Live this place but it is way smaller than an actual Sephora and they don’tCarry all skin care or makeup brands

No one asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged I was there which is highly annoying considering they keep the mens colognes behind the register.

If i could give nothing thats what this location would get. Horrible experience. Today april 23, 2018 i went around 4-5pm i was looking around. I looked for like 5 mins or so and not even a greeting did i received. Later i got tired of looking so i asked the girl if she could do me a makeup trial from Lacome she said yeah sure just give me a minute so i was like okay i will wait. But i waited 15 mins and apparently she told me to wait but she was actually helping other clients. So i just left. So dont go if you dont want to get disappointed

I had a great experience at Sephora for the first time ever !!! The girls were so helpful ! They were real quick to help and they helped me choose the right shade of foundation for my skin . I told them they made me feel like a queen lol cause they were just so helpful and very sweet !! Definitely shopping at this Sephora from now on and going to them for help!!If you guys wanna feel loved at Sephora when shopping for makeup, I highly recommend this Sephora with Kelly And Kelli Nicole 💖💖There the best !!!!! Thank you girls !!

Dont shop here. rude staff they put you on hold forever or dont even get back to you sometimes.

I went in a couple weeks ago with a friend about an hour before closing and a lady by the name of KELINA COLE made me feel very uncomfortable. She passed by us a couple times and made extremely rude comments like When are they going to leave? Dont they know we close soon? and whispered other rude remarks under her breathe.. I couldnt shop in peace..I asked for her name and if i could speak with a manger and she was super sarcastic with me and snarky youre speaking to her I cannot believe they let someone that bad-mannered run a store. I used to love shopping at Sephora, I am a VIB customer. I refuse to shop here after this!
