Not having gallon cans of latex base is understandable, no I dont need 5 gallons, thank-you. The lack of ability to take an order and contact me when they can fill it is not customer friendly.

The staff here is phenomenal, truly! They make coming in a really stressfree and pleasurable experience, though that might sound funny to say about a paint store. For one, its much better than running down aisles like a marathoner after staff in the Big Boxes; I practically have to tackle em to get help there. You cannot beat this place for knowledge, product and professionalism!

I visited the store on Miller Valley Rd 3 times. The first two times I received good service. I was having trouble deciding on a color. I had a paint from another company in my garage, that was the color I wanted. I brought the can with me to see if they could help me find something similar in their colors. The lady that was helping (not helping) me, rudely told me she couldnt help me find a similar color, that I would have to have my color custom made & it wouldnt be ready until the next day. I told her I wasnt asking for a custom paint, I wanted her to help me find a similar color in their brand. Again I got another no as she was walking away because her appointment arrived. Instead of calling another employee to help me, I was made to feel I was inconveniencing her because I was asking for help without an appointment. Took my entire home interior business down the street where I was treated tremendously.

The staff was very helpful in finding out what paint was used when our house was constructed. They had a database.One small issue but actually a major inconvenience.... they sold me the gallon of paint but did not include a stirrer. Only paint store I have ever been to that did not include a stirring stick. I did not think of it until I got all the way home but they should have. It should be standard procedure when selling a gallon of paint or stain.

Excellent customer service. Shannon and Dave went out of their way to help me find the right product and thus solve a matching issue that I was having at home for touch up.

We bought their eversheild inside paint and had a bad experience with it it skipped and was blotgywe were advised to add some extender so it would even out it did not help good by dunn edwardswill try another paint. wish they could of been more helpful. dave

Took them 20 plus minutes to mix one $45 gallon of paint. 3 or 4 people came and went with mixed paint after me! Poor service! Will not return
