In my experience, the best paints & stains available, and considering the labor involved in painting I would never skimp on quality. Always helpful staff.

Great customer service. DIYers like myself get the same level of service as their contractor accounts. Make sure you set up a SW account. You ll get preferred customer discounts at any SW store in the U.S. Ive done business with Sherwin-Williams in four different states and have found them all well-managed. Youll never get service this good from a big box home center.

I brought a 15 year old 5 gallon paint bucket over to the Prescott S-W on Willis. They warned me that the new paint might not match the old paint, but were able to mix up 2 gallons of paint for us and it matched perfectly! The personnel at the Prescott S-W Willis were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Doesnt get any better!

Had a great experience with Jennifer. She was courteous and helpful. She offered and provided a paint sample to show me the options available. Its appreciated to be treated in a helpful and friendly manner.

Because I went in and bought $2500 paint for a new home, told them I wasnt in a hurry and they could wait to mix it and they said they cant keep it in the store so I ask them if they could deliver it to the contractors building. It was 3:30pm and so I called him and he said what time do they open or can deliver it and he would meet them. There was no hurry. Tyler the girl sold it to me and the young man I think was the store manager. They said 6:30 or 7 am. Well to make a long story short he was there at 7 and they called and rescheduled 2 different times through out the day and wasted most of his day playing around when I made a point that there was no hurry and we could wait. Anyway it was his first work with Sherwin Williams, I talked him into using them as he always uses Dunn Edwards. I told the manager this when I was in the store twice. Well needless to say he is not impressed now with Sherwin.UPDATE: Sherwin Williams was quick to respond to my review. They were very apologetic and were going to follow-up with the store. My complaint is not the quality of the paint, that is the reason I ask my contractor to use SW paint. It was just the paint was on sale and it was the last day of the sale and he agreed to let me buy it there. There was no reason for everyone to rush around. Mix 70 gals of paint and deliver it the next day. But that was the case and if they would have not pushed to deliver the paint the next day none of this would have happened. Now my contractor was subjected to a waste of his time waiting and rescheduling delivery from 7 am to finally 1:30pm. I havent heard any more at this time from SW.

Way over priced!

Brandon is excellent at what he does,, has knowledge of the best products to use in different areas of the home or business. We get most of our products at thos store when in Prescott for work.

3 of our 4 visits were excellent with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Our 4 was less than stellar but still okay. We like the people. The store is a bit tired but so what. Go and enjoy.

Only bad thing I see is that we need a graco paint sprayer repair place where I live. They sell them at Sherman Williams and if we have problems with our rig we have to send it 90+ to Phoenix!!! Even under warranty we pay 125+ dollars in shipping fees 🤕 Other than that There Great 😎👍
