The original Mexican meats market. Great selection of meats. Old school coolers for cold cerveza and soda,water, dairy etc. Small kitchen too. Terrific authentic Mexican food. A little pricey but you get what you pay for..you wont be disappointed. Highly recommend.

The meat they prepare for the burritos is the best authentic rice and beans served in a large variety of beverages to pick from and their Mexican candy is very good

This was my first visit to El Tarasco. Carne asada was average at best and extremely overpriced. Definitely was not wowed by the flavor of the meat and the cut was a bit too fatty. Ill be sticking with El Toro in Ontario.

Whether you want to cook it yourself or buy hot food to take, this is a great little market. Their Carnitas is some of the best Ive had and you can buy it by the pound. You can find everything you need for a delicious Mexican meal and the staff is always fast and friendly.

Bought carnitas, they were cold and dry. No tortillas with a combo like at Cardenas, everything was ala crate and expensive. Won’t go there again. Sad, because I like to support small local businesses. Husband did not like the salsa or beans.

I have found that this market has the best carne asada for barbecuing. We have tried other markets and nothing comes close to the flavor of El Tarasco’s. I also have found that they have the beef jerky that I like. It is thin and and very dry. We buy it by the pound and I notice that my family seems to enjoy it.The place is packed with Hispanic food and definitely is independently owned.

The meats are the best been coming here for years, I dont live close but make the drive. Recently I call for price of chicken steaks and asada and was told that they dont give prices over the phone. What kind of business wont give you information about sales. Thats kinda sketchy to me.

My husband ran into the market and grabbed some carne asada and chicken preparada and beans. Both meats were excellent! The beans had great flavor but were a bit runny for my taste. We live a few miles away and always see people coming and going. Now we know why. The marinade on both meats were great especially the chicken. Excellent quality of meat also. Definitely will be back!

I love the set-up. The limes and lemons, make a terrific add-on to any bag of Takis. The Chunky Gaucamole is better and the Seviche is good. They cut a lime in half for me. Customer service was excellent. I was thrilled coming and leaving... every time. Also a wonderful surprise with napkins! Thanks El Tarasco!!!

The meat/Carne Asada here is amazing. Prices are great, and they have good beans and rice ready to eat if you are in a hurry. I have gotten the Pollo and Carne Asada many times and my guests rave about how delicious it is.

What a surprise in Rancho Cucamonga. The Carne Asada and Pollo Asada are great. Little store has the right stuff for a good Mexican meal. Also, fresh vegetables. Customer service was good. The store is small and just west of the Magic Lamp.

There asada is bomb! Full of flavor juicy and tender, chicken is also superb, you have to grill it on BBQ, makes the best tacos and burritos, you have to buy there prepared and packaged chile to put on your food, so fn good, very friendly service, finally some soul food that I dont have to drive miles and miles for ;D
