I dropped off my MacBook Pro (2017) for the dreaded butterfly keyboard issue - and they had it fixed and ready for pickup the next day - Apple had the keyboard replaced under warranty. Great communication and super fast excellent service.

Cant recommend enough! Dropped my laptop off for a pretty simple fix and a key that got stuck sometimes. They went beyond my expectations and replaced my entire keyboard and touchpad. My computer looks and feels brand new! I am so grateful.

While I was trying to install the new Big Sur O/S on my Macbook Pro my laptop completely froze. I needed help and wanted to use Argosy because they are an authorized Apple Repair Center. They were able to solve my problem while I waited .

Ernie was very helpful. I always ask for him. He is a very knowledgable person. He is an asset to Argosy West and is why I always will call them if I have a PC problem.

If anyone needs any troubleshooting/servicing for Mac computers go to Argosy West in Prescott. I had been so frustrated for weeks trying to figure out issues with my laptop and was on the verge of spending over $1000 on a new one. I walked into Argosy West and in less than 40 minutes I walked out with everything solved for so cheap. Highly recommend! Dave was so nice and very patient. He taught me a lot too!

They were incredibly helpful! While they couldnt find anything wrong with my computer at the time, they offered some suggestions and tips to keep my computer running smoothly.

When i found out that my computer would not charge, I called Apple and they suggested that i send it in and it could take around a week to get if fixed and get it back to me. I took it to Argosy and they fixed it within 5 minutes and showed me how to reboot it if my charging ports ever went out again. 100% recommend this company for all of your apple computer issues!

Great staff and policies. They are honest, look out for your best interest and don’t take financial advantage of you during a time when you need your computer and only they know how to fix it. I highly recommend them!

Had my first Mac problem and took it for a little R&R. These guys fixed me up, took them about 4 days but it was worth the wait. Appreciate all the time spent and the very reasonable charges! 6 stars if I could give them!

Not happy about my experience 1) They did a system restore on my laptop but didnt fix the main issue that caused the problem in the first place, so I ended up having to take it somewhere else and for what they billed me I wasnt pleased. 2) Then they double billed my credit card (good thing I checked) and its been a total hassle trying to get that reversed. Honest mistake, possibly? No I would not recommend these folks.

We couldnt be happier with our service!!! Great people and reasonable charges. Tony is a computer genius and was able to retrieve everything from our crashed hard drive. We had never backed up anything, so figured we had lost everything...pictures, files, everything. We have learned our lesson and will back up from now on. He installed new hard drive, retrieved everything, and made us very happy. Will continue to do business with them whenever we need to. A+ service.

I called with a basic question and the old man there treated me like an idiot when I was answering his question completely competently. I dont know if the old guy was having a bad day or what, but I wouldnt recommend coming to this place if youre actually looking for help with your computer problems.

My earlier review did not get posted, so Im going to tone it down a bit. I wanted my computer repaired, but the person helping me did not think it was worth it. When I described why I wanted it repaired, he did not understand and started insulting me in a condescending tone.
