I just want to say the young man who helped me (Carlos) is so freaking awesome. He helped me get a new number and re activate my phone. His customer service was so perfect and on point!!! I am so grateful to have met an awesome, helpful person with awesome good vibes !!!! I highly recommend coming into this Cricket because the whole experience was just so perfect from beginning to end. I was treated with so much respect and the customer service was amazing!!!! Im definitely going to keep coming back to this location. I highly recommend to everyone that this location is the best and they will treat you with so much respect and dignity. 10 out of 10.

I brought new lines to be a new cricket customer more than 10 days in this store customer service in the store was helpful but for some reasons activation was not done properly and until now I’m not able to receive phone calls or texts messages! I have called the store but no one answering the phone!I want to other cricket store near my city they charged me about $22 to replace two Sim cards and did not work.I called customer service they reset the network and none of them is working I have a iPhone 11 unlocked and supposed to be just fine! Very disappointed and I will not recommend it to nobody anymore! Cost me time and money and not getting work phone calls!
TERRIBLE!!!!!! I got my plan there because of cheap prices at cricket but phones are old, the service is trash and every phone I have ever bought there got a problem with gew months of buying it.

Hes knowledgeable about products and guides you in the area of a perfect fit for a new device or accessories that may be a better fit for you and your lifestyle. Great service in this location so far. My wife pays for her phone, mine and my nephews but for some reason my nephews phones act up on the last week of the month for some reason and for that reason Im giving them 4 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟
I have always had great service from the staff at this location, but the reason Im giving it only 3 stars is that its 3pm on a Sunday, and they are CLOSED. This is the second time this has happened to me. They are supposed to be open from noon to 5pm on Sundays, and these hours are posted online and on the door, but today there are no signs of life. And theres no note on the door saying, Back Soon.Ive been sitting outside now for 15 minutes, writing this review, and still nothing. NADA/NADIE. I came to buy a phone, and I am extremely frustrated. Maybe I will come back tomorrow, but maybe not!

Jason was rude and had an attitude before we even walk in to the store.I recommend going to another store for your wireless service and needs. If I could give a -5 I would. This store needs to fire Jason for better customer service. NO ONE needs to be bullied by the sales rep. Jason.If i could, Id give Jason I. a NEGATIVE score!!!!! About two weeks ago my elderly mother went in to purchase a new phone from Jason. When she got back she said that the young man was rude and had an attitude. So within 7 days of purchase I went with her to return the phone and to ask some questions about adding service to our account. Upon entering the store you can feel the attitude already. NO PROBLEM YET! So on the return of the phone Jason stated that it has to be with in 7 days and there is a restock fee.... ok so what is that? His response ITS WHEN YOU TAKE SOMETHING AND RESTOCK IT! (what a disrespectful smart Kid) Yes I know what restock is but what is the fee? NEXT question......What happen to the original sim card from the old phone?Jason response its in the trash........ ok why would you do that and not return it to the original old phone/owner. Jason because its in the trash and they are no good. Ok but sim cards are reusable. Jason well its in the trash if you want to go look for it........ WHAT?????YES that is what he said!! WOW so you are scamming the elderly lady to get a new sim card $9.99 and transfer it to the new phone another $9.99 on top of a restock fee. SOOO when I told Jason now that your screwed her from her original sim card........ Jason stopped and said I will not tolerate that l language and get out of my store and I am cancelling this transaction. At this point I was fine with leaving but my elderly mother wanted to stay. So I left the store while Jason finished the transaction. Upon returning home I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. While I was on the phone with corporate I received a text notification that our account had been tampered with. GOT back on the phone with corporate and the young lady said yes it was cancelled by your mother.........WHAT? Sorry but she had been by my side the entire time while I am on the phone and she did not do this JASON DID IT. SO needless to say JASON was unauthorized to make changes and fraudulently used her PIN and PASSWORD to cancel services of 3 out of 5 lines on this account. Corporate state it would conduct an investigation by pulling the recording.Jason has been reported to corporate and charges will be filled for fraud for cancelled phone lines without authorization.
Worst experience that I have ever had purchasing a phone. There is fraudulent activity going on at this store. Not sure if it is employees or management who are responsible.I went into the Poway Cricket store 4 1/2 months ago and started service for myself and my daughter. I purchased, on the spot, a Moto E5 Supra and it is already not working. Screen flickering and dropping calls constantly. Rather than be without a phone for 2 days I simply decided to purchase a new one and decided on the LG Stylo 3. I meticulously researched this phone online and read reviews and got prices.The website said that I would be paying $59.99 + $25 upgrade fee because I had had my phone for over 3 months I was entitled to an upgrade. I went to the Poway store and spoke with JASON and he told me that the phone is $169.99 + tax but that I would also receive a case and other accessories. I told him that I didnt want the extras just the upgrade price. Keep in mind that the upgrade price is in black and white under the phone on the price tag. I decided to leave that day but wanted to find out why that store would not give me the correct upgrade price.I called 3 other Cricket stores in the area on Wednesday and asked them for prices and they all gave me the $59.99 + $25 upgrade fee. I printed the information and prices from online and took them back to the Poway store. This time I was blessed to speak with RICHARD who was both rude and arrogant. He told me that his boss tells him how much to charge for the phones and the prices on the phones do not matter. I asked if I could speak with the owner and was told that he couldnt give me his name. I explained that the other stores would give it to me for the upgrade price and was told that they are not affiliated with the other stores and that they have their own pricing. This I could possibly understand but that doesnt change the fact that the price is clearly printed under the phone in the store.Any ideas what is going on in this store? I will not be taken advantage of and will get to the bottom of this. Do not use this store, they do not deserve to be in business. Complaint filed with Cricket and I will be following up everyday until I get answers. You messed with the wrong person!

Terribly ran business. Waited 45 mins for the one person working there to tell me they don’t have any of the phones I was looking for. Never had an issue such as this with Verizon or Sprint.
The guys at this store have helped me above & beyond what any phone carrier has ever done...my kids are grown & they used to help me...noe i take it to my kids at the cricket store and they help me every time...i was just there yesterday and they put in a sim card and freed up all my internal storage...Thanks my Cricket kids for keeping me going ❤
Tried to get a new phone plan before they were closed. The website and store said 8 but the doors were locked lights on but no one in sight. Pounded on the door no one it was 740 but still
