Fed up! Went in store for business cards. Couldnt seem to upload and ran out of time so I tried online at home. I only went there because I get a good discount through my insurance. Anyway uploaded my beautiful design and waited and they charged me, then said it didnt go through. So I wnd up on the phone with customer service to with they said it was all good and I would get them in two weeks. When I wanted one hour in the first place. Finally got them in the mail and they are not at all what I wanted. I will not be using them again.

Have not been treated so apathetically by a supposed supply and service company. Is it hirring SOP to hire disinterested employees?

If there were zero stars I would use that however the person at the counter for shredding would not help me with my boxes nor call anyone to help me with my boxes to shred almost $80 worth of shredding at my almost 60 years of age. Apparently respect and compassion don’t go very far at this office max. Update I went back several times now and found that there are a few wonderful staff members who go all in with customer service! Grateful to have an improved experience at this store!

Worst experience ever would not sell a chair I was in store 5 minutes didnt have mask because of health grabbed chair kept my distance and they refused service. Good luck no one was in the store.

Terrific person named Shelly helped me out today! My copier got jammed and she promptly came and resolved the issue. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable- that’s why I always prefer to conduct my business related shopping at this location.

Hector the operations manager went above and beyond with his customer service. We went in because we were having issues with our laptop which took him about 2 minutes to figure out and resolve. Not only did he get our laptop working but he explained the reason why it happened giving us the knowledge to prevent future issues. Hector was friendly professional and welcoming. He should be commended for his customer service skill. Thank you Hector!! You the man!!

A fantastic store. Their retail experience creates an enormous experience. A real creation of customer service. There team is amazing. There services are fantastic. And I trust all the staff. Experiences can be built any were. But a memory can happen anywere. The company in my opinion is fantastic. On a personal level, office max is 10/ out of 10.

This place is like unicorn tears of the paper industry. The staff is so kind and courteous that I’m 80% sure they would come scoop up your dog poop if you asked them nicely enough. Sometimes when I’m bored enough I’ll just walk around the store because I love it so much. I love you office max.

I had 2 pieces of paper laminated. They did an excellent job. I also had some card stock bond into a spiral book with front and back covers of frosted plastic. Again, an excellent job.

Google shows this place of business as a drop off point for DHL. This is not a drop off point for DHL, just Fed Ex. Bob was very clear that this is incorrect.

I am basing this review on this store being very wasteful. I ask to have an emailed receipt and cashier still prints and throws away a receipt each time. Come on guys, get a better system! And ask customers if they need a bag, dont assume especially for small items. We have a HUGE plastic problem right now. I do not feel welcome at this store as every time I come here I have the same cashier and he is always extremely rude and impatient. You guys can do better, Im sure of it!

I asked if they recycled batteries there, and the guy looked at my like I was stupid (also visibly annoyed) and said they dont do stuff here with a little sneer. I mean cmon man. I had a bad experience with an employee here a few years ago and only recently went back. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and enjoyed the selection, especially of office chairs.

THEY Stole my $100 gift card will not redeam. nor calling customer service wasnt any help they were very rude and nasty on the phone. I will never shop there again.
