Came in after being a 14 year customer of Verizon - paid a lot for good service but low data and no phone promos. I inquired about Metros published offering. Initially I was skeptical because they wanted a sizeable deposit to order two phones that were part of the promotion - they didnt carry them in-stock and they would not transact the plan until the phones were physically with us. This left me w/ some doubt that they might not honor the plan offer when the phones came in, and that could put me in a bind w/ my deposit ($100). HOWEVER, the phones came in quickly and to the T, the employee (Sofia) was very polite and helpful in setting up the phones, porting over the numbers and charging me as promised initially (deposit refunded and I purchase what we agreed on). I read some negative reviews, placing me in a skeptical mindset initially, however there can always be unreasonable personalities on both sides of the sales counter. My experience ended up going smoothly w/ none of my fears materializing. I highly recommend Sofia for assistance and honesty.
