Ive known Jess since she was super young, pulling engines in shops around the area and in neighbors parking lots. She has always been super impressive, driven, passionate and easy to work with.I once got stuck in Oregon when my car started losing acceleration and eventually wouldnt start. I called Jess, knowing she is a natural with cars and always has my back. Jess drove all the way down after work - on her own time - replaced a faulty sensor, and I was back on the road within 15 minutes of when she showed up. I looked up the cost of the sensor afterwards and couldnt find a better price than she gave me.Now that I am running a shop, I wouldnt want anyone else delivering my parts and shop supplies. She and her team will go out of their way to provide excellent customer service AND deliver what you need faster than you could ask for. Anyone who is not using Olympic Brake Supply for their parts is really missing out.

Nice guys! I didnt end up making a purchase but they saved my bacon and referred me to a repair shop when my truck broke down outside. One of them even gave us a lift when they saw we walked past the repair shop. Hope you guys get great business, thanks again!

A friend told me about this place. I was nervous because I dont do a lot of work but when I do I need to know ill be taken care of. Thats the feeling I got when I met the manager Jess. She was so friendly and made me feel important even though I only spent a little. I may not spend a lot but my friends do and I will be recommending Jess and her team to them as well.

I was looking for a part, I called Napa, the man was very unhelpful telling me he could get my part but it would take a couple days and cost me $89.99. When i seemed hesitant, beause I had seen the part for much less online, he laughed at me and told me good luck finding it anywhere else. When I called Olympic brake supply, the lady, not only found my part, but said she would get it by noon for me and at only 19.99 to boot. Never going to shop for parts anywhere else. She was polite and very helpful.

I have never had a problem with their service or the product. Been a very loyal customer, to the point of converting three shops to use Oly exclusively. Where I am having issue is their drivers. I ride my bike through Redmond daily, yesterday was the third time I had my safety threatened by a Oly driver this week. Yesterday evening, well exactly 5:07pm while crossing at the crosswalk inside marymoor park, I had to make a hard push to exit the crosswalk in less than one second. For coming straight at me was Oly car #04, and the driver wasnt even looking at the road. Well I made it out of the crosswalk before the driver ran thru the stop sign. Then I watched as every stop sign, all 7, were ignored. Thankfully I am pretty strong and was able to maintain the speed limit and keep car #04 in sight the whole way. Though it was very obvious that the speed limit did not apply for several illegal passes were made by this driver, crossing the center line. At the exit of the park this driver didnt bother with the red light, or even a turn signal for that matter. Just whipped out onto w. Lk. Sam I think, making illegal lane change and forcing traffic rolling into the intersection under green to suddenly stop. Not only is this an example of very poor judgment as well as driving. It shows the lack of care for other road users by the company as a whole. This kind of behavior needs to be made example of, or it will never change. Pray this driver doesnt kill someone in an Oly car, or any car for that matter.
