Received superb customer service from the manager Nathan. Had an issue with not receiving my SIM cards when my iPhones shipped to me and he had me in and out of there in under an hour to activate 3 new phone numbers. Great service, much appreciated.

They didnt have the tablets or phone I wanted in stock. Since we are former Sprint customers doing upgrades is a bit of a nightmare now that Sprint was bought by T-mobile. Spent 2 hours and left empty handed. Was referred to another store.

My sister and I had been getting the run around from Verizon. We decided to switch carriers and from the start T Mobile worked with us. Switching over was so easy with the support of Ashley who found us the right plan to Charlie who switched us over and Alexander to letting us know exactly the information we would need to switch over. Everyone was really competent and friendly.

Came here to pay a bill, but stayed to talk to Omar about current promotions. Knew his stuff and was patient with my rushed questions and interruptions.

I went in today to put on my screen protector and they were very helpful and Michelle who did a fantastic job and was very friendly. I recommend coming here.

I can understand why this store has such a low rating. Once a representative helped me, she did a thorough job. However, I had to speak to the manager and he didnt seem to want to reconcile my problem. He seemed dishonest and I just didnt trust him.

Excellent Customer service

I can honestly say.....run... run away as fast as you can. The staff are awful here. The manager Jerome Smith is a straight faced liar, not a word that comes out of his mouth is the truth. We have had a nightmare experience with this store. Please just save yourself the hassle and use any other store!!!!!

Excellent service provided by the manager Omar, he resolved and clarified every doubt I had about the active services of my SIM card recently bought and also some useful tips. No doubt the best help I could receive in San Diego.....

Besides not having the phone I wanted in stock, no complaints from me. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and never had to wait for service. Parking is a problem at times.

Bunch of idiots at this place, dont know what theyre doing. Even the manager doesnt know how to read his own computer... running around asking what to do, then keep making mistakes, then blame it all to the customers and try to run away from it. Get ready to deal with a big mess if you decide to come to this place.

Ernest is a dishonest person. We where working with Yuki and she told us if we buy a new phone we get a free case and screen protector. Ernest sent her to lunch and he finished the sell and refuse to honor the free case and screen protection. His excuse was that he needs to make money. Im a return customer to this store I have spent over 1000 dollars on this store I have purchased 3 Galaxys and 2 iPhones. I will not return to this store. I dont like to deal with dishonest people like Ernest.

Employees of this location do not smile, do not greet customers and make snide remarks. This is one of the worst T-Mobile Iocations I have ever been in. I will be following up with a corporate complaint as well. Dont waste your time here.

Had to do a phone swap... Transferred data to new phone very quickly, called to let us know it was complete, and wiped old phone.

I love the t mobile people and service.

Michelle helped me get an app to access my voicemail because the PC web page has been down for months.

For 30 minutes they couldnt figure out why is my bill have extra charges, in the end they blaimed my son, my son called t mobile and they fixed it in 5 minutes call, poorly trained staff

Terrible customer service. 2 female employees didnt say anything to me or the guy who walked in after. They just continued to watch videos on their phones and talk to each other. 8/8/16 12:37pm

This place is always understaffed and in experienced. The t-mobile rep made a mistake about promotions and on line trade. Our bill keeps going up and we are paying for the mistake of the service rep. The customer service here is awefull. They have bad attitudes most of the time.
