing. Im on the phone for over a hour and come to find out they dont have any comments in the system about pulling the money last month and now somehow its all my fault. Even though.i have a confirmation number that they did it. Spend another hour on the phone and suddenly the phone goes dead. They never call me back. So I wait....and I thought Spectrum was bad.. these guys are 5 times worse!!++

This shop was under staffed tonight, Thursday night of the week before the new year. When we walked in, the two sales persons were helping their three guests and another guest was waiting for service. No one bothered to ask what we needed. One of the salespersons kept talking to his guests about something not related to his sale while seemingly waiting for the computer to process something. After about 10 mins of waiting, I asked if we could be helped while he was waiting for his computer but he answered no. Were waited for a total of 20 mins for service just to find out that they were a franchise and could not process an AT&T employee discounts and exchange of products purchased from a company store.
Didnt acknowledge customer when they come through the doors. I actually havld to walk up to the person and then say excuse me to ask him if he was by himself.
Very helpful staff and always fast on getting issues resolved.
Not a corporate store***. Tried to set up a FirstNet account. Person said they knew what to do (but really had no idea). But, rather than admitting that he was clueless, he set up the wrong account and got me a phone so he could at least get his commission. I had the go to a corporate store to get the right account, which took 2 hours. But I’m still receiving two bills for two different accounts, all because this franchise store had no clue what they were doing at the beginning.
The help here is outstanding, unfortunately the company sucks.
Good people and you can tell they work hard to make customers happy.

Walked in on a Saturday, one other person in the store being helped by the one employee. Wandered around for 15 minutes while the employee talked to the other customer. Not even an acknowledgement that I was there. Employee took 4 phone calls, and interrupted the conversation with other customer to take them. Still not even a nod or a word to me. Walked out without even being acknowledged. I know service in these places is bad, but come on.

VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Mr. Manager, if you happen to read this review..better be careful in hiring people who work for you.I am a doctor and I know what bad reviews do to your business but you totally deserve this bad review.I came in asking for a new sim card for my phone. Who ever helped me was super super rude to start with. He had a attitude. He was handling my phone very roughly as he was putting it on the counter. It took him 5 minutes to look me up. He says For some reason, the computer could not find you..yeah..I have been a customer with ATT for 10 years..may be the computer forgot abt me.So after changing my sim, he asks for 25$. I have got sim cards before for free. When I said the same thing, he came up with some lame excuse that it depends on the store. Ok..fine.now I wanted to go to a store that does it for free. Oh..well..He said he cant do that coz he has already put a sim card in my phone. Really? ..Then you should have told me that even before you start doing anything. When I expressed that, he just gave my phone and acted very very rude.OMG!!..Never felt so ill treated before. FYI...Customers pay your salaries.Mr. Manager..If you want to set this right or have the intention to set this right..Pls call me. I came in 11/30/2014 abt. 6.15-6.30PM
